my daughter was taken off family plan without my permission!!!
I purchased a new phone for my daughter because she accidentally dropped and shattered her old phone. We have a 2 line family plan we've been using for over a year for $70 a month. After purchasing her new phone using her same phone number...the boy working at Best Buy decided to take her off the plan without telling me! Boost Mobile needs to fix this issue. I've already paid $70 in advance! They did not get my permission to take my daughter off the plan!
wireless services
June 27 2017
I dialed 911 on the following date and after i was cleared by the dispatcher to hang up I did that and when i did i realized that my data connection was blocked and it was because i had dialed 911 this stopped all incoming and out going calls and data connections for about 5 mins this was a problem because my local 911 center most of the time uses the non emergency number to reach callers to advise them if they need more information or such for the responding agency this is a dangerous situation to be in when data connections are blocked for say to notify loved ones that everyone is safe in this incident or to try to reach 911 or the non emergency numbers i think that this should be removed because it poses a dangerous risk
hiring
I've applied with Boost Mobile through indeed.com. They had a flyer on the window that said that you were still hiring. I live in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and I had called the hiring manager. I even submitted an email with a resume attached to it. I had tried to do a follow up for a possible interview for a part time position. I was told that the hiring manager wasn't doing any interviews. What I don't understand is how come you still have the flyers out saying that you're still hiring but not doing any interviews. If that's the case, remove the flyer that says now hiring from the window. Because I feel if it's still there indicating that you're still hiring but aren't doing anymore interviews, then to me it's false advertising. Can you explain to me how can a business keep thriving if you're not interviewing anymore candidates for the job and why is the "now hiring" flyer still there?
They may just not be interested in hiring you and may have chosen not to say this to you. They may have a candidate selected but are waiting for a background check to go through. They may have a new position opening up soon and are not yet ready to interview for it. They may have even just forgotten to take them down. There are a lot of different scenarios that could be coming into play.
In regards to your application process, most companies/hiring managers do not like it when potential candidates call or email more than once. If you'd like to be considered by them in the future, I would leave them to contact you and maybe be more understanding about the situation.
the data service on boost mobile
I just switched from MetroPCS and the service on Metro PCS was much way better than boost I paid $55 I mean $50 a month for unlimited service with the Boost and so far it has not given me any fast service the data is very slow I do not know why I have called the company and they cannot fix it they keep telling me to reboot it and I reboot it and it does not work how can we fix this or I would have to leave this company and go back to Metro PCS give me answers
cell phone/customer service
The boost mobile located at 809 NW 37th Ave Miami, FL 33165 has TERRIBLE customer service. The employees are misinformed and unreliable. They sold me a pre-owned iPhone without telling me, the phone broke within 3 hours later. I wasted 4 hours of my time, I had to return to the store to exchange the cell phone. They all had a disgusting attitude, I wouldn't recommend anyone to Boost Mobile. I lost my previous phone number that I've had for years because of this, I'm VERY upset. This is HIGHLY unethical.
employee
I entered the Boost mobile store on blanding blvd in Jacksonville, FL on October 25th 2017 to purchase a new iphone and the woman working behind the counter was on her cellphone acting very livid, irrational, and completely unprofessional . She was ranting about someone and constantly cursing while I had my child in the store with me. I decided to just leave and not give my service to that store no more. This is not the first time I've had a problem with her, she usually has a very bad attitude and shows no manners towards her customers. She does not seem to care about the productivity of the store because I also have friends who have complained about the same employee.
years with boost, loved it before now hate it.
I been calling in regards to my family plan. Hot-spot, forget about it doesn't work. The hot-spot goes crazy on 1 phone and works at times in another... Can't reach a PERSON it's frustrating with the automated service. Not everything can b solved with a machine u can't speak to. This isn't a minor issue, you have got to do something because many ppl not happy with whatever it is that's going on with boost. These services you provide ate not free as a customer for sooooo many years I feel you guys are horrible as a cell phone provider. I speak to reps after the frustration of even reaching one whom don't resolve my damn issues. I'm paying monthly for services I can't even use or take advantage of because boost is all screwed up. The service, these damn phones no hot-spot on and off no service goes offline hat the heck am I paying for? very very extremely irrate angry annoyed very unhappy. I am even considering changing carrier to metro pcs mayb they make it happen. I'm done... Very very very irrate. What is happening to you guys... Maybe losing 1 customer may not b damaging to you but many of them feel the same way I do and now that's losing business. Way to go boost.
return policy
I ordered a iPhone and it was delivered Oct 2nd. On that day my wife and I were on a flight to Minneapolis, Mn with a return date of Oct 10th. We have our boarding passes available to view. The first I saw of the phone was Oct 12th. We tried to activate the phone with no luck. We called AT & T and they said we need a sim card. So we took it to an A T & T store and they told us it had a sprint card and was locked out. I called mobile boost to get it unlocked and they refused saying we had to use it under their company. We said that nothing online said anything about company specific, it just advertised SE6 iPhone, , no sprint mentioned at all. I asked boost mobile customer service if we could return the phone...the answer was bluntly no..."sell it to some else, you are passed the 7 day return. This is Friday the 13th (for real) and I have only been in contact with the phone for 2 days. After several calls to sprint and boost mobile I gave up.
I am very upset over this. The phone is in the box it came in and the packing slip is with it. I cannot get ahold of any one up the ladder with boostmobile who has the compassion to understand or authority to approve the return. Or possibly unlock the sim card so I could used the phone with my provider. I would send it to their return center in Indiana, but without an authorized number it is doubtful that a refund will happen.
Please help me,
Sincerely, Gerald Wells phone [protected] or email..[protected]@gmail.com
porting department
As a customer service representative I was on the phone with a customer at a another large Telecommunications company. We were seeking to reactivate their phone number in order to complete a port, however the account was canceled in error several days before.
We eventually escalated the call to a Supervisor who would not provide us with their employee ID - next they did not take the side of the customer and claimed the customer lied about the status of their service/device in order to get a free phone (Now, I'm aware that customers will often pull silly stunts because... well it works. But to boldly say a customer is lying to them is completely unprofessional. Let alone as a Supervisor!)
The Supervisor eventually claimed "I will take care of this" and will get in touch with the store to get the number reactivated.
I very clearly asked him, "Are you going to have the phone reactivated on the Boost Mobile network so we can complete the port to MetroPCS?" And he affirmed he was going to do that and to wait 5 minutes and the phone would be able to be ported over.
Not only did "Jake" the "Supervisor" without an employee ID lie to us because 5 minutes later no change was made to the port status - BUT he hung up on myself and the customer without a word.
This is ridiculous - we were on the phone for over an hour and this guy lied to us just to get us off of the phone. Boost Mobile should be #1 ashamed for hiring overseas just to lower costs of their call centers and #2 ashamed that they don't hold higher standards for their supervisory staff.
In the end... this is a call center Supervisor from overseas. So why should we even expect any help.
customer service and mobile services
I currently have 3 lines with boost mobile totaling 120 a month. After years my daughter got fed up with the phones having to be replaced every 4 to 6 months so we imported her number to a new service leaving me with two lines. I had just paid her bill so I called them to inform them about this. So I could transfer the credit to one of the remaining lines I had. They refused etc and when I asked for customer service in the US I was hung up on. Needless to say I have switched over the second line and will transfer the third asap.
service in general.
Given bogus information. Advertised promotions not honored. Sub standard customer service. Required to make unnecessary purchase. Ripped off and treated terribly. Would NOT refer anyone I consider a friend. This service is the worst I've had. Customer care does not take any responsibility for any in store issues as if it is unaffiliated with the building covered in its logo. It is a scam to lock you into services unbacked by those providing it.
purchase of iphone 6
6/28/2017 my grand child work of 9 month to save of I phone 6 because her dad said no. she save and work of her money got it. went to this store 9511 chef menteur, N.O., 70127. they sold her a I phone as new and the glass fall out, the phone put up sex pop up. the I cloud reset the of owner password up how can't close the find my phone. Talk to apple support team/ boost support/and cloud couldn't reset I cloud password. so were do she go how. this bull your store people steal and lie for money this not right
additional 911 fee charged when paying phone bill
After logging on my account I realized that boost already charges $1.65 for 911 fee. I pay my bill at Zerone Wireless 3654 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. They have been charging $1.00 for 911 fee as well. I spoke to your customer service (Carlos). He said all boost payment centers were told not to charge additional 911 fee. This has been going on for quite some time. What can I do ? I pay 2 boost bills. I would like to have my money back, and make sure that they are informed not to charge this. It's bad enough that my $35 monthly fee includes a $3.00 Boost/Virgin Service fee, along with the $1.00 911 fee.

customer service in store location wch, oh 43160 9/16/20017
I came into the store inquiring about phone prices. The employee working the counter was eating when i walked in and acted like i was a bother. I asked about the two different prices of the phones and how you would qualify...she continued to act rudely and say things like, " I don't know, DO you qualify? " I told her I did not know if I qualified and asked her for assistance to find out. She continued with a bad attitude and said she couldn't look it up without my phone number. All she needed to do was politely asked for my boost mobile phone number and offer to look it up to tell me what price I would qualify for on a new phone today. She eventually looked my phone number up and let me know I qualify in November. We had another phone that did qualify, but I changed my mind on making any purchases at the store today.
I will be going elsewhere to buy a new phone today. It was some of the worst service I have seen within a store. She should have some training and on the job monitoring for a short time of you want to contiune to have her interact with your customers.
lg x power I have will not run data entertainment
My YouTube Google chrome game apps Facebook app nothing runs payed 50$ bill for unlimited plan to get just talk and text been thinking it's just boost or my phone or connection to boost but I have no idea my GF got it to where I could just complain about it here but she say it weird u can't do nothing else try to upgrade but phones expensive and idk if I want to even try to just get same outcome and and service

advertisement says 6gbs for 35, but they will not honor it
I am on the 35 for 3 gbs plan, however they have advertised 35 for 6gbs plan and it's a prepaid plan...they would not honor the plan they are advertising...that's false advertising! They tried to say it's only for new customers but nowhere on the advertisements does it say that.I do not apreciate being lied too...after this month i will not do business with you or recommend boost to anybody
taking money off my debit card
I got boost mobile maybe 2 weeks ago if that.. I'm at work about to order food and I see "boost mobile FSQ" took $212 and then I called boost mobile and they say call you bank cause we didn't take any money from your card. So I call and they won't give me my money back I have to dispute it. Mind you I have 2 [censor]ing kids and I don't have time to be waiting 90 [censor]ing days to get my money back. I will never ever recommend boost to anybody and when I get my money back I'll be switching to a different carrier!
