Such a rude staff ... Indian girl(without specs)..
Didn't even bother to inform the change of bus...
We have been waiting downstairs without any update.
When I went up to the counter and ask at 0750am, she said bus changed and gave the new number, and rudely said next time ask someone down there... I replied because there is no one I came up... I also said why don't anyone come down and inform ( there were 3 staff including her) ..then she called me "excuse me" a few times... I replied I'm gonna make complaint about you..then I came down..
When I came down to the respective bus only there were a guy collecting ticket.. till then there were no one...
Then she came to the bus and accuse me for taking her pic and she shouted ... Dont take my pics...if u don't like get down of the bus... I replied I paid for it so I won't... then she was telling to a Malay guy ( who collect d ticket) about the issue we had at the counter ...

bus delayed for two hours, bus driver refused to drive
I booked a bus from Klang sentral to larkin sentral at 8th June 2019(2pm). The bus was late for 2hours. I was tried to understand that the reason of bus lating due to it is the third days of Hari Raya Puasa. But the bus stopped at Jalan Terminal Sentral for one hour and the bus driver refused to drive to Johor Bahru as what he should do. He let the whole bus waited for one hour plus and now it 5.14, the bus still haven't move yet. He was asking the other bus (WWA 8865) to take over his passenger and he is going to drive back to Penang. Which I can considered he is giving up his duty. If I was purchased the other company's bus, I think I can arrive at Johor Bahru around 6.00pm if there are not any traffic jam on the high way. This bus driver of the company are seriously not responsible to their duty and to passenger. The bus plate is DDK 7111 and I don't know the bus driver's name. I promise that I would never purchase this bus company again and I hope that this complaint board will do anything should do to this bus company. This is wasting people time.

I was supposed to travel to billion star Express 07/06/2019 but they send another bus. the bus tell us to go toilet at their stops n the Irresponsible diver had left 4 person at the stop didn't check the passenger. I had my bag inside bus got my passport hostel id company id n room keys inside bag. But your company isn't helping me to find my bag. When I call ask about my bag they will end my call.

The conductor of the bus was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my mother. This man with a long beard, first he started with cat calling and Eve teasing and then mocked us for our race.

terrible timing service and delaying attitude
This Is The Last Time I'm dealing with this bus. supposedly depart on 1.15am, but it depart at 1.50. When look at the bus clock, it was 10 min late than normal. Plus, they still make themselves comfort (so much relaxed) ignoring the time, eating food slowly which add on with chats how much they love to eat those (you can talk about it during journey), then watching videossss (to clear the video quantity and duration of videos they've been watching) and always late for boarding/check in. The most triggered was duration of journey! it always late more than an hours (never ever never on time), with stopping by more than 30 mins and at least 3 places to stop by. Why I'm riding this bus several times because it offers service(s) for those who didn't make to buy ticket due to full seat of other express bus services. which making me had to had to buy this service. Too much to complaint and anger made. Billion Star Express are the worst.

I took bus from 1 utama to Singapore at 12:15am 04/05. The bus only departed at 12:40am. Then the bus went to TBS to pick the other passengers. It all went well until 4:15am which the bus had to stop at one of the resting point for more than 40 minutes. I could figure out that the driver was trying to fix something underneath, however, nothing was mentioned to anyone. The bus started moving again and we reached Larkin at around 6:45am. And another round of waiting as the bus driver said the bus we were on was having some technical issues. Finally, the other bus came to pick us up, when the driver dropped us off at the custom, he told us another bus would pick us up and and asked us to wait at bay 16. He just left custom without even telling any details of the bus. And now, after 30 minutes, we are still standing at the bay like a fool without knowing what to do! What are you trying to do?!

I bought a bus ticket for 29/4/2019, 8:00 am from One Utama to Larkin, JB.
But the bus only depart from One Utama on 8:15 am to TBS, arrived TBS he just took his breakfast and depart from TBS without pick up any passenger, after 5 mins drive, he wanna to U-turn to TBS to get those passenger he have forgotten to pick up, 9:00 am passenger, become 9:30 am. While waiting, he is smoking inside the bus, this is very serious case smoking in bus and smoking while driving too but not smoking outside the bus. At last, he dropped all passenger in the middle of the road but not in bus station.

unsatisfied with driver and servicing

I took a ticket trip from KL (TBS) to Skudai-JB Larkin on 19 April 2019 at 9.00 p.m with ticket no. [protected] and boarding code INV-[protected]. Once we reached in Skudai, I asked the driver to stop and drop off at Sri Putri or in front of Skudai Parade but he firmly refused as I wish for many times. He said that he will be summoned by the authority with RM 500 if he stopped. Again I asked him to drop me off at any nearest bus stop there. He repeatedly said that it will stop at the terminal Larkin as an ordered but in the ticket was stated by drop off point Larkin and TUTA which is in Skudai. It was really troublesome because my wife had to drive all the way to larkin from skudai to pick me up at 1.30 am. I am very unsatisfied with your service and the driver itself.
If the ticket trip is just straight to the terminal Larkin, why should you or your company mentioned or stated in the ticket that it dropped in TUTA? Bus registration is AHG 7199 for your further action. TQ
bus delays and rude/useless staff
The bus was delayed by more than 4 hours.
Cheated and never transparent to passengers that they need to change coach at the immigration at Johor Bahru to Singapore!
when I approached the staff for assistance on arrival time. He was rude and ignorant on what is happening.
He refused to offer any help and also quarrel and yelled/scold at other passengers.
This is a very hopeless and dishonest company.
Poor customer service.

Firstly, i reach there 5.02 and ask the guys still have tickets for 5pm, if no i can buy at other counter 5.30pm but the guys says got, then i go counter and give money. But the guys give me ticket at 6.15pm. I say i dunt want 6.15pm, i already mention that i want 5pm just now and he says got but actually the bus already go at that time. So, i request want refund, but the leader kak leong very rude talk to me. Billion star just care about theirs sales only and dare to cheat customer by giving wrong ticket. If dunt have the ticket at that time please be honest just say dunt have. I will not take billion star express anymore. Really bad service and need to train the workers properly.

Purchased ticket from KL to JB at 6.30pm. Waiting more than 3 hours for the bus to come. I used to go back to JB every week, and this BillionStar coach perform very good job in coming late. No appologies, no reason, no nothing. And the customer just need to accept whatever happen like we take the ride for free. Really dissapointed with the services. From this day, i promise to myself not to take BillionStar services anymore. Please guy dont take this coach, or else you will regret!

Driver bus PMS 2666(Route sg.nibong, penang - TBS), suruh passenger tukar bus mid way at rnr midway. sebab, dah lambat dan driver tak nak ambil masa lama utk stop kat drop off lain.
i book personally bus dengan prefered seats. bus sepatutnya, kena drop ogf kat shah alam, tbs and lagi satu tempat. 1st bus yang sepatutnya bertolak 1.45pm dari penang, bertukar jadi 2pm dan finnaly bertolak dekat pukul 3pm. ada 1st short 10min stop kat shell( ini ok). 2nd stop kat rnr 20min( sebab driver nak makan )lepas itu arrange bas lain suruh orang yang turun dekat tbs naik bas lain sebab driver dah lambat dan nak drive terus ke shah alam. jika driver decide sendiri, ubah laluan kenapa saya nak bazir duit book bus preffered timing dan seat saya nak jika dipaksa tukar bas dan duduk di tempat lain. oleh kerana ini, orang yang ada dalam bas kedua jugak rasa tidak puas hati.

This driver is very rude to the passengers, stop at rest station for 5 min, but some people especially elder people come up late he will start nagging to those old aged aunty uncles.
Secondly, he saying stopped the bus for 5 min, but some people not even 5 min already come back to the bus, but because of buying fruits or food he start scolding! Saying if he know people will buy food he won't even stop at rest station ! Is this the correct way to ‘warn' or ‘threaten ‘ the passengers?! If food and drinks is not allowed you can inform us in a nice way, we can bring back all those foods . But I've been sitting billion bus for so many years and quite frequent, never heard such rules[if have new rule food are not allowed please kindly inform us, we are much appreciated] Then throughout that 6 hours journey he only stop once, just once.
Thirdly, driver even say that because he still haven't eat so we cannot eat also. How can he say like this? We don't know your bus schedule but you didn't take your lunch is not our fault, don't blame on us!
Lastly, I hope that your company can pay attention to this issue and take action to this driver. [All the billion drivers I had faced all are good and friendly except this]

My ride was from ipoh amanjaya to johor bahru larkin central. The staff in amanajaya request me to print out the email as I was booking online and it should be include the ticket print out fees but he request me to other counter to print out the email and charge me rm3. This issue was small matter but after I print out the email the staff don't let me get in to the bus and request me to wait as my departure time was 11.30 and time this issue happen was 11.20. He even use rude words to scold me and say I don't know human language. He push me pervert to let me get in to the bus as video show. And I was only a female and take this ride along. This is the attitude I deserve? I did pay for the ride and this company review in goggle was already in bad level, and this kind of staff is using this kind of attitude to serve your customer? Btw after I get in to the bus I unable to sit to the seat I had choose and the malay staff came in and said is free seat. He once again shout at me and say I dont know human language. Many witness in bus as passenger beside me after I was force to change my seat also tell me "kurang ajar orang ini" I hardly request my ride fee refund to me and contact me in this 3 days. And the malay staff that shout and push me I need to receive your apologize if not I will make a police report and put in on social media and find lawyer to settle. Billion stars express will out of express link soon if this kind of attitude keep remain. I had inform lawyer to talk about this issue and I hope to get it company reply soon.

i had booked bus ticket from easybook.com, pick up point at one utama. bus delayed at 1.5 hours. Scheduled bus time 2.45pm.
Purposely i booked the seat.my seat number was 3A but had been seat by people already and he refused to go to his seat . Your driver scolded me & asked me to seat anywhere becoz the price is same.very rude & impolite service.what point i chose single seat? not professional. Bad service i ever had. Also bad transport.

I want complaint about billion star service
First when i buy the ticket from online they show me a lot of facilities like TV can charge phone and something else. Then when i boarding the bus what the fxxking cheated by online alrdy OK that is fine i try to chill and find my seat so my seat have been sit by ppl alrdy and they very fast change their seat then ur worker in the bus say loudly free seat and all the ppl simply seat the place they like even the bus start no even on time and my trip is from johor bahru to kl I buy the ticket is 9am and after ONE HOUR I STILL IN JOHOR BAHRU!?what the hell this bus company management? rude and impolite service
I booked 2 tickets online from easybook and chose the Fairies Enterprise from Ipoh to KL Sentral.
When I arrived at Amanjaya Terminal, I couldnt find any Fairies Enterprise booth. Then I asked the information service and was directed to H4 booth.
The lady at the booth asked me to print the ticket at A5 booth and paid RM3. Then I went back to the booth and she gave me another ticket.
I went out to the platform to search for my bus number, which was bus WVP6622. Turns out the bus was operated by Billiton Stars Express.
When I entered the bus, I saw a bag in my chair. Then I moved it because it was supposed to be my chair.
Not long after that a 30ish arrogant guy came in and begins shouting at another passenger. He checked my ticket and gave it back to me.
Around 15 minutes after, another lady entered the bus and claimed she sits there first and showed her ticket to be the same number as me.
Then the arrogant guy entered again and told me in a very rude and impolite way that the bus was a free seating bus and the lady sat in my chair first because she's from Penang.
He even threatened me to kick me out of the bus if I didnt move to the back chair, because it was his bus. WTF? If it's a free seating bus, why didnt he asked the lady to move back? Is it because she's local and I'm not?
NEVER USE THIS BUS AGAIN, PEOPLE. IT'S SO BAD AND THAT GUY SHOULD REALLY GO GET SOME SEX, BECAUSE HE NEEDS SOME TO CHILL A BIT. WHAT A DICK.

irresponsible and not sending me to destination
Bad service ever!
- confuse pick up point. My ticket pick up point is at Transtar office, French Road, Sg. But there was no bus there. I walked around the complex to find the bus and any passenger like me. There was 2 people waiting for the bus too, we were anxious until we to call the office to get the exact pick up point.
-the bus then stop at Golden Mill, wait for others passengers to get in the bus. My ticket was 11:45pm, the driver starts driving at 1am. The driver ask all the passengers to transfer to another bus with plate number IM4U 1177 when we reached Malaysia custom. Before that i did show my bus ticket to the driver and double confirm my dropoff point was One Utama. He noted his head and continue his next checking.
- The bus stop at TBS, then Times Square. He asked the rest of the passenger go down from the bus and said Time Square is the last destination. Wtf? What do you mean last destination?! I told the driver my destination was Bandar One Utama! If he cant send me there he should tell early, not simply just drop people. I pay for the ticket but end up the driver just simply drop me at Times Square and i have to find my own way to go to my destination. What a irresponsible bus service !
