maple nuts
I purchase 3 bags of this candy (Maple nuts), only to be Highly Disappointed . I
It's so HARD you can't chew it, my mother cracking her tooth and had to purchase a new set of teeth. I would rely like my refund back, this is Heart breaking for me and my Family. We look forward to playing games on who can eat the most during Christmas, it's my FAVORITE CANDY of ALL TIME! 😢😢
bad batch of brach's sugar free cinnamon hard candy
I usually have a hard time finding the Brach's sugar free Cinnamon Hard Candy, but I like very much. So when I do find it, I purchase up to 6 bags at a time!
But, the last set of bags -- so far I've thrown out 3 bags, taste awful! Seems the batch received too much cinnamon flavoring or something -- very spicy...tasting "hot" and strong like medicine! (not the pleasant, cinnamon with sweetness) taste. '
Would like 6 replacement bags, if possible (I have not opened the others, but think they will be the same!). They are the 3.5 Oz. size.

maple nut goodies
Please fire whoever had the idea to change the recipe of this long loved candy! I just bought a large bag this week to be shocked at the disgusting, sickening, cheap coating that's supposed to mimic maple flavor. The worst are the ingredients inside. No longer the chewy, beloved candy so many of us grew up with, but hard as rock "something" you call peanuts and crunchy toffee. Nice little disclosure on an otherwise exact same package, just so we can't sue you for broken molars. I will never trust Brach's again. This was a very stupid idea and I hope your company gets consumers' messages loud and clear. You messed up a very good thing. Shame on you!

chocolate marshmallow santa
I purchased Brach's chocolate marshmallow Santa's for Christmas stocking stuffers. They are awful. The marshmallow isn't gooey. And the taste is terrible. I hope you bring the original recipe back for this product. I usually look forward to having these candies in the Christmas stocking every year. But after this year's disappointment I think I'm done buying these.

apple nut goodies
I have a bag of apple nut goodies with a best by date of march 20, 2018 and they are as hard as a rock. You can't even enjoy them. I love maple nut goodies and thought these would be just as wonderful. I was very disappointed. I don't know if the centers were cooked too long to make them that hard or if they were packaged improperly for them to turn into rock hard bites or what. Something you definitely should check into. You don't want anybody to break their teeth on them. I hope you get it straightened out, I would love to be able to try them the way they are supposed to be.
milk chocolate orange
I purchased Milk Chocolate Oranges for everyone the same as I always do for their stockings as well as just as a sweet for all the adults on my list and every single one was too hard to just "burst and enjoy" as they are supposed to be these are a favorite of my entire family and my most favorite candy and after paying $2.75 a piece for 20 chocolate oranges and having no one be able to enjoy them is extremely disappointing. I had hoped that it was only going to be 1 or 2 of them but I spoke with everyone I gifted them to and no one was able to burst their candy and the chocolate was so hard they would have broken a tooth trying to eat them the best by date on them is 04/01/2019 so they should still be good and the code before the date is 7D035J10100 all the oranges were purchased at Dollar General at the same time perhaps this was a bad batch
candy inedible/too hard
I purchased 3 bags of Brach's Apple Nut Goodies which are absolutely horrible. To pay 2.49 for each bag for them to be too hard to eat and just really not any good is absolutely not good. I purchased them on December 31, 2017 and the sell by date is March 21, 2018 and they taste like they are so old they turned into a rock. I almost broke a tooth trying to eat one of them. I purchased them at the Kroger Store where I live. I think I should be get a refund on all 3 bags which would be 7.47 + tax. These are not your best product that you put out ever.
christmas nougat
Me and my babies love the christmas nougats but today while i was eating some i bit into a hard piece of white plastic im nervous about eating anymore out of these this year. The plastic is the size of one of my daughters earrings i dont know if anyone has ever had this problem but this is the first for me kinda scary my daughters could have had it and choked on it
maple nut goodies
I am always careful to pick up these candies and check the date because since they are my faves I know they are sometimes hard. The date on these are 5/4/18. They are so hard I cannot eat them. I can only wait for them to melt and soften in my mouth. These are my altime favorite candy and I am in need of the times to buy that aloenme to enjoy them.
maple nut goodies
Have been eating these since they were behind the counter at Sears. Not them! They had a slightly crisp surary maple shell you could suck or bite. The inside was a chewy maple nut mix. My grandkids will never learn to love them like my grandmom. Mom, Myself and my children. You killed a tradition. Shop get maple nut goodies. School Xmas Easter = (
maple nut goodies
Same as the other two complaints. These are NOT the candies I grew up with. I noticed about mid year that they had changed. I hoped it was a bad batch. But got another bag at Christmas. Same crappy product. Outside like white chocolate and inside hard as a rock. Very sad. I have been eating these since I was a child in the 70's. I hope someone changes it back.
maple nut goodies
I don't eat much candy, but I do have my favorites and one of them is Maple Nut Goodies. I haven't had that candy in over five years as I mentioned to my sister one day . Then imagine my delight on Christmas morning when I found a bag of them in my Christmas stocking. My sister had to order them on line, after an exhausting search of local grocery, department, and Drug stores, and this in Denver Co. where there is a lot of stores to check. I was so thrilled to finally have a piece of one of my favorites. As I attempted to take a bite I was horrified to find it so hard I nearly broke my tooth.I remember them a soft and chewable candy that was a pleasure to eat. I am very disappointed that a company with a reputation to up hold would let such an item leave their facility.
maple nut goodies
I always get everybody Maple Nut Goodies for their Christmas stockings. I had to write on them with a marker - "Maple Nut ‘Not-So' Goodies."
Why are they so HARD?! And the coating isn't as good as it used to be - it's more like a white chocolate, now...I hate white chocolate. I suppose it's better for me now - I used to could eat a whole bag...now I can only eat 2-3.
Please go back to what you used to have so I can eat them...with a tall glass of milk...
maple nut goodies
We have bought this candy for 65 years and always loved them. But now I just purchased some bags and can't even eat them because they are so hard and they used to be somewhat softer in the middle. They was so hard my daughter broke two teeth biting into it . We are disappointed that we won't be enjoying or purchasing anymore the way they are now. We always enjoyed them and don't know what has changed .this was a 4 generation of us enjoying these. Just disappointed .
maple nut goodies
bought 2 bags at two different places for Christmas. both bags very very hard. one of my very favorite candies the taste was not right at all .I've been eating them for as long as I can remember, never anything like this. bag 1 7c29bb183 12/27/2017 bag 2 7x09bb182 06/09/2018 just thought you should know. They've changed the recipe for this, apparently.
maple nut goodies recipe change fail
Like so many others, I am not a fan of the new recipe. They are hard to chew and the coating is different. So disappointing. I hope you go back to the old recipe, this is terrible. My Dad got me hooked on them as a kid. I always think of him when I snack on them.I can hear him saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" from the spirit world... Brach's... come on... ugh. :/

My husband and I purchased a bag of party time mix for a Christmas present for an older gentleman. Among the wrapped candy we found numerous pieces of unwrapped candy, candy that was in half and unwrapped and a piece that looks like it was eaten and thrown back in the bag. This was purchased at Walmart for the price of $4.78. Would like to have my money reimbursed or a coupon for a free bag. I do not have the capabilities of sending a copy of the receipt or pictures of the candy.

brach's maple nut goodies
On December 22, 2017 My husband and myself purchased the Maple Nut Goodies and that evening opened them, knowing we were going to share with our children when they all arrived on Christmas.
They were tough and hard to chew. The worse we have had in years. We always enjoy them chewy and great taste! Very disappointing !
The package said freshness guarantee, so I'm writing this to get a new bag of fresh, maple nut goodies.
maple nut goodies
I purchased maple Nut Goodies on 12-17-17! This 14oz bag of candy was hard and very dry! I could not chew these without risk of breaking a tooth! I have purchased this candy many times and have never had any like these! The expiration date is07-23 2018! Number is 7J23AA112. The bag says Freshness Guaranteed! I am so disappointed as I purchased them to share at a Christmas gathering! Was not able to put these out!
maple nut goodies candy
Maple Nut Goodies have been one of my favorite candies since childhood. When I purchased them recently I knew immediately that something had changed, for the worse. The recipe changed! They are smaller and the outside is now soft but the center is too hard! Bring back the classic chewy maple nut candies - why did Brachs change a candy that was already the best!? I miss the original. Please bring it back.
