Seems like a scam!!
One month ago I purchased something from this website Blitsy and after I paid for my order I received a confirmation message and they also said that my order will be shipped within 1-2 days. One week passed and I went online to find out what was going on and saw that my order was still processing. It is now one months since I made my order and it still says "processing"! When I contacted customer service they said there is nothing to worry about. I smell a scam.

For some reason while I was submitting my order, you asked me to change my password. I really don't want to and now it is not allowing me to finish up my order.
