I ordered a refurbished laptop described as "Grade A...Retail Ready...NO blemishes". It arrived with a deep scratch on the case. Customer service recommended ordering another one on my own, because their refund process was slow and they may go out of stock on the item before my return was processed. The second unit arrived with a broken keyboard key. I ordered a third replacement that arrive with lid dents, stains from old stickers on the wrist rest and a few nicks. Definitely not the condition as was advertised. Customer service is not helpful, offers no viable solutions to remedy the situation other than %10 discount on future purchases. Refunds are slow in coming. Three defective purchases in a row is enough for me to never purchase another item from them in the future. I did ask to speak with a customer service manager, but received no response. All communication via email. Very frustrating experience.

I bought a Refurbished AT&T EL52310 Cordless Phone with Answering System, 3 Handsets. on 30 July from walmart website. When I open up the box they mailed , noticed they did not put batteries in the box.
Yes they did label the mailing box warning there was batteries in the box. The problem is they forgot to put the batteries in the box.
They claim they tested this phone to make sure it worked. How with no batteries ? When I discovered I had no batteries with the phone, boxed up the phone and tried to return it to the
walmart store XXXXX W Florissant Ave, St Louis, MO . The person at the return told me I could not return the item becuese I did not have the batteries.
I told them package never had batteries in it and that is way I want to return it. Annd that is the only reason I want to return the phone is becuese it has no batteries.
all they replied is I can not return it if not all of item there. I again replied They did not mail all of it to me.
Going by what walmart serviced desk is saying to me, I did not received the item because not all off it was there ...
This company is good, but customer service is worst then any other company I've dealt with. They give you 3 days to pay for product that they have pictures of that should be ready. They get your money and the process slows down to a crawl. They send you emails and text telling you your order has shipped but it sits in there warehouse for almost a week after it supposedly shipped! I called and talk to customer service 3 different times and got 3 different responses.
It you cancel you your order they block you from bidding! Hmmmm they refund you something for skewing you around when it's their fault. The shipping quote they give in the bidding process doubles after you win and go pay for your order.

If I could rate one star I would. VIPOutlet was the biggest headache I have ever dealt with.
When trying to place an order I had an error when checking out. I retried thinking nothing of it and then the product just "sold out". I checked my bank account to see if I was charged and I was. What was strange is I NEVER received an email or order ID for this. The support agents were useless x10 because I didn't get an email after I was charged.
Was refunded the money about a whole week later. During that time I tried to call and talk to numerous support agents and they all just seemed so clueless. Strike 1.
2 weeks later I see an email that the item I ordered was on its way and finally get an order ID. Mind you I never tried again. Who wants something they ordered 2 weeks ago 2 weeks later? I'm charged again pretty much without my consent and now disputing this charge with the terrible support agents again. A whole other week later and I am finally refunded.
Save yourself the time and money and just purchase from a reputable retailer. I will never shop at VIPOutlet again and will make sure my friends do not either.

The TV came in perfect condition just like they said, and the level of protection for the TV was remarkable. They obviously cared about the condition I would receive it in. Even though I returned it because I'm an idiot and didn't fully read the description right. The process of calling and talking to there support line was extremely simple. I simply explained my mistake on how large I thought the TV was and that I still wanted to buy another one just a bigger size, he than explained that there would be no problem emailing me a shipping label. It was fast, easy, and I received the email with the shipping label in under 5 min. I have already purchased the bigger TV and I have no concerns about the quality of the my order.
Ordered a baby monitor and I never received it. Original order had FedEx responsible for shipment. Now they claim it was USPS. USPS claims it was delivered but I can assure you it was not. So VIPOUTLET gets their money, USPS gets theirs, and the one who paid for it gets nothing. VIPOUTLET says it's not their problem. I've sent emails and had no response. For those of you thinking about ordering from this company to save yourself some money, ask yourself, how much do you save if you pay for a product you never receive? Other reviews talk about this exact thing happening to them. I'm not the first and won't be the last.

I purchased an apple ipad pro 128g on VipOutlet with 15% discount coupon. However, I received an apple ipad pro 64g, and it was not the latest model and the color was silver. Therefore, I send an email to their customer service about the situation. They told me to return the ipad pro back but they only offer a 10% discount coupon. Moreover, it would took a long time to receive the refund. I don't have extra money to buy a new one and I really need an ipad pro for studying now. As a result , I decided to keep the ipad pro and told them to provide me partial refund . They replied me "Thank you for considering in keeping the item. We would be happy to ask the management for a possible partial refund to offer on this order, but before we do that we need to visually inspect the item. Could you please provide us with pictures of what you've described, serial number(s) and any labels on the box. Please include also the blue sticker that contains the TRG". After I provide all the pictures and videos, they asked me to return the ipad pro back without any reasonalbe explain for me. They waste my time and treat me like an idiot.

We ordered a tv from vipoutlet on dec 31 an received it on Jan 9, on arrival it did not work. Called several times 888/792/7372 and got no answer. Finally got someone on line an spend 1 an half hour trying to get some were , then was told I could get a refund! Well still waiting! Another person contacted me same thing! This is the worst company i have ever dealt with!
i ordered 4 different times and i received what i thought 3 Milwaukee pack out system which were recondition but i think they were just display modules and were like new no signs of use, also a m12 combo kit witch was also like new . I would order from them again
Bought a 55" TV on eBay, free shipping, FedEx ground. They used some Pilot freight company, and my shipment was unknown for 1.5 weeks. I had to pick it up myself, because the company was going to deliver sometime the following week. I was leaving out of town by that time. I opened the package, and TV had a cracked screen. The company said they would refund my money. They stalled with that, probably hoping eBay's 30 day policy would expire. eBay stepped in and refunded my money. VIP Outlet is not selling quality merchandise and scam customers.

Was given a bogus escalation case number, when requested a supervisor was informed that the rep didn't have one. I'm convinced that this is a bogus shop ran by a fraudulent company. I haven't even recieved the product I purchased yet and already anticipate it to be either broken, missing pieces or a cheap knock off that I've wasted money on. The company has reviews on their partner websites disabled so customers have no information on what kind of customer service or lack there of, they're going to recieve. The only review on the webpartner that I made the purchase through was a positive one that looked to be fake and written by an employee or company memeber. I placed an order for a brand new low priced item that was never shipped. I inquired about the order status via support "chat" and received scripted nonsense. When asked for detailed information regarding the site and fulfillment center, the chat was disconnected. In fact, the chat service was disabled all together causing the chat icon on the page to immediately change from "CHAT" status to "SUPPORT" email link. Vipoutlet.com "Customer support" seems to consist of one person using several screen names and key press scripted responses.
Shipping is advertised on the site main page as "Fast & Free Delivery, orders ship same day and arrive within 2-7 days".
VIPOUTLET.COM FAQ PAGE explains 3 to 6 "BUSINESS" DAY ORDER PROCESSING. And, that is only for the defective, return/repackaged item orders, assuming they were ever received in the first place.
Vipoutlet.com is a repackaging/reseller posting unbelievable low price advertisements for "brand new" popular items that currently sell new on Amazon at 3 times the price. According to countless negative reviews on other sites and ComplaintsBoard.com reviews and disputes, brand new items ordered from the vipoutlet.com site are never received.

Absolutely disappointed with this company. As a first time buyer words can't express how disappointing it is to find out an order was cancelled due to it not passing the fraud department. I don't understand how this is the customers fault. I made my purchase on 10/26. I chatted online on 10/28,10/29,10/30,10/31 and every single chat said 24-48 hours I should get a response. The first chat on Tuesday said she was going to expedite my order to be received on the 10/30. When I called on Friday I was told my order was cancelled and I had to reorder it. *** guaranteed a Manager would call me before 9pm and NOPE didn't get a call and the way the business is being run I didn't expect a call back. This to me is nothing but a ***. You have my credit card information and produce no product. I will be sending my complaint to the ComplaintsBoard.com and to your company website to warn people how you handle your customers. I will not refer anyone and have them go through this experience. Main reason I needed this product was because it was for my granddaughters birthday. I have never written a bad review on any site, but this to me is not right and I needed to speak up.

I placed an order for an xbox on 2/5. I got a message or a pop up stating it was out of stock. Thinking that my order did not go thru, I purchased the same item from another website. Moments later I got a text from by bank about a charge from VIPOutlet for $158. I called them an hour after my purchase and was on the phone for over an hour as they could not find my order and needed help finding it from their back office. After they found my order, I asked if they could cancel it. I was told they would cancel it. I called couple of hours later just to confirm that it would be cancelled and again was assured it would be cancelled and I would get my money back within 48 hours. I received an email today, 2/6 stating the order was shipped. I called again and was told they have no control over the system. What? So being told TWICE the day before that my order will be cancelled was a lie? Now I have to wait for who knows how long to get my money back. Now I am told that they have sent request to intercept the package. Lets see how much truth there is to that and how long it will take them to process my refund. What makes it worst, customer service reps I spoke to need to work somewhere else. Lack of accountability nor care for mistakes they made to say the least was so unexpected. I will never order from this company ever.

I ordered a TV off of their eBay site and it arrived broken and appeared to be poorly packaged. I tried to contact their support staff through the eBay app and I never got an answer so I had to go online find their phone number and call them. Meanwhile I sent them images of the broken TV through eBay and apparently they're call center can I get pictures through eBay so I had to create a email support ticket and send them pictures there. Here is where it gets messy 2 of the email support agents told me I didn't have to return the TV because the screen was damaged and a few call center people told me I had to return it because the screen wasn't damaged in and obviously the screen was damaged in some way because there is a big line down the middle so I didn't know who's advice I should take so ended up calling about 20 times because their answering service automatically hangs up on you if there's nobody available to talk to you and probably about three times out of the 20 I ended up getting a hold of somebody and the Agents were very rude to me. It isn't my fault that their incompetent staff can't work together as a team to solve one simple problem so no reason that they should get mad at me. I ended up returning the TV because I just didn't want to deal with these people anymore. I will never buy from these people ever again because of their incompetence. Also I have a feeling I won't be getting my refund money so I'm going to have to file a complaint through American Express or ComplaintsBoard.com I don't know will find out.

I searched Google for a Allen Sports T2-G Deluxe 2-Child Bike Trailer. All reputable retailers including Amazon are selling it for $150, VIPOUTLET.COM's ad is $29 BRAND NEW. I set up an account and confirmed that the item was still in stock and placed the order. The experience that followed was the same as I read in all the negative reviews, It was never shipped, chat CS was uninformative, rude or replied with scripted nonsense. I received scripted, conflicting, nonsense emails from the supposable shipping department with ridiculous excuses and always the same check back in 48 hours. They kept insisting that I cancle the order and order something else.
That went on for weeks until they got their way and I decided to cancle the order. When I did they charged my card using the authorization from weeks before. They did refund, but only after I started posting reviews on Trust Pilot.
VIPOUTLET.COM put a hold on my funds for product that was never shipped. They wasted weeks of my time and energy. They personally insulted me. They made an unauthorized charge to my card after I specifically requested in writing to cancle the order and close the account.
I requested they prove the product exists by making good and shipping the order and I insisted to pay for it. Of course I did not get a response after that.
VIPOUTET.COM's business is selling used, re-furbished, repackaged items and surplus merchandise. They are not a retailer of quality goods yet they have a few too good to be true brand new quality item ads that lure customers to the site. They also claim 1-2 day shipping but if you find the fine print it claims 1-2 weeks, if you're lucky enough to get something shipped.

First TV and laptop arrived in the promised time of shipping and were no issues and I was very pleased. 2nd TV came and the screen was cracked. This is where I had my first issue with them as the customer service was hit or miss. Seemed to really depend on the agent I got in contact with. I was first told if the item was in stock, they would send me a new one right away. After a few days of hearing nothing, I contacted them again and was told they would send me a refund in a week and I would need to buy the TV again. The problem was I got it on sale and the sale price was now over and the TV was much more expensive. When I told them this, the response I got might as well been, "Tough, *** happens." You may think this is an exaggeration, but it is very accurate as the customer service rep I got was very rude. Lucky for me, a new sale came along the next day with a bigger version of the same TV for only $40 more than I paid for the broken one. I ordered it before the refund as I did not want to miss the sale. A few days later I received my first refund from them and a few days after that the new TV arrived. It was in flawless condition and I love it as I have all the other products I have received from them. I just ordered another TV from them yesterday but I am nervous because it seems like it is a new addition to their stock and they had some information wong on the listing. But as long as the TV they have listed shows up I will have no problem. But I did order over 24 hours ago and they have yet to process my order. I am hoping this one goes well and I will be a returning customer for years to come. They have great prices and I have only had the issue with the TV being broke which was probably during shipping and therefore not their fault. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is the fact a few of the customer service reps were awful.

I've placed countless orders with them and I can honestly say their customer support team is extremely below par. Some individuals are very willing to help but others will barely give you the time of day. I spent 24 minutes chatting with one the other day and, after asking my question 4 different times, received an answer that would have taken her 30 seconds to answer if she had listened to the question.
I recently requested a return shipping label as well and the associate I exchanged emails with sent a label with the incorrect ship from address. This would not have been a problem if she hadn't continued to send the same shipping label in each follow up email after I'd explained the problem multiple times and sent a screenshot of the order showing the correct address.
There are currently two listings that I've been trying to purchase from for which all of my orders are canceled and the items come back in stock afterward. I have been trying to contact someone who can help me figure out what is wrong with these listings for around a month now and each associate gives me the same copy-and-paste reason that the item was found to be defective during the quality control exit inspection. This is not true in this case because I've attempted to purchase one item over 20 times and there continue to be 4 in stock, just as when I first attempted to purchase.
Besides this, there are constantly website glitches, delayed orders, wrong items sent, and damaged orders. I hate to leave such a poor review for a company that I have done so much business with but I have tried so many times now to calmly communicate the issues I've been experiencing and it always falls on deaf ears. I feel that if I publicly voice these issues in the form of a bad review, there may be more incentive to address them.

So today I reached out to Customer Service by Chat and she tells me that they had to void the order because it didn't pass QA inspection. So basically they weren't going to send me A TV. My problem is that they never sent me an email or contacted me to let me know that I wouldn't be receiving the order. I needed this tv because it was in my budget. So they tell me that they would offer me a 10 percent discount towards another order. First of all I refuse to do any future business with A company who couldn't even let me know that my order would be cancelled and that I would never receive it. What If I hadn't reached out to them first? I would be waiting on a tv that would have never came. I basically had to ask customer service to email me a statement saying that my money would be refunded because as of this very moment my order is still "in processing" status when I checked the status online. I refuse to give my money to A company who doesn't have the human decency to let you know FIRST that you would not be receiving your order at all. If they did this to me once who's to say they wouldn't do this to me again! This was an absolutely horrible experience for me because I thought that I bought a tv that was within my budget that I could afford..For them to never reach out to me was an utter slap in the face! How would they like it if a company did this to them? I will not give one dime of mine again to this company for making my experience this horrific! So basically on Labor Day I will not have A new TV because VIP Outlet decided to place A TV online that wasn't even available for sale. I purchased a refurbished Fitbit Versa Special Edition from VipOutlet via Walmart.com on July 16. On July 17, I got the notification that my item had "shipped", but actually they just made a shipping label. I emailed customer service on July 22 to ask why there was no movement in the shipping process only to be met with an automated email until I emailed them again asking to speak with an actual person on July 23. I was told that they would email the warehouse where my item was located, and tell them to ship out my item. I asked for a guarantee that my item would make it to me by its estimated delivery date of July 25 only to be told that the facility had not communicated back with the customer service representative. I chose to call customer service after I received my last email to see if I could achieve a more immediate result. I was told that they would email the warehouse, expedite the shipping, and email me when they did so. That did not happen. I proceeded to talk to customer service on July 24 and 25 and yielded no new results. I made it abundantly clear in every conversation that I did not want them to cancel my order. Instead, I wanted them to find and expedite my item. I then chose to contact them via Facebook on July 25 to ask if someone could assist me with my ongoing issue. I was contacted the following day because I had contacted them after business hours, but after providing my order information, they stopped messaging me at 1:02 pm. I messaged them again on July 29 to ask for assistance again, and they responded by refunding my order and offering me a 10% off discount code, they did not provide that code. I responded by telling them that I did not want a refund and that instead, I wanted them to locate and expedite my item. They read my message that same day and did not respond. I messaged them again the same day, but I received an answer the following day that they were continuing the refund process. On July 29 after I was notified that I was being refunded, I went on Walmart again to see if I could find a different model that I could purchase. To my surprise, the exact item that I ordered was back for sale. Also on July 29 I called customer service shortly after my first notice that I was being refunded, so I asked them to not issue the refund, but tell the warehouse to locate the item and ship it because I had just seen it on Walmart. I was told they could not do that for me, so I asked if they could manually re-order it for me directly. That was was denied. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was never contacted. I looked on Walmart again on July 30 to see if the item was still there, but it was out of stock. I went on the search for another one on eBay, and to my surprise again, I saw the exact same Fitbit from VipOutlet there. This is proof that they could have located my item and expedited it, but they chose to not even bother. I would not recommend shopping from this establishment due to their inconsistencies and lack of effective problem-solving.

I purchased a 65 in LG TV from this company back in December 18. Not only was the item delivered with delay (which I understand) but it came to me with a shattered screen.
I immediately notified the company by phone and was told to take pictures of the broken screen and the serial number and email them. I was told to expect a refund within 3 to 7 business days. When I asked about returning the item, the gentleman I spoke with told me that as a matter of policy, they would not take back the broken item and that I should throw it. (I did not suspect what was coming). When the 7 days expired without any refund from VIPOUTLET I decided to bring the dispute to Paypal. I submitted the required paperwork and the email conversations I had with the seller, together with the pictures. Whenever I called to inquire about the case status, I was to getting hints from the Paypal staff that the issue is being taken care of and that the case will be settled in may favor if the company would not voluntarily issue a refund.
Then suddenly came a message from Paypal, telling me that I the case was denied. That came as a shock to me and I called them to find out what could justify just as unfair decision. I was told it is because the seller wants the item returned before they would issue a refund. Now, that to me is the very definition of dishonesty. When you want someone to return a compromised item you issue and send them a return label or at least a return address, won't you?. But what VIPOUTLET does is to tell PAYPAL that they want me to return the item while at the same time they make it impossible for me to return the item. When I ask them to send me the return label, they hide behind company policy which is not to take back broken TVs. When I asked for a written statement in the form of an email saying that they are not requesting the item to be returned, they said sure but never did. Instead they had always insisted that I drop the case and then they will issue a refund. I told this to PAYPAL and they advised not to do this. When I was able to finally recover the broken TV (I live in a building where big electronic items do not get thrown out immediately, they are stored for a while before the recycling company comes for them), I called PAYPAL and informed them and I was told that they would reopen the case. Apparently it was another bluff because when I called them last night this did not happen. I then urged the person I was speaking with to take down my number and call me back when the line gets disconnected, I was told they do not have the ability to do that. I asked her to send the address of the seller so I could ship the item back at my own cost if necessary. I specifically asked her to email this information to me for the purpose of accuracy, she said yes (I found out later that she never did). In addition to that, I asked her to spell the address while on the phone. Then suddenly, she started pretending that the line was not working properly and then it went down.
I call this corporate robbery in daylight and I will pursue this until I get my money back. I will explore and exhaust all available venues to make sure they don't get away with this.

I bought a phone about a year ago from this business, through Ebay. I received a useless piece of plastic. As the title implies, the item I received was a scan, fraudulent. I did not try to use the phone until last week, and when I did, the device would not operate, as when turned on, it said that it was never scanned out of the store. What that most likely means, is that it was stolen out of the store, then brought to VIPOUTLET. Any phone purchased from a store is scanned out. Upon my complaint, vipoutlet refused to accept responsibility, as it is past 90 days. I think it is obvious, if the device was defective or broke, they can pull the 90 day card. But they sold me a device that was never able to be working because it was not scanned out, and is as if they sold me an empty plastic shell of a phone. That is their responsibility to rectify forever and always, and no excuses should be used to avoid that responsibility.

Next day I've got an email requesting to send a photo of my ID and card that I use for the transaction. After submiting this they send me another email saying my order was cancelled. In the meantime, SIX WEEKS LATER, there is STILL a $1,411.82 charge on my credit card. This is unacceptable. Refund the $1,411.82 to my card!

I believe these people are running a phishing scam. I purchased a TV from them. Soon after placing my order I received an email cancelling the order. This was a gift for my Mother so I called them to try and resolve the issue. I was told that the order was cancelled because shipping address did not match billing address, that I should place order again and email a copy of my credit card and drivers license which I did, only to be told the item was now out of stock. A day or so later I received an email from them telling me that my item was "lonely" or something along those lines so I went back to website and item was now available again. This time I did not want to take any chances and asked my brother, who lives near my Mother to order the TV and he could take it to her and set it up. So he ordered the TV and next day he received an email that the order was cancelled.

I was told that this ordered was to arrive on Wednesday March 4th when the order was placed for the amount of 415.95. March 4th came an went with no item received no correspondence from the company in regards of the order. On Saturday March 7th I emailed to informed them that I wanted to cancel my order and have my funds refunded. I received an email from them stating that they could not refund my money as my order had shipped. I then called in to customer service to confirm my order was shipped and when to expect delivery I was informed that my order did not ship and was still in processing and that i could not speak to a manager as they did not have any on duty and that they could not give me a refund nor cancel my order yet as the customer my request should have been processed. I have attached all email correspondence as well as my order.

Horrible experience with this company. I called them because after I purchased a pallet of returned goods from them my transaction didn't go through in my bank after 3 days. Direct liquidation told me they would reset my order and I could pay again. So once I did the same thing happened and my payment didn't go through after 3 days. When I called direct liquidation again they told me it was a problem with my bank. So I went to my bank and they told me they approved the charge twice but there was something going wrong from direct liquidations side. I called direct liquidation again and they told me at that point they realized I had a duplicate order and they would have the problem resolved soon and I'd received an email. That night I got an email saying my order had been cancelled! I called direct liquidation the next day again and they said there was a problem with paying from an Apple iPhone probably I virus and my order was cancelled because it wasn't available anymore. But not to worry Because they placed a hold on my account not allowing me to buy more from them due to non payment and they would remove it with a couple hours! I couldn't believe this. They also told me I could purchase from them again now and I won't be charged for the pallet I purchased before. Guess what? Two days later I was charged 629.34 dollars even after my order was cancelled. I called direct liquids to on again and someone named *** told me they would forward all the info to their accounting team and I receive w an email back and not to worry I'd be refunded. Well guess what, after several emails back and forth with *** he told me accounting let him know they never charged me and if I was it was voided. I contacted my bank and they said I was charged and it had gone through 20 days before the phone call that day! That's how long I was trying to get the problem fixed. It was advertised as being a pallet of customer returns Typically, UNTESTED CUSTOMER RETURN inventory has a 75% plug and play success rate. That means that "most likely" 75% of the product will be in working order. This is not a guarantee that 75% of the product functions, it is simply an estimate based on previous experience with this type of inventory. (The manifest will not be 100% accurate but is used as a representation of the overall contents of the pallet and should be used as a close guide. Contents of what is included according to the manifest will have a degree of variance. We do our best to provide the most accurate manifest possible but will not credit for missing/not matching manifests since product is sold "AS IS".) This being said, who ever took the time to painstakingly type each item in on the manifest some how overlooked these words BROKEN/DAMAGED. If these words were in fact written in the manifest then I would agree that they did their best to provide the most accurate manifest possible as stated on their sight but some how the words were left out intentionally Im sure, because no one in their right mind will buy pallets of broken trash and expect a average of a 75% plug and play rate! I have hundreds of pictures of these items with the typed return slips stating BROKEN/DAMAGED taped to them.(see below) The majority of these items were broken in half, frayed, nasty, chewed and missing one or both of the ear pieces. I bought three TVs from vipoutlet that were returned due to problems with all three products. They won't give me my money back, and they never tried. The order number was #XXXXXXXX and it was placed on June 19 for 2 Vizio 55" TVs and 1 Vizio 66" Smart LED TVs. I closed the bank account on August 3rd which is the account I bought the TVs using. Vipoutlet said that they initiated a transfer for 2 of the TVs on August 8th and that they hadn't processed the money from the 3rd TV because it said that they hadn't received the returned 3rd TV, a problem completely on their end. I have proof from my bank that there was no refund on either date and neither transaction number they gave me is valid. It's been too long so I can no longer reopen the account, and VIPOUTLET has told me the only way they can refund is through the original form of payment but have claimed they have refunded to my bank $302.70 and $351.54 and that my bank needs to write me a check. Each time I talk to vipoutlet they place me on hold for 20, 30, even 45 minutes, are disrespectful and unhelpful. I 've asked multiple times to talk to someone in charge like a supervisor and have not been given any form of contact information. I spent $956.93 on this order and they won't give me my money back. As a student in college trying to pay for rent and school, this is going to be extremely difficult for me to recover from.

I bought a Lenovo laptop on eBay from seller VIPOUTLET order #XX-XXXXX-XXXXX on 12/16 for $351.52. Despite several messages requesting to cancel the order,they shipped the laptop on 12/18. They suggested having USPS intercept the package and return it to VIPOUTLET shipment center which was completed on 1/3. The company agreed to refund me before the item was back to their warehouse and I was told refund was processed on 12/28 but did not receive any payment. After contacting several times, and being told to wait for refund to appear, I was then told that refund did not process due to a technical isssue on their end. At that time I opened a dispute on eBay which was closed after I decided to open a dispute with my debit card provider. VIPOUTLET rep told me they couldn't refund me if a dispute was open so I contacted my debit card provider who cancelled dispute on 1/13 and confirmed with eBay rep that dispute was already closed on their end because they were made aware of my dispute opened with my debit card company and that they must close when this action is taken. I have formal documentation showing both disputes closed by 1/13. VIPOUTLET continues to claim that disputes are open and that is the reason they cannot process my refund but this info is false. I have emailed or called VIPOUTLET every day since 1/13 to try and resolve this issue , even offering to just take the laptop instead of refund but seller tells me I must wait for eBay to close the dispute which as I said had to be closed when I opened the dispute with my debit provider. I believe that VIPOUTLET has the power to refund my money but convinced me to close my dispute with my debit company and eBay so that they do not ever have to refund me my money that I deserve back

I was very disappointed with the 26 pallet Lowe's truckload shipped to me by Vipoutlet.com a/k/a Direct Liquidation a/k/a GoTRC. It looked nothing like the posted photos. In addition, many of the items were damaged to the point of being nothing but garbage or trash. One pallet was nothing but very broken plastic chairs. One pallet had a cracked bathtub on it. How can I sell a cracked bathtub? A couple of pallets had a lot of molded bird seed in them. There also were busted and cracked flower pots and plastic totes as well as one piece of broken metal railing. About three pallets each contained a broken and shattered mirror. I couldn't even take them out of the boxes.I know these are supposed to be items returned to Lowe's, but I am confident Lowe's would not accept returned items in the condition of many of these items. In any event, Vipoutlet or Direct Liquidations or GoTRC, who are connected entities apparently, should not be allowed to ship garbage or trash to its customers. Finally, despite the large boxes full of items depicted in the photos on the web-site, six pallets had one item each on them. One of them had a single set of tree pruners on it. This constitutes deceptive and false advertising and fraud in the inducement. In addition, the truck driver arrived early and then failed to follow instructions and got stuck, So, I had to call a wrecker. By the time I pay to dispose of the garbage and trash shipped to me, I definitely will lose a lot of money on this truckload. Therefore, I requested a refund of half my purchase price, which totaled almost $2,500 with shipping. I was offered a credit in the amount of $710.00. Even though it would have been a huge loss for me, I was willing to accept a $710.00 credit to my credit card in full resolution of this matter. When I offered to accept a $710.00 credit to my credit card, I was advised that I could have a $710 credit against another shipment only.

I searched Google for a Allen Sports T2-G Deluxe 2-Child Bike Trailer. All reputable retailers including Amazon are selling it for $150, VIPOUTLET.COM's ad is $29 BRAND NEW. I set up an account and confirmed that the item was still in stock and placed the order. The experience that followed was the same as I read in all the negative reviews, It was never shipped, chat CS was uninformative, rude or replied with scripted nonsense. I received scripted, conflicting, nonsense emails from the supposable shipping department with ridiculous excuses and always the same check back in 48 hours. They kept insisting that I cancle the order and order something else.
That went on for weeks until they got their way and I decided to cancle the order. When I did they charged my card using the authorization from weeks before. They did refund, but only after I started posting reviews on Trust Pilot.
VIPOUTLET.COM put a hold on my funds for product that was never shipped. They wasted weeks of my time and energy. They personally insulted me. They made an unauthorized charge to my card after I specifically requested in writing to cancle the order and close the account.
I requested they prove the product exists by making good and shipping the order and I insisted to pay for it. Of course I did not get a response after that.
VIPOUTET.COM's business is selling used, re-furbished, repackaged items and surplus merchandise. They are not a retailer of quality goods yet they have a few too good to be true brand new quality item ads that lure customers to the site. They also claim 1-2 day shipping but if you find the fine print it claims 1-2 weeks, if you're lucky enough to get something shipped.
I purchased a refurbished tablet that was never tested, The battery won't charge more than 70%, the storage is at 97% despite a small number of apps installed (my cell is half the size and holds more than 20 apps and still has room for more.), won't power off, and the back says Not for Sale. Worse place to buy online. False advertisement. Got the sent the wrong item they couldn't exchange it i had to buy another one and get a refund on first one. Sent me the wrong item again. Customer service is the worst. They hung up. They kept me holding for almost an hour. Finally I decided i just want my money back and never deal with them again.
