I was robbed
This company literally robbed me. I placed an order for $122 for my elderly parents who are currently quarantined. They are extremely upset to not be seeing family this Easter, so I tried to brighten their spirit with a lovely spring time bouquet. They physically received a few red and white roses that were half dead and had to be discarded the next day. I paid extra for their "supersize" option and can only imagine what they would have received if I didn't. I contacted the company over a dozen times and got zero response. I am utterly disgusted that during this sad time in the world, people like this exist to rob you! Disgusting and shameful!

I love these flowers. At first glance, I wondered what I'd bought, but after they come out of the bag, you fluff them up and you do with them whatever it is your project is, they're gorgeous! With my first two sets, I cut off all of the leaves (the leaves, to me, make them look very artificial) and greenery with wire cutters, like Mommy Dearest in the rose garden, and made a bouquet for my bedroom in a vase that I did a DIY Mercury Glass job on. I've ordered many sets since, and I'm now making professional arrangements with them. I've been asked so many times where I get them and how real and beautiful they look.I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking for flowers should order from Bloomix.

My husband ordered Anniversary Flowers from your company. I have to say it was such an embarrassing moment for him. They arrived not even in the vase and not bloomed but dead!
For a company that advertises constantly on social media and prides themselves on quality this definitely was a huge disappointment! You would think your quality of flowers would be exceptional, but your suppliers definitely failed you.
We would like a refund back as you flowers are very costly and did not deliver on the quality. Very disappointed!

From the US. we ordered flowers for a funeral in Canada. Bloomex confirmed in writing that the flowers would be delivered no later than Noon for a funeral that would start at 2 PM, and we paid extra for that confirmed delivery time. No delivery was even attempted until after 3 PM, more than two hours after the agreed latest time and more than an hour after the funeral started. The church declined to accept delivery for a funeral that was already into its second hour. First, Bloomex suggested we should go to Edmonton to pick up the flowers. )Think about how ridiculous that suggestion is.) Then they offered store credit or an alternative arrangement of flowers, both of which are useless to us. I've now researched this company, and it's a scam. Take a look at https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/online-florist-delivery-marketplace-1.4913560. Side note: if you order from the U.S., they price your order in Canadian dollars but charge you in U.S. dollars, adding 30% to the cost. This is disclosed in fine print that I would bet 90% of people never notice.

Yes same. I place an order september 23, and they promised and keep telling us dont worry they will deliver it the next day abd i'm expecting it as a surprise bday gift to my family. But guess what? they did not deliver it. And no one iform us. i keep calling but they are so rude they keep ending the call. Payment was taken in USD and not AUD which amounted to being almost charged double. This was not made clear through order process. Or website. Finally found the T&Cs were it was buried. Customer service very difficult to deal with - not responding to emails etc. Live chat person (Matt) was rude and dismissive. Finally got some money refunded (after approx 7 emails) but was taken as a payment from my credit card and not a refund. So, now waiting for some sort of company response so I can resolve this.

The flowers received looked nothing like the photo of the bouquet on their website. The card was the wrong one and what was provided specifically no chosen because the recipient associates purple flowers with death.
Delivery was not until very late in the day (around 5pm), despite the representation that they were delivering from a location which is only 5 minutes from the recipient, and despite the order being made at 1am and being confirmed at 7.41am.
And to add insult to injury, the message was stapled on what looked like a receipt in the card under a voucher regarding a discount, so the recipient did not see easily who it was from.

delayed delivery of flower wreath
On both the 25th & 26th of june, I have ordered four flower wreaths with stands to be sent to a funeral on the 28th. (the order numbers are in the attachment below.) however, these flowers failed to be delivered on time and arrived only after the funeral service. Moreover, they came without any stands. Not only has your service been unsatisfactory, but it has also disrespected the recipients. Those flowers were our way of accompanying our beloved uncle through his final journey of life. Although these flowers may seem as simple products of the company, they hold significant meaning to your customers as they are able to act as a medium for conveying our condolences and loss. Failing to deliver on time causes these flowers to lose their meaning and all our efforts to send him off properly are hence gone in vain.
I will no longer be ordering from your company.
On the 24th of June, I ordered a flower wreath from the company. I soon cancelled my order within the time limit of an hour after ordering - exactly as the company's policy has said to do so. I reported this to an agent of Bloomex via the online chat system and she said that my cancellation was successful and I will soon receive a cancellation email and a refund from the manager. However, up until present day (29th of June), I have yet to receive any letter from the company at all. In addition, I was also charged USD$20 for failing to cancel my order within the time limit.

After submitting this complaint (ordered two bouquets of flowers on friday may 10th for mothers day, it is currently may 12th at 8:30 pm neither order has been delivered. After using the extremely frustrating live chat I have found out that both orders are being delivered tomorrow monday may 13th - mothers day is sunday not monday! To make matters worse my mother in law is currently in the hospital and being moved tomorrow to another hospital so I suppose my $60 flower bouquet is going to be enjoyed by a complete stranger. These flowers needed to be there sunday not just because it was mothers day but because she just had a stroke and she is all alone.
Her whole family is here in ontario and flowers on mother's day after a stroke and being all alone would have been so special... That is gone now!
I don't want them sent elsewhere nor do I want my order upgraded (I had already paid for an upgrade) and frankly it won't mean as much to her as it would have yesterday.

I actually found out from my husband that you're the same company he used two years ago for our anniversary, he order two dozen red roses and that order got screwed up
He spent $200 for a bouquet that a. Was not roses and b. Came the next day (so not on our anniversary)
I do not want a store credit nor do I simply want a refund for the delivery fee. The companies you hire to make the delivery's have to be accountable and therefore so are you, courier mistakes might be out of your control but your company has to take responsibility for them, as I said you hired them!
At the end of my rope I called and ask to speak to a manager, the lady said I will have one call you back... What did I receive yet another generic email offer the same thing. I called and when I ask for a manager I get hung up on... Not once but twice.
Then when I finally get another agent he argues with me for 20 minutes, your not getting a refund so we can go around and around all day, his words! I said you hire these courier companies so you need to go to them and say when our customers aren't happy you need to compensate for that.
I am hoping to get the word out there and have no one use this company ever!

Bloomex is an online scamming business. The only reason I went against my better judgement and placed an order with this business is because they confirmed they could do a last minute delivery (during the purchase process). So I went ahead and ordered 36 long stem roses for delivery the following day. Not only was my order not delivered on time, the chat system was completely ineffective at keeping me abreast of the delivery status, and I did not receive any correspondence advising me of the late delivery, nor I was given an option to cancel my order.
After much chasing and navigating the frustrating "live chat" platform - let me tell you, there is nothing "live" or "interactive" about it - I was advised my order would arrive two days later than requested. I promptly emailed Bloomex requesting to cancel my order. Despite my instructions, and with no return correspondence, Bloomex went ahead and delivered the order. Instead of 36 long stem pink roses in a vase, they delivered 9 wilted tulips in a box! Imagine the embarrassment on my behalf. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture toward my recipient, ended with me apologising profusely for sending such a ghastly gift. Dead flowers!
Upon receiving my complaint, Bloomex offered to refund my payment only if the recipient returned the dead flowers to their nearest depot. Bloomex did not bother to provide an address for said depot.
I couldn't imagine anything worse than asking a recipient who has just received 9 dead flowers in a box, to help me obtain a refund by ferrying these dead stems to a depot in an unnamed location. @Dimitri Lokhonia, could you? (hint: you are in the business of bringing people joy)
Bloomex is now refusing to refund the amount paid for the product / service they failed to deliver. I have made numerous requests for a call from management, or for the escalation of my complaint. I can't get through to Bloomex over the phone, and the personnel managing the "wecare"@bloomex email address are becoming increasingly antagonistic.
Does anyone out there have Dimitri Lokhonia's details? I will not let this go. This is daylight robbery.

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day and she never received them. My order number was 2409783.
I had tried to "chat" online with their online service however it was just a robot.
I emailed to confirm the address as the house number hadn't shown up properly, however I never even received my email back as promised within 24 hours. It's now been over 3 day and no word back AND my mom didn't receiver her flowers.
Still no response from them and I have been billed.

2. I strictly asked for them to be handed to my mum herself and to be wished a happy Mother's Day but none of that was done and it was handed to a guest at my house
3. My mother is allergic to mint chocolates and A tiny box was included with it, but online they said it was going to be decadent chocolates but it was a cheap box of chocolates
4. The flowers I received were nothing as what was pictured online and is not worth the amount I payed for them.

I ordered extra large bouquet of flowers with large handblown glass vase, small message card and explicit but, fair time range, delivery instructions, on Wednesday 10th April 2019 to be delivered am Friday 13th April 2019. (Perth WA)
This was to a school for a special ceremony and assembly. (NOTE; the school closes at 3pm, hence the delivery instructions.)
The flowers did NOT arrive until the school was preparing to close at about 2:40pm or so.
Missing the ceremony and the purpose of the flowers. Also, they were NOT the right flowers or amount/size of bouquet ! Furthermore, I paid the extra $20 or so for the large, handblown glass vase. Nothing else was in the box, not even a small card for the recipient !
I contacted them immediately by phone, but the woman was very stand-offish and said they needed photos and complaint by email, which I also did !
They repied saying the flowers look excellent and correct and sorry for the vase. They obviously didn't even read the order correctly as the vase they referred to was the smaller, cheaper one !
Nothing about the negligence or failure to honour the order/contract etc.
Basically denied any wrong doing !
How or why is this company allowed to continue to operate in this country given the amount of complaints and people in my position, that I've since discovered after my ill treatment from this company which appears to be a classic scam type company !?
Consumer Protection is supposed to be strong, here in Australia !
Please look into this company and either make them atone for their transgressions or remove them from our market place.

Yes same! why they allowing this company to hassle people. poor service! and we should take an action regarding this we put effort and spent money but in return what we got. i ordered also for bday gift as a surprise but should be 24 they will deliver but they did not deliver it... so what is the point ordering if they will not deliver as the day you mention.
floral arrangement
The flowers that were delivered were not what was ordered or even a similar value of what was ordered. I ordered 'recipe for romance' flowers and supersized them. The total came to $70. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered, which was a peach and white bouquet with lilies and roses. Instead I received an all white bouquet with two roses and no lilies. My order number was 2372185 and was delivered on March 16, 2019. I attempted to deal with the company and seek a satisfactory outcome but was ignored for over a week and then was sent an email closing the issue without any acknowledgment for my issues because their local florist stated that it was fine. I even sent pictures. The flowers I received were cheap and not what I ordered. I would like a refund, the flowers were for my Mother's memorial and I could easily have bought the same flowers for $20 at a grocery store.

2 orders placed 3 days ago, still no delivery!
I placed and fully paid for two separate orders on Tuesday Feb.12, 2019, one to be delivered on Wednesday Feb. 13. the other one on Valentine's day to my wife on Feb. 14. The second order was never received (delivery address is my home - there's been nothing!). When I inquired about the orders status, I was give the run around by the "chat line", saying they were under investigation - ? I tried their toll free number, was told they don't deal with individual orders, told me to go back to the "chat line" (which was useless!). I was told by a recorded message to email "wecare@bloomex.ca": what I got was a screen that said "Bloomex if for sale"!, asking me to place a price bit?!
The whole thing is a "run around"; no way to get any information about my orders totally over $100.
Does anyone have any advice where I can go from here to get my money back. Will try Better Business Bureau or other government sites... Suggestion please!
poinsettia was not delivered on time but candies were dumped on the back porch 3 days later.
I paid extra for a plant to arrive before Christmas and two days after Christmas my in-laws received candy and so I complained and just got one bot reply after another. There is NO service or integrity in this service. I sent several e-mails and none even came close to addressing the situation like the person at the other end could not read English. If the order does not arrive on time, they won't remedy the situation or even address it in any meaningful way and they will send anything at all in place of what you ordered. It's not like a service, it's more like a scam.
recent flower order
I selected flowers via a picture on line and when they were delivered they were embarrassing. The person i delivered them to was embarrassed to receive them because they did not look fresh, they were wilted, there were only a few stems in the mason jar...the selling image showed a fuller, fresher and nicer arrangement. For the price, i think what i paid for is ridiculous. This experience makes me never want to order flowers again.
also, the card was on a cheap piece of paper with an advertisement on the back. how about some class...i rather not have a card!

I placed an order on Oct 25th for flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday on Oct 27th. My order number is #[protected]. I spent $80.18 on Flowers, balloon and a vase.
I received an status update email yesterday saying my order was IN Transit when I specially noted for the flowers to be delivered on the 27th. I tried calling it was waste of time, couldn't get anyone on the phone to talk. I tried the Live Chat, they couldn't answer what has happened. I emailed [protected]@bloomex and received a response back saying the status update email was sent in an error and order will be delivered tomorrow (27th). I check the status this morning its been In Transit, I emailed again to [protected]@bloomex to confirm when would the order be delivered. They said it will by 5pm est, but flower didnt get delivered. I tried the online chat at 530pm est to find out what is going on. The person couldnt help at all, he had to send email to Deliver department and won't know any information until tomorrow, which is just absurd. I asked him if I could speak to someone to file a complaint but he said there is no customer contact number and to send a email for my complaint. How does that help, my daughter's birthday is today and I wanted to send her flowers on her birthday. She is student and living in residence away from home.I wanted to make her day special but bloomex completely ruined it. I don't understand how this company does not a anyone to talk on the phone. I spent all day in frustration waiting for you to deliver the flower and not its too late for me to even try to order from anywhere else. I am in tears because what you guys did.
I can't even put in word how dissatisfied I am with Bloomex's service. Its complete fraud. How do I get my money back? I will never ever use Bloomex service in my life again, and nor will anyone from my family or friend will ever use the business.

After trying to "chat" with "Matt" online and getting zero help but the email address to send my complaint in, I have since emailed 3 separate times to not receive any answers as to why my delivery was 3 days late, and the flowers were dead upon arrival :( I am extremely disappointed in this company.
