They have my money and I have worthless tickets

I ordered 2 show tickets. They claimed I received a link, which I never did. They refused to resend it and blamed me. They them blackmailed me holding my service fee refund ($65 of the $320 spent) until I agreed to not give them a bad review. Their threats to me were like no company I have dealt with or have even have heard of. Their service was piss poor and treatment of me subhuman. Please no one ever use these hacks again.

They never sent my tickets and I missed the event (no matter how hard I tried to contact them, all of my emails were left ignored).
Now I want my money back, and it's obvious. But this logical chain "my money for your tickets" doesn't work for them.
I wrote to all of the emails I could only find on their website, called all the numbers, but everything is useless.
Guys, I was robbed, probably, which is very sad...

I have purchased three tickets to a basketball game from www.bigstub.com website. When I received my tickets I saw that there was a mistake - date was incorrect. I contacted BigStub customer service and they said they need some time to resolve my issue. One week later they said that they were not able to help me and offered me a refund. I refused and said that I need only my tickets. Their rep asked me to wait and put me oh hold, about 20 minutes later he came back to me and said that there were no tickets left so they couldn't just change the date.
Several days later they refunded my money. Because of these guys me and my friends missed the game! No thanks BigStub!
Agent stole my money
Don't buy any tickets from BigStub. I purchased three concert tickets from them and they charged my credit card. Several days later their agent called and said there was a mistake in their system and there were no tickets left. He promised they'll give me a full refund. He also said he could look for tickets for me on other sites. I was afraid of not being able to find any tickets myself, so I answered „Yes, that would be great. Thank you”. The next day he called again and told that it was a success. He got some tickets for me. I thought he was a nice person and I was very grateful. But then I noticed they charged my card for over $1000! I contacted that person and asked why my new tickets are so expensive. He told he purchased three tickets for $200 each. And he took additional $400 for his service! How is that even possible? I am so angry and disappointed! I don't know how, but I need to get $400 back!

Don’t purchase tickets from the company www.bigstub.com. I have ordered tickets for the concert, but the rep didn’t provide details of my purchase. I have no clue if he sent them or not. I of course tried to contact the rep, but it was possible only to send the message, and he didn’t reply to them. I don’t know what measures to take now. Maybe anyone knows what to do.

I can't get my money back
I was buying from Bigstub. I put $2000 for a plane ticket to fly down to get the truck and can’t get the truck or my money back. I also can’t get ahold of the sales man. I need a kind of advice as soon as possible.
