Turkey dinner
This was the worst dinner I have ever purchased from Boston Market.
Because I am not a driver, I had someone pick up a meal for me. When I opened it, it looked like the scraps from the end of the turkey. The mashed potatoes were watery and I asked for gravy on the side, which was not included. I was not able to return this meal as I don't drive. I tossed it in the garbage as I believed that is where it belongs.
It will take me a long time before I visit this establishment again.

Company account hacked and unauthorized order placed on my bill
There was an unauthorized order placed on my account through the Boston Market app. I was told the order was cancelled and their would be a refund yet nothing has happened. Called the store in FL and the person who answered the phone was unconcerned and rude. I feel like I am getting the runaround and I am not happy. Please contact me at [protected]

Gravy & honey
I got a chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, with cornbread and honey. (They were out of butter) The only thing I was able to eat was the chicken breast. The Honey was dark in color and did not flow like honey, I taste tested it and it was chunky, and rancid. The gravy looked suspect, but I gave it a shot, Nope. It was GROSS, and was also rancid I believe, it was bitter and had a strange consistency. I called them to tell them not to serve the honey or gravy and they said thanks they will call the distributor because it is a powdered gravy mix and they only add water. And admitted the honey was definitely rancid, and she agreed it was old but I couldn't find an expiration date only a strand of numbers ending in -01. The gravy has now caused me to throw up the chicken.

Service am complaining about
While at the store, the was a drip of water that was falling from the ceiling. The man that served my food gave me an attitude because I ask him to take my order and stop talking on the phone. This man should not be allowed to talk on phone, at first I thought he was taking orders, but he told whoever that I was rude. All over the floor was sticky. I took my step daughtets to Boston Market on 8-18-21. The person behind the counter didn't acknowledge us until i said hello to him. He started complaining about how tired he was . we were deciding on what to ordet and my step daughter ordered a BLT sandwhich and he just ignored her and kept sitting in his chair.
That was the worst service i have ever received from this location and i go there a lot. We ended up leaving after he wouldn't respond to us trying to place an order. He was extremely slow. The place was empty besides us.

My phone number is on the original order but I have heard from no one, I need to get my money refunded. Seems to me that if the restaurant was closed then money wouldn't be collected, but it was and I haven't been able to get in touch with a single person.

I like Boston Market. I do not like my local Boston Market in Pikesville, MD, on Reisterstown Rd. In the past 9 months, I have had no less than 6 visits there when the store was either closed early (when I arrive around 8:25 pm.), OR they have no chicken, or last night when they had no anything except some turkey if I wanted that, again at 8:25 or so. The manager is "Sam" who is never anywhere to be found and a single worker who is very nonchalant and could care less.
You send promotions and gimmicks constantly to my email and seem to be trying to drum up business. I would come and do, but I can't purchase anything because of the constant issues. The site is bitterly complained about on NextDoor, a neighborhood social media site, as many people are constantly dealing with the same issues as me. When I was departing last night, a man and his son were arriving, and despite my warning, went inside for the same discouragement I received, and promptly left behind me.
If you want to remain open, and I don't know how you have stayed open until now, this needs to change. I would like some form of compensation for multiple trips for my time, gas, and frustration. If it isn't forthcoming, I am done with Boston Market and will be a vocal opponent of the establishment online. I have resisted this until now. Last night finally did me in.

I was at the fresh meadows location today for pickup, the lady in the front gave 2 people ahead of me their pickup order then told me to wait one second while she rings up 4 people that came after me to order their food in stores, I asked her 2x and she jus ignored me while I had to stand there and wait 30 minutes before they finally gave me my order. Your restaurant refuse to serve me because I do eat meat. I ask if my meat can be replaced with a side and the manager "stated that he couldn't do that and could not help me place an order" because I had to have the meat side.
