boAt Disappointing Experience with boAt Speaker and Customer Service

I recently purchased a boAt speaker from Flipkart and was excited to use it. However, after a few days of using it, I encountered a problem with the Bluetooth connectivity. I tried to connect it to my device but it just wouldn't work. I was frustrated and decided to register a complaint with boAt's customer service team.

To my dismay, I was informed that there was an internal part missing in my speaker, which was the reason why it wasn't connecting to Bluetooth. I was disappointed to hear this and hoped that they would fix the issue. However, my claim was rejected and I was told that I couldn't get a replacement.

When I received my original speaker back, I noticed that it didn't even have buttons. I was shocked and felt like the boAt service team was doing a lot of fraud with their customers. I have been facing this issue for over a month now and it's really frustrating.

If my problem doesn't get resolved soon, I will have no choice but to throw it in the garbage. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the service I received from boAt. I will never purchase any boAt item again and will also suggest to my friends to not buy this product.

boAt Terrible Experience with BOAT AIRDOPES: Poor Performance and Awful Post Sales Service

I recently had a really bad experience with the AIRDOPES from BOAT brand. Let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. The post sales service was the worst I have ever encountered from any brand in the market. I had to send my AIRDOPES back to the company multiple times, and in the end, they told me that the product was damaged.

I mean, seriously? Is it possible that a consumer could damage the product themselves and then wait for the company to repair it? And then, this is the kind of response that the brand gives?

I have to say, my experience with this brand was worse than any other I have had. I promise that I will never use this brand again, and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone else.

Overall, I found the performance of the AIRDOPES to be unsatisfactory, and the post sales service was just plain awful. It's a shame, because I had high hopes for this brand, but they really let me down.

boAt Disappointed with boAt Rockerz 600 Bluetooth Headphone and Service Center

I recently purchased a boAt Rockerz 600 Bluetooth headphone from boat-lifestyle.com in May 2021. However, after just two months of use, I noticed that the microphone was not working properly. I decided to take it to the service center in HSR Bangalore for a replacement.

I was hoping that they would either repair my product or replace it with a brand new one. Unfortunately, I was given a used and old product as a replacement, which was also not working properly. I had to go back to the service center again, and they assured me that I would receive a replacement product.

To my dismay, the replacement product I received was also a used one. This time, the microphone was working, but there were still some issues with the sound quality. I stopped using the product altogether as I received many complaints about the voice quality during Zoom calls with the headset.

I feel like I wasted my money by purchasing this product, and I regret not opting for a better one. I lost 2000 rupees on this purchase, and I am disappointed with the service provided by boAt. I hope they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

boAt Disappointed with boAt's Customer Service: Incorrect Product Received

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with boAt (boat-lifestyle.com). So, I ordered the rockerz 260v1 active black headphones with Order No: *** on August 4th, 2022. However, when I received the invoice, it said rockerz 260 active black. I thought it was a minor mistake, but when I received the replacement, it was the rockerz 260 fusion black, which is a completely different product.

I tried to contact their customer care person, Araham, but he was not ready to listen and kept insisting that it was my duty to check the invoice. I was disappointed with their customer service, especially since I had also purchased two more rockerz 260v1 headphones, and the invoice had the same mistake.

I want to inform you guys that the rockerz 260 only comes in four colors: fusion black, blue, green, and purple. The active black color is only available in the rockerz 260v1 model. So, I kindly request boAt to replace my headphones with the same model or upgrade, as I will not accept the rockerz 260 fusion black.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with boAt. I hope they can improve their customer service and avoid mistakes like this in the future.

boAt Disappointing Experience with boAt Website: Lack of Delivery and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on the boAt website for a pair of airpods. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order was not delivered to my office address, even though the website showed that it had been delivered on a Sunday. I was confused and frustrated, as I had not received any OTP or call from the delivery partner.

When I reached out to their customer service, they told me to get back to them within 24 hours regarding the issue. Unfortunately, I had not realized that I had received a delivery message until more than 24 hours had passed. I was disappointed with their lack of assistance and felt like they were not taking responsibility for their mistake.

I believe that the delivery partner and the company have some kind of tie-up to fool customers. As a paying customer, I expected better service and communication from boAt. I have shared their email reply pics and my call list to show my dissatisfaction with their service.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with boAt and would not recommend their website to others. It is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide better customer service to retain their customers.

boAt Terrible Customer Service Experience with Boat Website's Wave Connect Boat Watch Order

I recently bought a Wave Connect Boat Watch from the Boat Website and was excited to receive it. However, when the courier arrived, I was disappointed to find that the watch was missing from the box. I immediately tried to contact their Whatsapp business account, but it was a terrible experience. So, I had to search the web for their customer care number, which was continuously busy. Finally, I managed to call a Mumbai customer care number and raised a complaint. They asked me to unbox it again and send a video and pictures of all the angles. I had to take pictures of an empty box, which was quite frustrating.

Unfortunately, my complaint is still unresolved, and I am yet to receive my watch. I have been given a complaint number and my order details, but I am still waiting for a resolution.

The watch was dispatched through Shiprocket, and the AWB number is SR***. The Wave Connect Charcoal Black has an HSN code of *** and a USN of FHLN***.

I have purchased hundreds of orders from Amazon, and this is by far the worst experience I have had on a 2,999 Rs order. If there was a zero rating, I would give that.

I recently made a purchase from boAt's website on the 23rd of this month. I was excited to receive my new earphones, especially since I had a train trip planned from Mumbai to Delhi on the 27th. The website had estimated that my order would arrive on the 25th, which was perfect timing for my trip. However, today is the 27th and my order has not yet been delivered.

I decided to contact their customer care to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was not very helpful. They simply told me that the delivery may happen tomorrow, or maybe not. When I checked the tracking details, I saw that my order had not even been picked up from the vendor yet. This was very frustrating for me, as I needed the product for my train trip in just two days.

I asked the representative if I should cancel my order and purchase the product from a local shop instead. They did not seem to care either way and simply told me that I could cancel if I wanted to. This was very disappointing to me, as I had been looking forward to using this product on my trip.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received from boAt. I do not recommend ordering from their website, as their customer care is unhelpful and their delivery times are unreliable. If you are interested in purchasing a boAt product, I suggest ordering from Amazon or Flipkart instead.

boAt Nightmare Warranty Experience with boAt's Wave Fit Smart Watch

I had a really bad experience with boAt's smart watch, the wave fit. I bought it last year on 07-05-2022 from the reliance digital store in Viviana mall. Unfortunately, the wrist side of the watch got loose and the button stopped working. I was hoping to get it fixed under warranty, but it turned out to be a nightmare.

I went back to the store where I bought it, but they told me that it was damaged and they couldn't take it. They directed me to the service center located in charai, but when I got there, they told me that they were not handling boat service anymore. I tried calling the toll-free number, but I didn't get any good response.

After searching for a service center in Thane west, I finally found one. However, only a single girl was handling many people, and she was very rude to me. She told me to fill out an online form, but the process was so long that by the time I completed it, the 1-year warranty had already expired. Even the online link was not accepting my request.

I felt like it was not my fault that the reliance store gave me the wrong address, which wasted my time. It was the worst experience for me. When I went back to the store with my mother, she was very angry, which made them do a little process. But I still feel that it won't work because they just did this to make us quiet. If they really wanted to help us, they would have done it well before.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received from boAt. I expected better from a company that claims to be a lifestyle brand. I hope they improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same experience as me.

boAt Disappointing Warranty Experience with boAt: Incorrect Product Shipped Twice

I recently had an experience with boAt, the popular audio brand, that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had to claim a warranty for my Airdopes 141, which had stopped working. I sent my original product to their testing center, but to my surprise, they tested the wrong product and sent me the wrong one back.

When I received the test report, I immediately contacted boAt and sent them the invoice for my original product. I explained that they had tested the wrong product and sent me the wrong one, but they still sent me the incorrect product via Blue Dart.

I also spoke with their customer support team, who advised me to send another email with the subject "Wrong product received" and attach images of the incorrect product. I followed their instructions, but unfortunately, I received the wrong product again.

I called customer support twice, but the responses I received were not helpful. The first time, they told me to talk to Blue Dart, who said that the original product had been sent to boAt's warehouse. The second time I called boAt, they asked me why I had received the wrong product, which didn't make any sense to me.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from boAt. It was frustrating to have to deal with multiple incorrect shipments and unhelpful customer support. I hope that they can improve their processes and provide better service to their customers in the future.

boAt BoAt Micro USB Cable Review: Warranty Rejection for Unauthorised Seller on Invoice

Yo, so I wanna talk about this boAt Micro USB Cable 2.4 A 1.5 m Micro USB 500 Black that I copped from FLIPKART. I got it with a 2 Year National Warranty and everything was cool until it stopped working. I hit up boAt with a complaint on 13.05.2023 and they straight up rejected my warranty claim saying that the seller on the invoice was unauthorised. Like, what the heck? This ain't right.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from boAt before and even recommended it to my homies, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, they replaced my Boat Bassheads 225 in Ear wire when I got it from Amazon, so why the double standard now?

I just wanna say that if you're gonna buy something from boAt, make sure you get it from a legit source like Amazon or a local store. And boAt, if you're reading this, please pick up my cable and replace it ASAP. Don't break my trust, man.

I recently had a really bad experience with the boAt company. I purchased a gadget from them and it turned out to be a complete fraud. boAt Disappointing Experience with Boat Products: A Review

I purchased Airdopes and an Avante Sound bar from them, but both of these products stopped working after exactly one year. It was quite disappointing as I had expected them to last longer than that.

boAt Disappointing Experience with Boat-Lifestyle.com's Courier Service and Customer Support

I recently made a purchase from boat-lifestyle.com using my colleague's account. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the courier service when I ordered the Boat stone 350 product. I had to wait for a long time and when the person finally arrived with the two speakers I ordered, one of the boxes was empty. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the courier services and it was even harder to find customer support. The help line number was not helpful at all and they even said that they were not working with boat anymore and that they had changed their services.

I really hope that boat-lifestyle.com can update their contact details for customer care because this was a very bad experience for me. It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product and then have to deal with such poor customer service. I would not recommend this website to anyone until they improve their courier services and customer support.

I am really bummed out that my warranty replacement was rejected due to physical damage. I had already raised a complaint about the product not working and it's not turning on. If you can't replace it due to the damage, can't you at least repair it? I am really disappointed with this experience and it has made me lose faith in the brand. I used to love using boAt for my music and watch needs, but now I don't think I will be using it anymore. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. I didn't even raise a complaint about the physical damage, it was just about the product not working. And to be honest, the physical damage might have been your fault too.

boAt Boat Service Center Frustration: Invalid Invoice and Dealer Issues

So, I had to go through a lot of trouble to get my ear dopes fixed. I went to the service center and raised multiple tickets, but they kept rejecting them saying that my invoice was invalid. I tried contacting customer support, but they were not much help either. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, I found out that the dealer who had purchased the product for my company was not listed with them. This was surprising because we had provided the GST of both parties.

To make matters worse, the invoice had been used multiple times for replacement according to boat. This was because we had received soft copies of the invoice as these were gifts for our employees and we had ordered them in bulk. It was really frustrating to go through all this trouble just to get my ear dopes fixed.

Overall, I think boat needs to improve their service and make it easier for customers to get their products fixed. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a simple repair done. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their service.

I recently bought the boAt Airdrop 172 and I have to say, I've had a lot of problems with it. I had to send it in for warranty, but when I got it back, it still wasn't working properly. one. I bought a boat bluetooth in December 2021 and it was still under warranty when it suddenly stopped working. I raised a return request for a replacement product, but after the review from their team, they sent me a snap of the product that was damaged. I was shocked and disappointed to see that they were not willing to honor their policy.

I feel like BOAT is a fake policy holder and they don't have the courage to stick to their policy. If they are not willing to attempt to their policy, they should not have made it in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and I will make sure to write a negative review every day for their fakeness.

My first experience with BOAT was good, even in terms of their return policy, but the second experience was pathetic. I hope they improve their service and honor their policies in the future.

boAt Mixed feelings about boAt Xtend: Product is good, but customer care needs improvement

I recently purchased the boAt Xtend from Amazon's Appario and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the product. However, I did have a bit of trouble with the customer care team at boAt. I messaged them about an error that I was experiencing with my watch, but they were not very helpful and seemed to be quite unresponsive.

I'm not sure if they understood my issue correctly, but I never said that the watch wasn't working. The error only appears for a second and then the watch goes back to normal. It happens about once a week or so and I keep seeing a wrench icon with a -5 number on the screen. I tried to search for information about this error on Google, but I couldn't find anything useful.

I messaged the boAt customer care team about this issue about 40 times, but they just kept telling me to replace the watch or go to another city by bus to get it serviced. I found this to be quite embarrassing and frustrating, especially since I just wanted a simple answer to my question.

I would really appreciate it if the supervisor of the tech team could help me out with this issue. I think that they should ask their tech experts about this error and provide me with a clear explanation of what it means. Overall, I think that the boAt Xtend is a good product, but the customer care team could definitely use some improvement.
