I placed an order of a coffee table
I placed an order of a coffee table... really loved the design the website says delivery in 3-9 days. Shipping company called on 9/3 to schedule delivery on 9/7. Label on the box indicates it was imported to US back in January; So i guess they have a warehouse in US now for more popular items.
It's delivered by a freight company. It's well packed; no damage at all.
Highly recommend
I am so impressed with my purchase from this furniture store. The quality of the product is outstanding, it is sturdy and looks beautiful in my home. The shipping and dispatch process was seamless, with regular updates and the delivery arrived on time. I also appreciated the excellent customer service. Staffs were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece. I highly recommend this store!
Great selection
The store had a great selection of outdoor furniture that was both stylish and durable. I was impressed by the variety of options available, from sleek metal chairs to cozy outdoor sofas. I ended up purchasing a set of wooden chairs and a table that have held up well over several summers. The furniture is easy to clean and looks great on my patio. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality outdoor furniture.

Perfect chair
I appreciated the store's focus on ergonomic furniture. As someone who spends a lot of time sitting at a desk, it was important to me to find a chair that was both comfortable and good for my posture. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the different types of chairs and helped me find one that was perfect for me. The chair has made a huge difference in my daily comfort and productivity. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for ergonomic furniture.
Dining table
I ordered a $1200 dining table from this site. It took approximately 5 days to arrive which was wonderful. I noticed a dime-sized dent in the table top and that the assembly parts (screws/bolts) were missing from my package. I reached out to their customer service and they issued a partial refund and are expediting the parts to me. Mistakes are inevitable, we are human. I am very thankful that this company believes in making situations right. I will be purchasing from them again.
Excellent customer service
I could not be happier with my recent furniture purchase. The quality of the product is top-notch. It is clear that great care was taken in its construction. The shipping and dispatch process was efficient and hassle-free, with the furniture arriving in perfect condition. I also had a great experience with customer service. Staffs provided me with detailed information about the product and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and excellent customer service.
They deserve zero stars - stay away!
We bought a kitchen island light which looked gorgeous on their website. Unfortunately, it had a minor damage so we needed to return it. My husband contacted them numerous times, we sent pictures, but still no resolution of the problem after a week of going back and forth. They were very generous by offering us 10% discount for future purchases (this is the last company we would consider to buy something else after such "a great experience"), so we respectfully declined it and insisted on returning a damaged item. No response since then.
Will report them to BBB and have to file a claim with my credit card company if they don't return my money.
We should have checked other reviews before buying from them, it's our fault?.
STAY AWAY!
I had Multiple Good Experiences with Homary
I saw all the negative reviews on this site and was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I purchased a complete shower system, body sprays, extra large rain shower head and controls. The control went bad. After explaining the issue, they sent me new parts. I was very happy. I then bought a coffee table from them. It arrived well packed and in excellent condition. We just placed an outdoor furniture order that has not arrived yet (which is what made me check reviews again).
I know how frustrating receiving damaged items can be. We are also in the Amazon age where returns are relatively simple. I don't think that is their model and consumers should be aware of that before placing orders.
In my experience, everything has gone well and I continue to look at their website when I online show. Hope this review helps.
Worst Company Ever Stay Away!
We bought a $1,500 sofa that looked gorgeous on the pictures. The problem started even on the delivery... it is on the 1st floor with a staircase access and they delivered on the ground floor blocking all the neighbors entrance and didn't care at all. The delivery guy just said: this is a standard delivery and there is nothing I can do about it.
I have to call people to help me put upstairs, then we open the boxes, and noticed right the way the terrible quality of the product. To start with the color - They show a rich dark gray/blue, the one they delivered was a very pale-gray. The "leather" that they advertise was the cheapest vinyl you can possibly get, and the cushions were hard as a rock... we didn't even bother to assembled and contacted them the AFTER we received.
The whole think is a joke! 7/17/23 was my first email to them, after I mentioned number of times that the product they delivered was not what they advertised, they keep asking me to keep the sofa and giving me a 20% discount. They call me on 8/3/23 to again offer me to stay with the couch and give me a 50% discount. I told them AGAIN that I don't want that product, it was not what we bought, the quality is TERRIBLE and I don't want that in my house... today, 8/12/13 they sent me an email "opening a case - almost a month after I contacted them!) offering me to keep the couch again with a 20% discount or giving me an unrealistic refund policy (that I need to pack exactly the way it came and with a wooden pallet under). For me, that is it! I am open a dispute with my credit card and using all the emails they sent me as a proof of their BAD business. BE AWARE!
Recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Homary Review: Nightmare Nightstand & Zero Customer Support
Yo, so I recently hit up this website called Homary for the first time and oh man, it was a total disaster. I ordered a freakin' nightstand that was originally over $200 but had a discount. When the package arrived and I opened it up, I was like, "what the heck is this?" It was a completely different design and style than what I actually ordered. But that's only half the problem. This nightstand was disgusting. It had yellow stains all over it, like someone literally peed on it. The shelves were all broken and the dang thing fell apart (check out the pics). The top panel was even disconnected from the whole thing, like why? It was scratched, dirty, and looked like it had been chucked in a dumpster before they sent it to me. Like come on, Homary, you think it's cool to send me a piece of trash as a client?
So, I decided to reach out to their support team (duh) and created a ticket. It's been a few days now and nada, zilch, zero. They haven't even bothered giving me a call or anything. It's almost like they don't give a rat's butt about resolving the issue. Now, the only option I have is to email all these gross photos to my bank and beg for a full refund. Like seriously, I'm a lady living alone and this thing is super freaking heavy. I need to get someone to help me haul this piece of garbage out of my place.
Ugh, long story short, Homary is a giant hot mess and I'm never going back there again. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else, peeps!
(And yes, I'm aware that this review is chock full of grammar and spelling errors. Ya gotta keep it real, right?)
Terrible Experience with Homary: Defective Table and Chairs, Poor Customer Service, and Costly Returns
Yo, I gotta share my experience with Homary. So I decided to order a fancy schmancy dining table and 6 chairs from them, right? Well, first off, the chairs showed up weeks before the table did. Then, when the table finally arrived, turns out it was defective. Like, what the heck?! I tried to initiate a return for both the chairs and table and it was a whole ordeal. I had to call and email them like a bajillion times over almost two months before I finally got return authorizations from them. And get this - they expect ME to pay over $750 to return the chairs and the legs and base of the table, even though “only the table top was defective”. Like, what kind of cheap a*** customer service is that? They wouldn’t even pay for the return of the defective table top, they told me to just toss it.
Seriously, y’all, don’t ever buy from Homary. And get this, even after all that back and forth, they’re trying to close out the return because they claim the items weren’t returned yet. But they were delivered by FedEx directly to Homary - like, what more do ya need?! This company is an absolute nightmare. I’ve returned stuff to Wayfair, Amazon, Costco, Nordstrom, and even to a UK-based company before and it was never this much of a disaster. I bet I’m gonna have to chase after these people to get my refund, and even then they’ll probably find some way to nickle and dime me. Ugh, they’re total slime balls, stay away!
Homary Review: Bad Customer Service & Shipping Issues
So, I decided to try Homary for my bathroom vanity, and boy oh boy, I was in for an unpleasant surprise! They only shipped two out of three pieces of my vanity.
I called Homary customer care to inquire about the missing piece, but (shocker) their English was quite tricky to comprehend. And even worse, they had no idea what happened to the third piece!
I told them that since my bathroom was still under remodelling, I couldn't wait for them to send the third piece again. I asked for them to cancel my order. Initially, they refused to pay for the shipping return for my two boxes that weighed about fifty pounds each, but I had to get nasty and threaten to sue before they agreed to pay. For real?!
Now, come on. How is it my fault if one of the two boxes ends up lost at the warehouse? However, Homary won't refund my card until they receive the second box. How ridiculous is that?
I also returned a faucet, and they refused to pay for my shipping return. I used USPS and paid over $12 for a small 3.5lb box. I imagine paying for two 50lb boxes. Oof!
Honestly, if you want an easy and hassle-free shopping experience, please steer clear of Homary! Their customer service is the pits, and their warehouse is only open from 11 to 5, Monday to Friday. Umm, who operates their business at those hours?
This whole ordeal taught me not to purchase from companies based in foreign countries, especially the Far East, ever again.
Homary Website Review: Terrible Experience, Damaged Items, and Unresponsive Customer Service
Hey guys, I gotta tell you about my HORRIBLE experience with this website called Homary. I ordered two things from them and both were an absolute nightmare.
So, first off I got this TV stand thing and when I opened the box the whole thing was actually damaged! The freaking drawer had a HUGE crack in it, which obvs made me super mad. I told them I wanted a replacement and they were like "OK send us some pics first" so I did. But then they didn't call me back like they promised. STUPID. I had to follow up multiple times just to get them to admit they needed pics of the package too. Like thanks for letting me know from the start?! They took foreverrrrr to do anything, and when they finally promised to give me a replacement it took a WHOLE MONTH! And then when I followed up AGAIN they still didn't have any clue when it would actually come. How freaking pathetic is that? Do not recommend.
And then there was this bedside table thing that I never actually received at all. They claimed they sent it to me but I never got it and I was like "um no wtf?" So they tried to tell me I could get a replacement for a whole week but I just wanted my money back. Eventually they gave in, but it took way too freakin long.
Overall, I would NOT recommend Homary to ANYONE. They're a freaking joke of a company and I wish I had never even heard of them. UGH.
Mixed feelings about Homary: Stylish products, frustrating customer service and quality issues
I gotta say, I had a bit of a mixed experience with Homary. On one hand, they've got some seriously good-looking stuff on their website - like, dang, those chairs look like the kind of seats that make your living room go from "meh" to "oh heck yeah" in an instant. But on the other hand...well, let's just say dealing with their customer service was like banging my head against a wall, if the wall was made of bureaucracy and broken records.
See, I ordered two chairs that looked pretty much the same on the site. But when they arrived, they had different textures and finishes on the base, and were even different heights! Like, come on, that's some noticeable stuff. Plus, the color was off from what was described - instead of grey and black, it was closer to some weird lavender. And I'm not just saying that - at least three different people noticed the same thing, so it's not like we were just colorblind or something.
Anyway, I asked if I could either get a 50% refund or return the darn things, but Homary wasn't having it. They kept trying to pull the whole "oh, we're a new business, we can't afford returns" thing - which, c'mon, seems a bit sketchy to me. And that's not even getting into the sleeper sofa we got, which felt like sleeping on cardboard. We paid extra for white glove delivery, so the boxes were taken, but Homary is still refusing to let us return it because apparently we don't have the original packaging - even though their own website says no assembly is required!
Now, I will say this - we did order another sofa from them, and that one's been pretty decent so far. But I'm still not sure how long the fabric will last. All in all, it's a bit of a mixed bag of an experience with Homary - some stuff looks great, but their customer service and quality can definitely leave something to be desired.
Homary Review: Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service Cost Me Over $1,000
So I wanted to share my thoughts on Homary (homary.com) with you guys. Honestly, I'm feeling pretty fed up and taken for a ride. I had my eye on a gorgeous vanity table for my bedroom and finally decided to take the plunge and order it. Little did I know the headache that was about to ensue...
First off, the table cost me a whopping $570. That's a lot of dough for a piece of furniture, but I really felt like it would be worth it for the aesthetic I was going for. Then I had to shell out an additional $200 to hire a handyman to put the dang thing together for me. That's right: it was so complicated that I couldn't even do it myself.
But what do you know? When the handyman finally got around to trying to assemble the table, we realized that it was actually defective. Not only was it cracked, but the parts were completely off and impossible to put together. So I tried to return it to Homary...and ended up spending two weeks begging and pleading for a return label. They wouldn't budge!
And this is where things get really frustrating. I live in a small apartment and there was literally no room to store this giant, defective piece of furniture. So what did Homary customer service suggest I do? Donate it to my church. As if it's as simple as dropping off a pair of shoes that don't fit anymore. The vanity was huge, heavy, and packed poorly in a wood pallet - I had absolutely no idea how I was supposed to transport it, let alone donate it anywhere. In the end, I had to spend an additional $300 just to have it removed as junk.
All in all, this vanity table ended up costing me over $1,000, not to mention all the time and effort I spent trying to deal with Homary's terrible customer service. They wouldn't let me return a clearly defective product, and put all the burden on me to navigate the situation. It's a complete scam, if you ask me. Save yourself the money and the headache, and find a different company to shop with.
Homary Review: Don't Trust this Company - Misrepresented Product and Poor Customer Service
Hey guys, I wanted to tell you about my experience with Homary. I was stoked to find their website because I thought they would have some cool stuff that I could use to remodel my home.
I ended up ordering a sofa from them, but when it arrived, I ran into a ton of problems. For starters, it looked nothing like it did in the pictures online. It was super sloppy and the fold-down table didn't even fit tight. But that's not even the worst part! The arms couldn't even be changed to be on opposite sides like the website suggested. I was so disappointed.
On top of that, the plastic feet were all scratched up, like it had been pushed around on a hard floor for a while. And to make things even worse, there was hair all over it! I had to lint-roll it to remove it. And don't even get me started on all the dirty fingerprints in multiple places. I had to clean it with a damp cloth. I mean, come on! Sending a dirty, used couch is unacceptable!
I felt like they had sent me a used couch instead of a new one, and I was livid. Homary wanted me to return the entire sofa at my expense, which was over $400 in freight costs. When I finally got them to agree to provide a pre-paid label, they only wanted me to send back part of the couch and "donate" the rest. Who has time for that?
But here's the kicker - after calling them dozens of times, they kept giving me the runaround about "waiting on their carrier" to provide a prepaid label. I was promised multiple times that they would get it to me within 24 hours, but six weeks later and after multiple follow-up calls, I still haven't received it.
I was so frustrated and angry that I ended up opening a dispute through my credit card. And what do you know, as soon as Homary was notified, they suddenly had time to get the label "from the carrier." Go figure.
I would never recommend Homary to anyone. They misrepresented the product on their website, and they won't take care of you if something goes wrong. Plus, they will waste your time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from them. Trust me, the only thing you'll get from them is regret.
Homary review: Worst buying experience ever, poor product quality and terrible customer service
Honestly, I have to say that my experience with Homary (homary.com) was pretty bad. It's definitely the worst buying experience I've ever had, and it doesn't look like it's going to improve anytime soon.
The product I ordered looked great online, but in reality, it was a complete disappointment. The cushions were thin and uncomfortable, nothing like what was advertised. And when I tried to open it up into a bed, it didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. The cushions were all over the place, and the whole thing just felt flimsy and cheap.
But the worst part was dealing with Homary's customer service team. Their return policy is supposed to be easy, but it's anything but. Even though the product was clearly defective and not at all what I was promised, they refused to accept my return. They kept telling me that I must have done something wrong with the installation, even though I followed the instructions perfectly.
To add insult to injury, they even sent me a video with installation instructions for a completely different product! It was like they weren't even trying to help me.
All in all, I would definitely not recommend Homary to anyone. If you're looking for quality products and good customer service, there are much better options out there. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
Homary - A Total Ripoff: Cheap Imitation of their Website Unacceptable
So, I don't know about you guys, but when I bought my two reclining chairs from Homary, I was super stoked. I mean, it was May when I made the purchase and I thought I was gonna have some sweet new seats for the summertime. But boy oh boy, was I wrong. Those chairs took forever to get to me - end of July, guys! - and when they finally arrived, they weren't even close to what I thought I was getting.
I mean, c'mon, Homary! The chairs I got were a total cheap imitation of what was on their website. The fabric was shoddy and the manufacture was terrible. They were so flimsy that I felt like I was gonna fall through them every time I sat down. Not cool!
So I did what any reasonable person would do and contacted Homary about it. I sent them pictures and emails and even filled out their return request form on their website. But their response? It was straight-up ridiculous, yo. They were like, "Oh, maybe your computer screen is different than ours and that's why the chairs look bad." Uh, excuse me? That's not how it works, Homary.
And get this - they only wanted to refund me sixteen bucks and let me keep the crappy chairs. Seriously?! I paid way more than that for these things, and now they think they can just blow me off? No way jose!
So I kept at 'em, trying to get them to see reason and do right by me. But they just kept ignoring me. That's right, they didn't respond to my emails or anything. I even told them I was gonna dispute the charge on my credit card, but they didn't care. Talk about bad customer service!
So take it from me, peeps - don't bother with Homary. They're a ripoff and they don't care about their customers. And don't be fooled by their fancy website pictures either. What you see ain't what you get, and you'll just end up throwing your money down the drain like I did.
Homary Review: Ripped Off by Fake Reviews and Poor Quality Sofa
Well, folks, let me tell you about my personal experience with Homary, aka homary.com. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, I got ripped off. Big time. I fell for all the fake reviews they've posted on their website for their SKU: J04PSF*** - I was so excited to finally get my hands on that sleeper sofa. But let me tell you, reality is different. So please, check other websites for real reviews before purchasing anything from Homary.
I shelled out $1,599.99 for this sofa, expecting a top-quality product based on the fancy descriptions and pictures on their website. Plus, they advertised "free returns, no hassle, no bustle." Boy, was I in for a rude awakening. What I got was a cheap futon that isn't worth even close to the amount I paid. The metal frame is wiggly and flimsy, made out of the crappiest material they could find. It's so uncomfortable, I wouldn't even let my guests sleep on it. Honestly, it's an embarrassment.
So, I contacted their customer service to express my concerns. They asked for pictures of the package to authorize the return. Easy enough, right? Except the package weighed 250lbs, and it was a challenge to pack it back up with my husband's help. I made sure to do it perfectly before taking pictures to show that I hadn't tampered with anything. They gave me the okay to return it, but here's the catch - I had to arrange the pickup and cover the shipping cost. What?!
I called them back to explain the situation and plead my case. I didn't feel like it was fair for me to be responsible for the costly shipping when the product wasn't even close to the quality I expected or deserved. They said they would get back to me in 2 days, but no one did. So I called them again, and they assured me everything was being arranged and they would take it back. But again, no response. It was like talking to a brick wall. The third time I called, they even had the audacity to tell me to take a video and pictures of the poor quality. Hmph. If only they had listened to me the first time I called them, they would have known how terrible it was.
Long story short, they pretty much ignored me and said I either had to provide proof of the quality issues or pay for the return shipping myself. Can you believe that? I asked to speak to a manager, but all I got was an email from a supervisor instructing me to take even more pictures and videos. Finally, they said they would take it back, but I had to pay for the shipping, which ended up being almost 50% of the total purchase. What a scam.
Moral of the story, please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Homary. They don't stand behind their products and their customer service could use some improvements. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

BE AWARE OF THAT COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS!
I want to warn everybody from buying from this company.
I got fooled by all amazing reviews on their website posted for the sleeper Sofa SKU: J04PSF***. Please be aware of these reviews. Please check different websites with the real reviews.
The reality is different.
I purchased the sofa at $1,599.99 paying a lot of money I was expecting a good quality product based on the description and the pictures on their website. Additionally, it was advertised: "free returns no hustle no bustle".
What I received was cheaply made futon, that I can justify paying that much.
The sofa is not well made. The sofa metal frame is wiggly and made from some poor material.
It will be very hard to sleep comfortable on that. Honestly it would be even embarrassing to let any quests to sleep on that.
I contacted with the customer service and expressed my concerns. I was asked to provide pictures of the package to authorize return. They did not express to take a pictures of the product, they seemed to understand my quality concerns.
It is heavy package, 250LBS. I made sure I packed it all very well with help of my husband. It was a hard work to put it all together back. I was asked to make sure all was packed and was asked to take a pictures of the boxes prior getting a return authorization. What I did. I received a return authorization, but I was surprised to find out that I am supposed to make all by myself; the pickup arrangements and cover the shipping cost.
I called again the customer service to explain the situation that I was not happy with the product and the quality was bad. I explained that I did not feel it was fair for me to arrange all the shipping and pay for it.
I was told that someone would get back to me within 2 days.
Since nobody replied I called the second time and was told that they were arranging all for me and I would hear within 2 days, and they were taking it back. Unfortunately, no response.
When I called the third time, I received a different story. They were saying that if I see a quality issues, I need to take a video and pictures of it.
I explained that all is already packed, (as I was told when I contacted with the customer service the first time). It is heavy item to unpack, would take hours of hard work. What would be a point of taking pictures and video if everyone could see how poorly it is made, cheap and not corresponding with the pictures posted online.
They pretty much ignored me and told me I needed to pay for the return or proof the quality issues.
I asked to be contacted by a manager. In return I received an email from the supervisor asking me to take pictures or make a video so they can assess my return with the manufacturer. Otherwise, they were happy to take it back, but I would be in charge for the shipping cost.
Please be aware you will not be able to return the product! Unless you pay almost 50% of the total purchase for the shipping.
Smart toilet
Received Smart Toilet and it is damaged/broken. Homary is only offering a 20% refund and says return shipping is too expensive and will eat into their profits. Their 'bottom line profit' is not my problem. I have called 4 times and requested a full refund. I need help with this company who refuses to provide a refund to a damaged/broken/unusable...
Read full review of HomaryCompany won't take my return
Worst purchase I have ever made. I bought a Sleeper Sofa from them, for $1,200, and nothing about the product resembles the images. The pricing does not correspond to the size or quality. Prior to purchasing, I carefully considered the sizes; however, they seemed to be relatively small. In fact, it can be a wonderful addition to a toddler's room, but not to a living room. Also, the appearance of quality was really bad. The handrail wasn't even a proper fit, it was very unstable, and several of the fabrics were rather loose. Moreover, they clearly don't adhere to their advertisement, which states you have 30 days to return an item. They say that I "installed" the sofa; hence, they are rejecting the return. The sofa was tiny enough to be packed in a box and didn't require any sort of assembly. To see the couch, I simply removed it from the box and placed it on the floor, but I immediately put it back since I was dissatisfied. Even though I requested a return the same day I received the package, they have subsequently given me conflicting responses. First, they send me a rejection email but offer to send replacement parts; then they promise to send me a return label; and then they send me another rejection email. It appears that they are only counting on buyers to keep the item untouched for 30 days. Two weeks have passed. I've definitely come to the conclusion that I should never trust Homary again.
Desired outcome: I would like to return this item and receive a refund. It's in Brand new condition and completely unused. Just an open box situation.

Replacement globe for kitchen island.
Brought a kitchen island light from them order # AUA230502104090 from them. Lights were dispatched quickly and arrived on time. Our electrician broke a globe while installing it. I opened a support ticket # 259306 on 12th of June for replacement and informed them that it was broken by our electrician. The Island light with 7 globes cost me around 250 aud... but I was quoted 52.65 aud for replacement globe, which I agreed and paid on the 16th June [replacement # BF2306163337] and them followed up on 20th June about shipping and tracking status for it. I was informed that it'll be dispatched in early July and I'll receive tracking for it. I was fine. On 07th of July, I send a follow up to check the status, to which they responded that it was already delivered through 4PX and someone signed for it. The tracking status shows that it was delivered at 00:42 and was left in a safe place without intimating me of dispatch status or tracking status. When I questioned as to why I wasn't informed about it and no mention of the order on my Gmail account to check tracking , they have stopped responding. Absolutely pathetic customer service and no accountability. Save your time and patience by dealing with such online retailer.
Desired outcome: Replacement globe or refund asap.
Stay Away from Homary.com: Terrible Quality and Hassle-filled Returns
So, I recently had an experience with homary.com, and to be honest, it was not a very pleasant one. Let me tell you, the quality of the product I ordered was downright atrocious. I got myself two nightstands, and trust me, they were a disaster! The hardware on the legs didn't match the holes to put them together, and the paint had scratches and scuff marks all over the place. I mean, what kind of a company delivers such crappy products to its customers?
But what was even worse was the runaround that I got trying to return the nightstands. I mean, I'm not sure what possessed them when they came up with their so-called "HASSLE-FREE 30 Day Return Policy", but it was anything but hassle-free. They should have named it their "HUGE HASSLE-NO RETURN Policy"! I am currently on my seventh attempt to try and return the nightstands and get some money back.
I have sent them several pictures of the nightstands, including the repackaged box, yet they keep asking me for more evidence and a video of the same. How am I supposed to unbox the nightstands, take them out, and film each and every scratch and scuff mark that I've already sent pictures of? It just doesn't seem worth the hassle to me. I paid close to $500 for these nightstands, and they offered me $80 to keep them. Are you kidding me? That is not NO HASSLE, my friends.
I must say that homary.com's customer service is just as terrible as their nightstands. I have to give them credit for trying, though; they called me and tried to convince me to change my review to 5 stars. I mean, I'm still waiting for my return label, and they haven't solved any issues yet, but sure, let me give them 5 stars. That's going to make everything better.
All in all, I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from homary.com to reconsider. The risk of getting poor-quality products that you can't return isn't worth it. Save your time, energy, and money and look elsewhere.
Homary Customer Service Review: Poor Attitude and No Resolution in Sight
I gotta say, Homary really missed the mark with their customer service. Can I give them negative stars? 'Cause I'm feeling like they deserve at least a 0 if not the full negative rating.
I talked to a few people about my problem and even tried to get it escalated, but they just didn't seem to care. They didn't resolve the issue AND they didn't acknowledge it either. It's frustrating to get nowhere with customer service, and I'm pretty sure I'm never gonna buy anything from Homary again. And I'm telling all my homies not to either!
I mean, I get it. Maybe it won't hurt their bottom line. But with their attitude, it feels like they don't give a crap about their customers. It's like they're hiding behind lies and delaying tactics to avoid actually helping.
Homary, come on. At the very least, admit that there's a problem and try to fix it. And don't get me started on the delivery time! If you can't handle the products, maybe it's time to find a different line of work.
It's a shame, really. I ordered something from Homary about a year ago and I can't even find any videos on it. Talk about confusing. Ugh, I'm just disappointed all around.
The Worst Shopping Experience with Homary: Don't Make the Same Mistake I Did
So, I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I need to share my experience with Homary. I thought I found a good deal on their website and decided to order a couple of items. I made two payments for three items and two items. I know it sounds confusing but bear with me.
Anyway, all my items had problems. It was like the universe conspired against me and Homary was in on it. They lied to me when I asked about the product through email. They wouldn't even refund me for some of the items. I mean, if you can't trust the seller, who can you trust?
I bought a lamp and it was defective. I wanted to return it but they convinced me to have it fixed instead. They also promised to send a part after 1.5 months. Guess what? The part arrived and it was also defective. To make matters worse, I couldn't even assemble it. It was like they were doing it on purpose.
The worst part was when I bought a chair and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. Two weeks passed and still no chair. When I asked them about it, they lied to me again. They told me to connect with FedEx but it turned out they created a label but never actually sent it to FedEx. They still haven't refunded me for the chair even though I applied for a refund more than a week ago.
The only item that wasn't broken was a cheap looking thing that didn't really impress me.
All in all, my experience with Homary was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I attached an email in case you want to see it. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and find another seller. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Don't Waste Your Money: Homary.com Review – Missing Crucial Pieces and Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered this sideboard thingy from Homary.com and it was supposed to cost me like 400 bucks, which is a decent amount of cash, right? But when I finally got the thingy, I noticed that it was missing so many crucial pieces – like screw holes, for example. And not just one or two, no sir, but MULTIPLE missing key screw holes. The worst part was that the cabinet doors wouldn't even open and close properly 'cause there were no holes to line up the damn screws with. Ugh!
Naturally, I got in touch with Homary's customer support team to try and fix this mess. But guess what they told me? Their response was something along the lines of "Yo, we could give ya pre-drilled holes if ya want, but they'll prolly get ruined during shipping 'n stuff, so you're better off drilling 'em yourself. Oh, and if ya want a refund, you gotta pay for the shipping yourself, y'know." Are you freakin' kidding me, Homary? What kinda BS is this?
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Homary to anyone. Like seriously, don't waste your hard-earned cash on this company. Go find someone else who actually gives a hoot about their customers. And that's not even asking for too much, I swear!
Product Review: Homary Floating TV Stand - A Disappointing Experience
So, I ordered a super cool looking floating TV stand from Homary. I was so excited when it arrived, but as soon as I picked up the box I knew something was off. It was way too light to be a TV stand. I should have trusted my gut, but I decided to open it up anyways. Lo and behold, it was an old piece of wood! What the heck?! I immediately contacted Homary and they said they would send me a replacement...in 2 MONTHS! I couldn't believe it but I decided to wait it out. After 2 months passed, I checked in with them and asked about the replacement and they hit me with a "sorry, we refunded you instead". Are you kidding me?! I waited around for nothing! I can't even express how frustrating this experience was.
Sooo, let's just say I was not happy with Homary's performance. And after reading other reviews online, it seems like I'm not the only one. Apparently they've been known to buy fake reviews, which is such a shady practice. And their customer support? Yikes. It's basically nonexistent. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend giving Homary your business unless you're prepared to deal with the headache and disappointment that may come with it. Save yourself some time and just go with a different company. Trust me on this one.
Homary Review: Avoid at All Costs - Terrible Experience & False Advertising
Guys, let me just say this - my experience with Homary was the WORST. I mean, seriously, I was beyond disappointed! So, I bought something from them, thinking it would be perfect for my home decor. But when it arrived, it was nothing like what I saw on their website. I was super bummed about it and decided to return it, as anyone else would.
So, I contacted their customer service team and they told me to send pictures of the item. I did just that and waited for a response. But guess what? Nobody bothered to get back to me! I decided to give them a call to follow up on my return, and the rep told me they needed to talk to a higher-up to approve my return. They told me to wait for 24 hours, which I did, of course. But then, no response came.
I got an email from them three days later, and they were asking me to give them 1-2 more days to look into my inquiry. Whoa, can you imagine that? I had to wait for 3 more days and then I was told that the return label will be made in 1 day by another department in Homary. And to add up to the insult, they made it clear that I was the one to cover the cost of shipping it back -even though the product was way different from what was advertised! Can you believe this?!
And here's the kicker, they had reviewers who praised their brand and products without questioning! By this time, I just had it. I AM NEVER BUYING FROM HOMARY AGAIN. They could basically be scamming me or anyone who buys from them. So, if you wanna make sure you're not risking your hard-earned money, avoid Homary at all cost.
Homary Review: Scammers, Liars, and Awful People - Don't Buy from Them!
Alright, so here's my follow-up on Homary, or should I say "Homary the Scammers". It's been another 48 hours, and I'm still waiting for them to send me my return label and refund my money. This time I spoke to somebody named David, who I'm pretty sure isn't even a real person.
David said, and I quote, "Dear Customer, I swear to God that we are currently working on the labels, so please give us a liitle more time to work on this process. Because our relative department recently got the day off due to the new year, and they just got back today from the holiday. However, please just give us 1-2 more business days, and we will forward the labels ASAP for you."
I mean, seriously? It's been over a month of non-stop 24 to 48 hours to send a label and refund my money. And now they're telling me to wait another couple days? It's ridiculous.
Listen, people, do not let these scammers steal from you. Don't buy from Homary. I read other customer reviews after I got scammed, and they all had the same experience as me. The furniture they send you is absolute garbage, and if you want a refund, they'll never give it to you. Their website says they have a 30-day return policy, but that's a complete lie.
These guys are scammers, liars, and just downright awful people. They owe me almost $1,000, and I'm never going to see that money again. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from Homary. Spread the word to all your friends and family, too. We need to protect each other from these kinds of scammers.
Disappointing Experience with Homary: Busted Products, Frustrating Customer Service, and Ridiculous Shipping Times
So, I decided to give Homary a try and, boy oh boy, did it not go according to plan. The stuff I got wasn't all bad, like some of it was dope, but a couple things were straight up busted as soon as they arrived. I tried to return them, but shipping costs were through the roof, making a return impossible.
However, the real kicker was the shipping time and customer service, or lack thereof. I'm still waiting for stuff I bought back in freakin' February! This is bonkers! The customer service was straight up super frustrating. They promised me some stuff that never even happened, plus they didn't follow up with me when I needed it.
In short, this was not a good experience. Even though some of the stuff was boss, the terrible shipping time and lack of care from customer service made it a non-starter. They need to really listen to feedback 'cause right now it's hard to suggest using Homary. Hopefully, they read this and learn from it, so future customers don't have to go through what I did.
Shady Online Shopping Experience with Homary: Avoid at All Costs!
Hey guys, listen up! I just had the shadiest online shopping experience with Homary (homary.com) and I feel like I need to share. So, the website looks legit, right? They've got all this fancy-schmancy furniture for dirt cheap. And I'm talking super duper cheap. It's almost too good to be true. Well, guess what? It is!
First off, there's no way to track your package or get an estimated arrival date. Kind of sketchy, if you ask me. But wait, there's more! When my order finally arrived, the product was absolute garbage. Missing parts, pieces not fitting together, and edges so sharp they could cut through my skin like butter. I got a lamp and the cover didn't even allow for lightbulbs to fit in. The wiring got so hot, I thought it would burst into flames! Seriously, what kind of crummy construction is that?
But wait, there's even more! The customer service is an absolute joke. I've been on the phone with them and sending them countless emails and it's all just one big delay tactic. They keep saying they'll issue refunds or return labels within 24 hours, but they never do. They blame it on their warehouse, product team, management, marketing team, blah, blah, blah. And get this - after three weeks of this back and forth, they legit had the nerve to say they were busy preparing for Black Friday "hot deals". Talk about shady!
So, long story short, avoid Homary like the plague. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle. You're better off spending a little extra cash on a reputable website and actually getting what you paid for. Don't make the same mistake I did, folks. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
Warning: Homary's Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery & Returns
Hey there, listen up before you hit that "add to cart" button on Homary's website. Save your hard-earned money and invest it somewhere else. This company is a total nightmare. Their customer service is laughable and they are in no way reliable. It's true their delivery is speedy, but don't be fooled. It'll take ages to process your returns!
I can attest to this terrible service. I was trying to submit a return request, and guess what? My chat was mixed up with someone else's chat and the representative didn't even bother to say anything before ending it! I had to call them up twice before anything happened. These people will promise you the world on the phone, but they are nothing but liars!
I ordered two nightstands, and both of them arrived defective. It's been over three weeks, and I've been emailing and calling Homary's customer service continuously. Instead of sending me pre-paid shipping labels, they sent me a tag with their U.S. warehouse address and gave me 7 days to ship the product at my own cost! Can you believe it? These guys are a total joke!
I've had enough and have opened a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Please don't trust the positive reviews you see on their website because they are all fake and not written in English. I should have read the negative reviews before buying from this bogus China-based company.
In conclusion, please stay away from Homary, and instead, invest your money in a local store that will care for you and your purchase. Don't make the same mistake I made!
