The total amount of the order was $55.32. However, upon arriving at the store at 2:30 PM, I was shocked to discover that it was closed indefinitely. Despite my numerous attempts to contact Boston Market, I have been unable to reach anyone.
In my efforts to resolve this matter, I also reached out to Cash App and filed a dispute for the transaction. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied, and I have attached the relevant documentation to this letter for your reference. During my conversation with a Cash App representative, I even called Boston Market to provide evidence of their closure, hoping to expedite the resolution process. However, I have been met with a lack of cooperation and have been given the runaround regarding my refund.
