lg store 2620 hwy 6 s houston tx 77077
I was informed that the store locsted on hwy6 s was running a promotion all you had to pay was $15 and you would get a free phone and first month of service if you switch over to boost so on sat july 29th i drove 30 mins from my house to this store and was then told the only way i can do it is if im added to a boost account that's already activated i advised her i dont know anyone with boost at this time. She said let me see what i can do. She did something i the computer and said okay you pay the $20 today and your monthly bill will be $50. So im like okay cool. I get a text message that said i was removed from a family plan and my monthly bill is $50. I didnt think anything of it because that's what she told me my bill was and i knew it was not time to pay my bill yet. So today 8/19 i wake up to run some errands and i needed my gps but i would not pull up so i factory reset my phone because i thought something was wrong. But it still didnt work i tried to send a text and i got an error message that said "BSTFreeMsg Text message not sent due to low balance. Recharge account. To find Re-Boost Location from handset go to Web then Re-Boost Locator."
So i went to a boost near me and they did something to the phone and it still wouldnt work so they looked up my account and said my bill was due its 50 and i told them the same as i typed above and the guy their said that sounds like fraud and to contact the store or corporate they can fix the issue and credit your account. But i needed my phone to make the phone calls and so since i only had $20 to my name i switched to the $3 a day plan to be able to use the phone today and tomorrow to try to get thia issue resolved to file a complaint and to get my service back activated with the unlimited plan for the rest of my month to the 29th. And have a $6 credit because i shouldn't have had to do that and i shouldnt have been lied and manipulated just so the store can get a sell this is not right and i need the issue resolved. I asked for corporate number no one will give it to me i spole to like 5 stores on hwy 6 they all say it wasn't their store or its no way to look ot up to sew if it was done at their store. The customer service only noted my account and said they will escalate the issue and some one will get back with me as i explained after tomorrow my phone will be off so i want be able to have my issue resolved. Please help me because my next step will be to contact the BBB and the news. Thank you a very disappointed and highly upset customer. Lashondra Ford
fraud
On August 10th my bank account was hacked by Boost for $843.39. Boost claims that it must have been me because the shipping name and address must match the name and address associated with the card. WRONG... the shipping name is not me, the address is not mine. I don't have Boost Mobile, never have and NEVER will.
With the help of my local Police Dept, I got there merchandise back to them by the August 15th. They promised that I would have my money refunded to me that day. Again WRONG... Now there telling me I have to wait 20 day for a refund.
This isn't a refund because I'm canceling an order, its paying me back for the money you stole from me.
I am discussed with Boost Mobile and will never recommend it to anyone.
You get what you pay for = Boost Mobile

I Checked the tracking number on 7/25 to see what time the phone was coming, it showed the end of the day on 7/25. At 5:45 I checked again because I got another delivery by FedX at 4:00pm and don't know why my phone was not deliver at the same time. When I put in the tracking number it showed return to shipper. I am on oxygen 24/7 and can't leave my house, so I was here all day waiting on the phone. I called Fedx and get some very nice lady that said my wife had refused my phone, but I tell her my wife was out of town and couldn't have done that, she checked further and said oh my god he when to the wrong address, but she could stop the return and have it shipped back to me the next day. The next day I call Fedx and they told me they couldn't stop the return back to boost because of policy. The phone was returned to boost on 7/27. I even had a rep from Fedx called Raul call Boost that they had made a mistake and would pay for the return back to me. Boost said no that they had cancelled the order and I would have to place a new order. I went to order the phone again and was told that the promotion was over and I would have to pay full price. That's crazy. I order the phone in good faith that I would get it and boost failed to get it to me. They hired Fedx, not me. I want my Samsung galaxy S8 at the price I paid. I have made over 20 calls to boost since 7/26 and on this Tuesday I had one nice rep tell me not to worry that I would get my s8 and she would call me on Wednesday to confirm when it would be coming, but I never heard back from her. I have to keep calling and telling my story, so many times and everyone tell me not to worry, but they never call me. I have been with boost for over 8 years and this is no way to treat a good customer. Please help me and get my S8 overnighted to me.
Thanks and God bless you

manager living in store
I recently went to a boost store the adress is provoded below. Whu I was there I had to use the restroom, the young gentlemen was nice enough to let myself use theirs. I noticed a huge garbage bag of beer cans and a foul order comong from their back room. I joked with the young man that it smelt liked someone forgot to do their dishes. Well he said, "Oh the owner Garret has been living in the basememt." I kept quiet but thought this was odd. I really hope you do not allow owners to live in their stores. Especially knowing the building being a previous tenet a few doors down, there is no proper bathroom or place to store a stove. Is there any way you could investigate amd maybe do it unexpected so they don't clean the basement or the foul smell up.

store employee
Friday June 30 at 11:am I had my 3nd bad incident with this same woman, I have been attended by other workers there and they happen to be very respectful helpful and nice but every time I go and this woman is working I had bad experiences, she's super rude, when I ask for help I'm not helped when I have questions I'm ignored & even laughed at. She speaks to me with such rudeness && doesn't answer my questions she sits at her desk & just continues to do what she does as if I'm not there . No one else has ever been so disrespectful where I leave with si much anger because it's hard to believe she is a worker there .
device swap
6/26/17
Phone#[protected]
I received a new phone today and called in to swap my device.
The woman I spoke to advised the she could not help me because my account was in a port out status. I never authorized my number to be ported out and so I asked who was the number being ported out to? Once again she said she did not have that information. I requested to speak to a supervisor whose name was Kevin. He said the same thing. He said because I called in a few days prior asking for my account number the account is in port out status. I find it ridiculous that Boost mobile assumes that someone is porting out a number just because someone calls and asks for an account #. I have worked in the Telecom industry for twenty years and this is the first time I am hearing of something so ridiculous. He refused to give me his name or ID #. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the level of customer service I received. So now I have my new phone and cannot use it because Boost mobile assumed that I was porting my number out. Well I was not porting it out, but after this poor customer service experience I am now thinking that I should port it out.
cell phone $35 plan
Bought a cheap phone and Target and wanted to try Boost Mobile.
I also signed up for $35 unlimited plan but after 4 days, I found out I would not need this cell phone and called to get a refund on the service. After an hour with the support person, my call was dropped? and service shut off.
I got a call back on another line to tell me I was not entitled to a refund because I used the unlimited service for 2 hours during the 4 days.
I was only supposed to use it for 15 minutes for which no one ever told me about. Target refunded the phone cost but had no authority over the air time.
Don't know how it will go, but I live in Massachusetts and our AG is aces and will get a complaint form filed about this.
Deceptive practices at best.
services
I have not been able to use internet make or recieve phone calls or text messages for two weeks today. I have called customer service everyday for two weeks and today was only day that customer service was able to fix my phone. They reimbursed me $10.00 for the whole two weeks. I feel that I should be reimbursed for more than just $10.00 because I have not been able to use my services for two weeks.

boost service
I bought my phone online. It's a LG Stylo. I got Boost service for 7 months and got an opportunity to switch my service to T-Mobile and save money however Boost locked my phone and is forcing me to start over as a customer. They say I need service for a year before they will unlock MY phone. I own this phone. How can you get away with locking it. I will buy a new phone before I ever use Boost again! This is infuriating. No wonder no one wants Sprint since they are responsible for this!
employee complaints
My name is Jessica Polk. On march 27, 2017 I was hired by a young man at a boost mobile location 5039 Bayou Blvd Pensacola Florida. I never filled out an application, he took my name down and told me to come in at 2 to train. We discussed my pay and said he would start me off at $9.00 hr and I would get paid for my training. From my understanding he was the manager at this location. On march the 26 I came back to the same location to train. I asked the man if I should write my times down and he said he would do it. I met the district manager on the 26 of march while I was training. Both 25-26 I waited on customers and took payments. He told me to come in Monday 29th to come train at 10 a.m at the same location. I arrived at 10 a.m only to find a different person working. I asked the lady about the guy that was working last week and she didn't kno who I was talking about. She called the district manager on the phone and she told her to take my name and number down, she is out of the states right now on vacation. I really don't want to work for this company any more because this situation was very unprofessional. I would like to talk to someone about getting paid for the time I was there March [protected]
zte warp 7
I had just gotten this phone March 14, and one week and two days later I went to just exchange it for a new phone, because the sound is horrible when music is loud with facebook live, snapchat or instagram. I didn't know about the 7 day period, which is a horrible hing because people need to actually test the phone. The sound with loud music sounds like horrible white noise, and if it's not loud enough I can't hear it at all. I'm 20 percent hearing in one ear and 4 percent the other, I'm legally deaf with a hearing aid and this is a horrible phone. I can't hear, a clerk asked if I tested out the calling, which of course I'm deaf, I couldn't. It's a terrible phone for disabled people. I just wanted in store credit and to pitch in more cash to get a different phone besides the ZTE. Now I'm stuck with this phone because I can't afford a new one even though I just got this a week ago and it's a poor design because it's very apparent how bad the sound is. I was genuinely crying in the store because of how I'm just done with this. I don't want to pay $20 through insurance for the exact same ### phone. Highly considering just switching to a new carrier. I'm not paying 200 for a ### low quality phone. (100 for this one and 100 for another one). The one I had previously (an older version) worked better then this, it was just old and constantly just shutting off, I thought I was buying an upgrade and got stuck with a heartbreak of being to deaf function and to use a ### phone.
I literally just only want a phone that sounds fine and I can use to function independently.
galaxy j3
30 days after purchasing the phone, the phone stop working. It would not turn back on. The insurance would not replace because they stated I had to contact the manufacturer. I walked in a boost mobile store in Baltimore, MD (Walbrook Junction) to see what my options were and was willing to buy a new phone. But the employee with the orange hair was so rude and provide terrible customer service. I decided to leave and switch my service and buy a new phone with the metro pcs 2 doors up. You should not work in retail, if you have a bad attitude.
employee was rude caused my phone to get 24 viruses and refused to fix it
I brought my phone in because it would no longer show any service even though my bill is paid in full the guy who had dreadlocks that works there accused me of being a sellsman that comes into that boost location which is located on west Raleigh road in rocky mount called a to z wireless which in fact i have no criminal record of any kind then proceeded to record my face and voice with his personal phone after i told him he had no permission to capture my face and voice on his personal phone and still refused to fix my phone which by his doing had ### down completely it he was rude and should be fired for his misconduct and his supervisor as well when the police arrived after i called them they told him to fix my phone since i paid for services and he made my phone act even worse
selling discontinued phones
I bought 3 Galaxy S5s in 1 year because after 3 months the phone would utterly stop working. After I looked it up, the model has been discontinued by Samsung. It answered my question why Boost refused to give me a new phone under my insurance I pay for, and why they told me to "send it to samsung as theres nothing we can do". $500 for a phone that has serious issues! After complaining to Boost multiple times, I grew tired and gave up, warning people to never do business with them. They seem to pick the phones that have serious defects and sell them overpriced. Screw you Boost Mobile. Screw you.
customer service
I have received the most disgusting customer service that has every existed. I was hung up on by one of your so called supervisors. I was bounced around from department to department and left on hold for long lengths of time. And still nothing had changed. After all of that I have numerously repeated that my order not be canceled and yet it has been. The inconvenience is unreal. They make you company a disgrace to work with. I am very unhappy & every chance I get I will tell my story and let people know that this is not the company to give your money to when they laugh in your face when you need help.
