Bloomex incorrect delivery address

12th October 302pm
Bloomex emailed to advise that recipient of flowers had been discharged from Cairns Base Hospital. They needed home address to redeliver order. A redelivery fee of $14.95 would be charged.

12th October 331pm
I emailed Bloomex with home address and agreed to the extra delivery cost.

12th October 342pm
I emailed Bloomex again with correct address of Cairns Private Hospital. The recipient had been discharged but was transferred to another hospital, not to her home. I attempted to confirm this change over the phone. I was directed to live chat on the Bloomex site. My email also stated that I would attempt a live chat immediately to confirm new address.

12th October 403pm
Live chat consultant confirmed new address of Cairns Private Hospital (see attachment).

Bllomex refused to deliver to correct address. They still delivered to home address.

Bloomex flowers not delivered

I ordered flowers For my mom's 60th birthday and they were supposed to be delivered October 10, it's October 12 and the recipient still has not received the flowers. I tried to speak to customer service, they did not respond. What a waste of $60! They told me they could not give me a refund, absolutely ridiculous! This business is complete scam! Never buy flowers from Bloomex!

Bloomex flower delivery

unacceptable experience!
I ordered Red roses for delivery the next day. Pink roses were delivered! Contacted management and they explained a so called "Substitution Policy"... Instead of notifying me about not having red roses as advertised and confirmed during check out, they sent pink roses instead which did not match the vase that was also purchased. To make the situation even more sad, they printed the personal message on the back of coupon! How tacky is that? Til this day, they still haven't fixed the issue. It was a Mothers Day failure... You may order something, but there is no telling what may arrive due to this crappy policy. They don't even have enough customer care to even contact you and let you know they are out of the selection you have ordered...Beware, they are shady and ordering is Gamble...

Bloomex flowers delivered but does not look the same in the photo

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend, Sept. 27, 2018. It will be delivered for Sept 28. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers delivered and was shocked to see the bouquet does not look the same in the photo. Some of the flowers looks wilted as well. I'm very disappointed.
I'm attaching a photo of the flowers i ordered and received. This is terrible and for sure will be the first and last order from Bloomex.

Bloomex gift basket

They do NOT deliver on time, & Customer service does NOT help,
What's the point for getting a delivery for a special occasion if they miss the special occasion?
The representative called & said that it was farmed out to a local florist in the area & was closed MONDAY Sept 24, but I didn't order flowers, I ordered 2 gift baskets & the Purolator tracking # shows label for shipping printed and shipped from VANCOUVER on MONDAY Sept 24, the day set for delivery.

They outright LIE. Al

Bloomex flower delivery

I've ordered from Bloomex.ca a few times and had zero issues. My last two orders have been a nightmare though. (#[protected] and [protected]). The first one was for my partner who is working out of town. Bloomex delivered them 3 days early and my partner is not home. The second order was for my mother's birthday. They were delivered days late to her office on her day off. So it made me look like I forgot her birthday. Both times I contacted bloomed and both times they failed to provide any compensation for their errors.

Bloomex flower delivery

Hello,

My order was just delivered to my recipient and I was sent a picture of the arrangement. I am VERY unhappy. This arrangement looks very cheap and does not look like anything like the photo you advertised on your website! Your picture was very misleading and I am very UNSATISFIED! I know understand how your company operates. You lure innocent customers into writing a review for a $20 off coupon, before the order is even shipped out...then thats how you get your FAKE 5 star reviews...then once you send out the order and it is received by the recipient, we (the customers) see how crappy the arrangement actually is. I am embarrassed and appalled that such a low quality arrangement was sent to my friend on my behalf. Those flowers are not worth $70! I feel absolutely scammed!

Bloomex ordered gift basket for parents 65th wedding anniversary on august 9th for august 14th delivery. order #[protected] has still not arrived.

order #[protected] not delivered, went on chat service and asked why the order has not been delivered and was told it is in transit. My question was not answered. This service is very disappointing. My parents are almost 90 years old, I had to call them to reassure I did not forget their anniversary. This was very embarrassing. I have been using Bloomex since 2011, and now I am so upset I can hardly keep from shaking. I still don't know if my parents will receive the gift basket.

Bloomex bloom-[protected]

I am trying this message on behalf of Erika Roker. Order # is [protected]. Erika Roker received flowers last week from her son that ordered the flowers for Mother's Day. Almost three months later is unacceptable for any Mother to receive flowers that should of been delivered on Mother's Day. Erika Roker is visibly upset for getting the flowers so late in early August.

BLOOMEX MISREPRESENTS
On July 30, 2018 i ordered flowers for my friends birthday for delivery in North York Ontario ...Please look at what i ordered for almost $80 and what was delivered.
A completely different arrangement no where near the premium quality bouquet I chose from the Bloomex site,
I requested a full refund only to be told a credit could be issued which is unacceptable as i will never use Bloomex again.

Bloomex quality and customer service

On friday june 22nd 2018, I had a bloomex flower arrangement delivered to a funeral home in Ottawa, to honor and salute the death of a loved one. I chose the arrangement "loving lilies" described as elegant flowers such as creme roses, white lilies, delicate carnations, fresh eucalyptus and more. Approximately 27" W x 25" H. On the web picture you can see 8 creme roses, 11 white lilies and numerous buds, carnation and greens. Since the deceased was an important person to us I chose and paid for the deluxe version. We received a horrible bunch of flowers with only one rose which was already wilted, 3 cala lilies, some white lilies and the space left by the missing roses was filled with some cheap wilted chrysanthemum, wilted hydrangea flower some cheap carnation. We were horrified to see those flowers, they looked as if they had been picked up in the garbage of a cemetary. Bloomex advertises on it's first page "freshest flowers guaranteed". I was ashamed to see my name in that bouquet and we can never reclaim this moment and make it right.
I sent pictures and requested a refund which was refused by bloomex Bloomex claims that the order sent was correct and to value and offered a 20% discount on a future transaction! (As if I would ever buy from them again.. never never never! I wish I had read the reviews before buying from bloomex as there are hundreds and hundreds of unsatisfied clients.

Bloomex late delivery and missing product

I live in Sweden and ordered for a gift basket delivery and a metallic birthday balloon for my sister who lives in Ontario on Wednesday 13/6 for it to be delivered on Friday 15/6.
1.Despite waiting for delivery the entire day on Friday, due to the time difference to Sweden, I was told, only when I contacted the online help in the afternoon, that delivery had not taken place due to the unit number missing.
2. I was also told that despite having a 3 hour window period before the end of the stipulated delivery time, that it could not be redelivered that same day. This was unbelievable since the online order form page would not move forward if information was missing.
3.The online chat person's response was few and far between and of not much help. I had spoken to 4 random people on 4 different occasions which I think were nom de plumes anyway. When I tried emailing the chats to myself, this did not happen, which makes me think it's a redundant feature merely for deception in cases like these.
4. I had to contact Purolator and was told that the delivery could only be done by Monday 18/6. I was then told by another online chat person that the delivery could be done by Tuesday 19/6 and that who ever had previously told me Monday was incorrect.
5. On Tuesday again, I was told by Bloomex chat that there was no unit number provided and this was really infuriating!I had to inform the recipient of the gift on Friday that she will be receiving something in the post on Tuesday (3 days after her birthday). This defeated the purpose of the surprise and for the amount of money I paid, highly inefficient on the part of Bloomex!
6. The metallic balloon was not delivered with the gift.
7. The recipient of the gift informed me that Purolator, the delivery company, did not knock on the door nor ring the doorbell. They simply left the box (with no balloon) on the doorstep and drove off.
8. Not once did Bloomex provide me with a comforting solution, nor mention any form of remuneration nor remedy for their poor service.
This experience was a total disappointment! I am generally a gift giver and I have family all over the world. You can be assured that I won't be using Bloomex again nor recommending it to colleagues, friends or family.

Bloomex floral delivery

I ordered a bouquet last week to be delivered to a friend the day after she came out of the hospital. I paid extra for next-day service. They delivered the flowers five days late, and they were totally dead.

Several emails later, they are still only offering a $5 refund on the next-day service charge. Their reasons for not offering a full refund have so far included, "Once we send the order to production, it's no longer our responsibility" and "Because flowers are perishable, we don't take complaints about freshness more than three days after delivery." Umm...they were delivered today, and they were already dead.

Tell everyone you know to never use this scammy company.

Bloomex gift basket

June 15, 2018 - Order number 2247094

I am in complete and utter disbelief at the horrendous customer service this company puts forward. It's disgusting to even think that they call solving a problem with a 15% discount acceptable.

I ordered a gift basket from them for Father's Day. In the description on the website, it stated that the gift basket would come with an assortment of chocolates, nuts, cookies, cheese, crackers etc.

Due to some health concerns my dad has, I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED if they could keep the number of cookies and chocolates in the basket to a minimum. Low and behold, the day the gift basket arrives, it's all cookies, chocolates and candy. No cheese, no nuts, no crackers. Nothing salty which I had requested. They didn't reach out to me or call me to let me know that my request couldn't be fulfilled. I reached out to 3 different customer service representatives and all of them shoved discounts at me, as if that was going to solve the problem. All of them said it was my fault for not reading the 'fine print' on the website that stated 'Gift basket may not differ from what is pictured'. I don't understand why they have the option for 'customer instruction' if they're not even going to listen to customer instruction? At the very least, include a VARIETY of goodies like their false advertisement states.

I'm not an idiot, but that's exactly what customer service makes you feel like. They all stopped responding to my messages when I asked if there was someone else or a phone number of a manager I could speak to. I even asked for a refund and they didn't respond to me.

Having worked in customer service for years and year, this is absolutely unacceptable. There is no accountability at all, just the customer is to blame for everything that this company does wrong.

Bloomex flowers

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day and she didn't get them until 2 days after Mothers Day and they weren't even close to what I ordered. They were withered, all red, there was no teddy bear. I sent an email and have received no response. The website says there can be substitutes but there was no substitute for the bear, there was just nothing. There was nothing but flowers no color what so ever no babies breath nothing. I've attached what I ordered and what my mother received.

Bloomex delivered wilted flowers

May 12. 2018 - Ordered flowers and a Gourmet Collection basket that was suppose to contain, according to them "This Gourmet Gift Basket contains an assortment of 6 decadent treats (such as gourmet Chocolates, exotic Coffees and Teas, premium Cheeses, Nuts, Seafood, Crackers) personally selected by our Gift Basket Gourmets and is a sure to melt their heart and satisfy their taste buds." There were NO coffees, Teas or Chocolates- there were two small boxes of crackers and a box with one cookie. They were suppose to deliver between 9 am - 12 noon, they did not arrive until 3:30 pm and were wilted by 6 pm. I contacted them via chat and was promised that a new bouquet would be delivered within 24 hours - it is now 1 week later and nothing was delivered. I sent an email Monday May 14 - the email said it would respond in 24 hours - 3 days later after more emails and unsatisfactory live chats they responded with lies and excuses. I was promised a call from customer service - that did not happen either! This has to be the worst customer service I have received in 61 years. Just continuous lies and excuses. I want a complete refund not a store credit because I will never use this company again.

Bloomex flower delivery

I ordered flowers for my future daughter in law's birthday. I ordered on May 14th for delivery May 17th in Toronto. My order number was 2236275. They charged my credit card within 5 minutes of the order being placed.
I did not hear from her on the 17th so I was wondering what happened. This morning the 18th, the day after the event, she texts me and says the flowers "just arrived". I am furious, this young lady is new to our family, her birthday came and went with no acknowledgement from our family because the FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED on the day that I specified and there was no reason why and I was not notified.
I am ashamed and profoundly embarrassed, it looks like we don't care about her.
Terrible service.

Bloomex flower delivery

I placed an order on may 5th 2018 to have flowers delivered to my mom for mother's day. Delivery was scheduled for saturday may 12th. She did not receive the flowers. She was crushed and now I would like a full refund for the flowers and delivery which I paid for. Live chat said that they can give me store credit or send flowers to her next week. Bloomex bloomex flowers

I purchased flowers for mothers day over the internet from Bloomex. I live in Nova Scotia and my mother lives in St. Albert, Alberta. My niece took a photo of the flowers and they are not even close to what I ordered. I have photos (attached) to show the difference. I contacted Bloomex who at first said, "we will re-send". I ordered on the 12th, complained on the 13th and today is the 16th, yet have received only the usual "we are looking into it". I keep getting a form-letter everytime I contact them. I've chatted with them (online chat) 3 times with the same result "we are looking at it".
At one time they said if there was a problem they would give me a store credit. I don't want a store credit because I will never order from these people again. I want re-delivery of what I ordered or my money back. I threatened action with Visa and also reporting them to the RCMP for fraudulent practices. (I've checked reviews about Bloomex and they are not good!)

Bloomex mother’s day flowers

I ordered two single rose arrangements and upon delivery, only one was delivered. The one arrangement I received said it was supposed to include babies breath and greens, it did not contain babies breath. I had ordered two cards, one was hand written, and the other was printed (quite odd). I have been contacting them through email, phone, live chat, and even going to my local Bloomex store (no one answered the door). This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
