I received noted device for Christmas and took it out of packaging for the first time just now in order to grind some coffee. I followed the instructions in the info booklet but the device will not power on. I have tried it in multiple confirmed electrical sockets but it will not power on.
As I have mentioned since IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT GIVEN TO ME December 25,2023. I do not have any receipts or knowledge as to where it had been purchased from.

Desired outcome: I would like this device to work or replaced as it was sealed in factory packaging and low and behold it will not work!
