My phone doesn't work in nebraska but all other states, paid over 255. Bucks for 2 new phones and the boost agent put wrong name so fed ex is shipping back to boost who won't get refund until all there departments confirm there info. So I got to use boost as a bank savings account I guess... they will have my money for 4 or more weeks before refund to my account.

I have only had the service for 3 months and it is worst provider. Bad unprofessional over sea CUSTOMER service, inadequate phones. I have a family plan that makes no sense. Everytime I need to do anything with one of the lines I have service I have to have a pin, which should be the same all 4 line seeing as I am the primary and numbers were never asked to be established on my other lines. One of my lines does not work. It's basic only use is for my so play games. I messages to get assistance in trouble shooting but still to this day no one has responded. I keep letting the bill date creep on me and NORMALLY I would get a reminder, text nothing I guess Boose already know they are on limited time. I have to leave this company terrible service, plans and phones. Hate it!

I brought a brand new iPhone 8 Plus in December 2017. I was told to receive 3 months of $50 off my bill. I was not awear that the first $50 was set in December when I brought my phone. I called in January because the promotion amount wasn't added to my account. When I spoke to your staff that day he told me that it would be applied for Jan, Feb and March. He said to call back in March if it's not applied. I just called tonight and was told no we are not going to credit your account. I spoke to a guy named Benjamin that wouldn't give me his last initial because he say he couldn't do that. I told him you have all my information and I can't get your last initial? Anyway, I told him that the staff need not to tell customers incorrect information and then they expect to get something and was told no. This is very poor customer service for the supervisor because it's his shift and staff and the customer should come first. I have been with boost for a long time and to spend $800 and receive such false information is unexcepable. All I wanted is what I was told I was going to get. Employees/Supervisors should at lease give their last name initial. Please advise your staff to give proper information to customers.

Went to pay my bill pulled in at 410. Got situated. Checked my phone went to go in was locked. Note on door said back in 10. Went back to car moved to a closer spot to watch and see when they come Back. Checked time we 415. I say there played with phone listened to radio. Waited another 15 min. For all i know whomever could of been gone way Before i shown up. So left drove to another location. So 452pm got the bill paid. I tweeted boost mobile they don't care. Told me to pay online. Even though i live five minutes away and drive by the buffalo ny walden ave location everyday of my life. Its just the principal i wasted allot of time. It delayed my day and me being home with my family.

I have been with Boost for over 5 years. I have my children on one plan and myself and my husband on the other. I recently took advantage of the online deal for phones and bought a LG X Charge. I paid for expedite shipping. I understand that since I did'nt place the order till 5pm cst. Then my order would not be processed nor ship till the next day. Per the website says:
Orders placed after 12PM local destination time will not be processed and shipped until the following business day (Mon-Fri excluding Holidays). Shipments going to AK and HI are only eligible for Two Day service.
I never received tracking information so I called Boost sales department and was told that I would receive my phone with standard shipping because I order after 12pm.. This is not what your website says. I use my phone for business and needed it by Friday March 2nd. I cancelled the order since I was told I wouldnt even receive a tracking number till 24-48 hours. Im so upset with Boost. The service has already been horrible and for them to not follow whats written on their website seems a little mis advertising to me. I will be switching companys soon. All 4 lines.

She hung up on my mother and everything, now when I called she did the same with me & getting VERY smart . She did not answer my question right and when asked about it she got smart saying u don't have to pay the bill at all with a smart mouth. On January 19, 2018 My son and I went online to purchase a phone from Boost Mobile, the price that was advertised was $99.00 but when we went to check out the online cart would not let us checkout so we contacted the company to find out what was wrong and we were told that the price was incorrect and the sale ended on January 18, 2018. So we ended up paying $149.99 for the Pre-Owned Samsung Galaxy S6. then on January 22, 2018 we purchased the phone but a few days later and until now the phone is still being advertised for $99.00.
The company is advertising one price but charging an additional $50.00 and saying that they are not responsible for false advertising but the phone is still being offered for $99.99 til this day February 26, 2018.

Purchased a phone in august of 2017 from the boost store, also signed up for the pay as you go $50 unlimited plan. I was assured there was no contracts and no commitments. So february 12th went to tmobil to switch plan. I called boost a d got my account number (after a battle). Tmobile ported my number and set up my account. When they tried to install the new sim card they received a. Error that the phone was locked. I called boost to have them unlock the phone (battle #2). I was put on hold and then had a bunch of numbers called out and call hung up, I assumed they unlocked the phone. Tmobile again tries the sim, a d same msg. I called boost again and was assured my phone was not locked. Again tmobile tries the sim and it did not work. After being at tmobile for over 3 hours we decided that it may take a few hours for the unlock to happen. February 13th, tries phone and still locked. Went to tmobile again tries phone did not work, associate called apple to see if maybe a phone issue? Apple suggested backing up phone
But did not work, called boost again and was told hold not help me, rep at tmobile told he could not do anything else until phone was unlocked. Went home and called boost again, was told and I quote, your phone is not locked. Still cluld not get the phone to accept the tmobile sim card so once again I called boost, after having a 5 minute conversation. I was put on hold and passed off to another boost rep, when I was then told the phone was locked, a x I would have to have an account with boost for 12 months before they would unlock my phone. I asked how they could do this and was told read the policy on the website! So there is no commitment, there is no contract, I own the phone, but I need to read the website to see policy? Wrong!
1. Why wasn't I told about the 12 month issue the first time I called (or the 2nd or 3rd)?
2. Paid for phone, no contract, no commitment how can they lock my phone?
3. I was paid up till 2/16/18 a d they cut me off monday so they owe me a refund!
4. I have been without a phone since monday due to this issue when though I have been paying for service through tmobile, so boost should refund this also.
The bottom line is I want my phone u locked and boost has no right to hold. Me hostage!
I've been a Boost Mobile customer for over 9 years. I'm traveling out of the country & called them to unlock an old device I still have. 1st rep said they would ask & see if an exception could be made & said they would email me. Just b4 the trip I realized they had not emailed so I called in only to be told it had been denied because that old device had not been activated for 12 months. The whole time they kept apologizing & said I could use a text app on wifi or buy a phone where I'm going. They apologized so much I got sick of hearing how sorry they were, very disingenuous! I'm leaving Boost over their continued control over a phone I've owned for several years. There ought to be a law that regulates this. Could GM not allow my car to run in Europe if I shipped it over there? That's essentially what Boost is doing to a long time customer.

On 2/14/18 I went to my local Boost Mobile store to switch from sprint to boost the young lady in the store switched my number prior to telling me there was an $80.00 transfer fee. When I told her I did not have that right now she basically said too bad we have your # now and will not release it until you pay us $80.00 this is a basic form of extortion. On january 24, me and my son contacted boost because we learned from sprint that boost had locked the phone, we called and talked to a customer service agent who told us that they put in the order for the phone to be unlocked (which is an iphone 7 plus). The customer service agent said the phone should be unlocked on friday january 26. We called boost today, january 26, and talked to another agent, who said that the phone should be unlocked tonight by 9:00pm or 9:30pm. The phone was still locked. So we just called again, this third agent gave us the run around saying boost has a policy about their locked phones, saying you have to be a customer with boost for at least before they unlocked phone. That doesn't make any damn sense, I bought the phone out right and have sole ownership of the phone. If I buy something at full market or discounted price. That is my property! So the third customer service agent was telling us she would talk to the escalation team, and the escalation team told her to tell us what she said. She hung up on us and now we have to call tomorrow morning and getting this [censor] resolved. That is total [censor]! They didn't do their job, and boost is a total scam. I'm consulting with my lawyer to see what legal actions I can take against the company.

Bought family plan. Took weeks to port numbers. Then refused to activate family plan until all lines had their own service plans. Then refused to add any lines to family plan. No access to customer service on 611. 42 calls to corporate and 6 visits to store locations. Stores claim not to have access to accounts and call centers claim all account corrections must be made in person. Left after one month having paid for 6 months. Then Boost refused to unlock phones to use and refused to accept returns after the 30 days.

Hello, I purchased a pre paid Internet starter kit from boost mobile July 2018 there was a problem with motel no cable services or wires allowed were I live so was not allowed to use it tried returning it next day to boost mobile on Nome And Colfax Ave. Aurora 80010 casher was rude disrespect full to my husband and even said why can you speak English right I don't understand you're English but then another Lady comes up to counter to ask about her new phone service how much longer it is going to be the speak to her in Spanish language after just telling my husband she does not speak Spanish okay She refused to refund are money on the device $86.43 tell us we need to come back when manager is there we leave return Next day Saturday morning she is rude again and said no we are not giving you your money back and There is no store credit for it either manager said so we leave go to other boost down on Colfax ask ?
