bradenequitiesinc.com is the worst! They are terribly disrespectful to their tenants. I had a horrible experience with their building managers who threatened me for no reason. Worst of all, they actually ended up evicting me! It was a complete nightmare. And if that wasn't bad enough, they also tried to force me to pay up extra cash after they already mistreated me. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they can be so unprofessional to people.

dang, these guys at Braden Equities are a real mess! They don't seem to know how to run things and they play hot potato with their employees so nothing ever gets done. I've had like, three times in the past month where they messed up and it cost me thousands of dollars. I should've listened to the other reviews before I signed up. They promised me a bunch of stuff before I moved in and none of it was true. Total bummer.

Braden Equities Inc. sucked, don't go there. Total unprofesh and the lady who runs things was a real tough cookie. Kept messing around with my move-in date and wouldn't give me back my deposit. When I tried to talk to the boss, she just said no way and wouldn't give me any help. Had to get an attorney to sort it out. Total poo from start to finish.

Bradon Eqwities aint no good. They took my rent deposit and put a fake fee against me for stuff I never did. When I talked to them, they didnt help at all. People who rent beware, cuz this company is bad news. They just bill you a bunch of fake charges and send you to collections without even tellin you how much. They want you to pay up or else collections will mess up your credit. The units are bad too, everything's old and bashed up. The stoves and *** are busted. Check the Yelp reviews and other places, cuz other tenants got similar stories. They dont care about customers. They hold your credit hostage so they can steal from you.

I purchased a condo from Braden Equities Inc and the docs they gave me were totally not right. I seen lots of condo docs before so I know what I'm talking about. I even had a lawyer look them over and still it was bad. They only mentioned two leaks, but it flooded the day I got it and keeps flooding. I tried calling Braden but nothing, the building manager won't answer and I'm waiting for the water damage guys to come fix it. I heard it happens all the time and they said it was my fault for not checking it properly. It's been a year and two months now and I still have water problems.

This company is just terrible, especially the management at Deerwood properties. We moved in on June 28th, to building #2 and have had nothing but problems. The worst one is bed bugs. We told the property manager over the phone two months ago when we first saw bed bugs and received bites that a doctor checked, but they only checked our unit and not the neighboring ones. Magda, the property manager, and the main office implied that it was our fault because our unit was dirty, which is just not true. They sprayed our unit, but the company even said that they have to spray neighboring units, or the bed bugs will keep spreading. On December 4th, we noticed more bugs in our unit and the hallway, and more bites. Living here is just uncomfortable because they don't handle issues respectfully or professionally, or even timely!

I had an apartment through Braden Equities and things were fine for the first year. However, it turns out that I was assigned someone else's parking stall the entire time. I checked my lease and it had a different number. The actual spot where my electric plug is located is across the parking lot under the building, with a height of only 5'0. When I called Braden, they said, "Oh sorry, but we already provided you with one. It's not our responsibility if your vehicle doesn't fit." Like, what?! Now I have to ask the real owner of the spot to leave the socket powered, and I should give them $5 a month to supplement for the trickle charger. It's just so frustrating. I'm currently waiting for unit 8 to either call me or just ignore it. Then, my battery will die, as it has a slight parasitic draw, and being unemployed, I try not to drive as much as possible. I'm just so stressed and needed to vent. I already called the tenancy board, but they said that parking stalls are not included in the act. Overall, not a great experience.

Pretty sure they didn't know she moved in with me and thought the place was still empty. We told them we weren't renewing our lease in October and then they flipped out and said we had to be out by September 30th, no matter what. Offered to pay rent for October but they didn't want it, then sent us some bogus letter saying we owed them $1700 for damages. It's all a bunch of baloney, we got proof they were tryna push us out fast. Hoping Braden can fix this mess with their peeps and get it sorted out.

I’m a condo unit owner and rent to tenant. I’m giving Braden Equities Inc one start (0 if I could) because they’ve been hella frustrating to work with. Before them, it was a different management company and it was cool. But when Braden took over, everything went downhill. They never respond to emails (unless it’s about collecting money for their fines). Their moving policy is also whack – they demand a $200 deposit + $50 non-refundable moving fee, which I’ve never heard of before with other managers. Especially now with COVID, it’s a whole process to pay the dough, get the elevator key and hand it back over. Like, what’s the point of all that? My tenant moved laundry baskets up using the elevator and since we didn’t book it beforehand, Braden’s upping the “move” count and charging me extra! I’m really not feeling this fine at all. When I asked them to show me written bylaws or building rules, they never responded to my emails. Instead, I had to go find the info myself and send it to them. This company has some real crappy customer service skills and shady business practices. If you can, stay far far away from them!

This renting gig was the pits. Braden Equities Inc needs to stop being shady and start delivering on their promises. The managers they hire are all about taking shortcuts and they never follow through on what they say they'll do. Wish I had clued in before signing on, the mistakes are making me wince. So, when I first moved in, the landlord was all like, "Yeah, your closet door is busted, we'll fix it next week." And when maintenance (aka her clueless hubby) showed up to fix it, he basically said there was nothing wrong with it. So, I texted the landlord and told her it was still FUBAR. But no, she tells me that her hubby is a pro and I don't know jack. Huh, whatever. A year later we're going through the walkthrough and she's like, "Oh hey, your closet door is still broken." Yeah, no duh lady, we told you that when we moved in. So, we sign a damage report and there's no mention of the door. But when we get our copy, it's magically made an appearance. And then, surprise surprise, when our deposit comes back, we've been whacked with a $150 bill for the door. This is just more proof that these bigwig companies like Braden Equities are getting away with robbing hardworking regular people like me. They can afford those legal fees to fight us commoners, and it's just not right. It's a sad state of affairs for sure. Hopefully they'll smarten up before it's too late.

This company that manages buildings sucks at taking responsibility when there's a problem. They don't even bother to clear the snow or make sure cars can get out safely. My ride got stuck in the parking lot and it's been impossible to get in touch with the office. I tried calling them 22 times, and only managed to get through 4 times. When I spoke with the lady called *** she just left me a message. I told her I want to speak with someone but she didn't help. *** and ***, who are also working there, are just as bad. They don't want to help and don't care about tenant's concerns. This company needs to step up and investigate how their employees handle calls from customers. These dumb-dumbs should not be working in this business if they can't even take calls. They are messing up the company's reputation by being so crappy in customer service.

so like braden equities inc is hella shady. like i talked to my landlord and she said i didn't have to pay rent for sept or any moving out fees and i got it on screenshot n stuff. but then like two weeks later they charged me $150 for breaking the lease early and another $150 for this carpet cleaning that i already cancelled. then they deducted $829 from my damage deposit and i'm still left with $630 to pay. that ain't cool yo. i tried talking to some dude named *** but he was hella dismissive and said i had to pay it or it'll go to collections. it took forever just to get his name and he was rude af. i just want the charges dropped and my deposit back. they need to work on their communication and customer service skills, word.
