On Tuesday November 2, 2023 I purchased 4 tickets from box office ticket sales for my grandchildren to go see Frozen at the academy of music in philadelphia. The total price was $599.85. Box office ticket sales told me that my tickets would be emailed to me 48 hours before the show. 48 hours before the show I did not receive an email with my tickets. I began calling the company ant they kept telling me that the tickets get released in groups and mine will be released soon. It was the night before the show and they kept telling me the same story. Friday night at 8:45 (the night before the show )they told me i couldn’t get tickets. They were extremely rude. They said they would refund my money. I kept checking my credit card for the refund and nothing. I called box office ticket sales and they told me that my credit card company would not accept the refund! I called my credit card company and they told me they absolutely would accept the refund and box office ticket sales never attempted to refund me the money. I called BOTS and they repeatedly told me that my credit card company would not accept the refund. They asked for another card number and I gave them another card number. Still no refund. I called my bank and had BOTS on a 3 way call and they told us that the money would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Still no refund.
