requests are done in a timely manner. I rented from them for a year and never had any major issues. The maintenance team was always friendly and fixed any problems I had with my apartment. The rent was affordable and the location was convenient for me. Overall, I had a great experience with Elevated Management Group and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

This company is awesome, they know what they're doing. Everyone there is super helpful, from the peeps who help you lease to the folks in the office and even the big boss. When stuff needs fixing, maintenance is on it like white on rice and they're always nice when they come to our place.

This managment group has been a nightmare from the very begining. They kept going with eviction procedures even during COVID, fined us for not paying rent when we had paid rent early, and generally harassed us the whole time we were trying to move out. We had to get a lawyer to keep them from further treating us poorly. It was such a hardship while dealing with Corona. I found out that they also ran off other tenants on my block. Be careful renting with this company.
This place had a ton of bugs
This place had a ton of bugs. My apartment had sticky traps for the bugs, but they were everywhere. I asked them to spray for bugs because I had lice, but they didn't do it. The ceiling had holes and wires were showing. The bathroom and floors were dirty when I moved in. The police and surveillance people were always loud and around. The stove didn't work and they didn't fix it right. The closet doors kept falling off and there was a hole behind the toilet. The wood in the bathroom and kitchen seemed like it was falling apart. The caulking in the bathroom was coming off and there was no rail to hang a shower curtain. Someone came into my apartment (maybe the exterminator or workers) and stole hamburger buns from my fridge. (Maybe they were mad because I called them out in the park, who knows?)

I own a property and let me tell you, Elevated Management Group, LLC is not the way to go. *** is only looking out for herself and only responds in the beginning because she wants her cut. She accuses owners and tenants of lying when they confront her with the truth. She yells through email and text and won't even pick up the phone when asked. Her associates and office are useless because they don't know anything about the properties and are scared of getting fired. They just apologize and say they'll ask *** but never get back to you. She sends out-of-office replies saying she's out of town but to contact her office, which never answers. Her accounting skills are terrible and her leases are full of charges for being even a day late. She can't be trusted and has even been thrown in jail. Stay away from her and pick any other company!

Don't use Elevated Management Group, LLC! They're an unlicensed broker with bad business practices and a lease with bad terms. My family and I were moving to the area and when I asked about the lease missing an end term date, the lease agent said they only do month to month. When I asked about the illegal price for bounced checks, she dodged the question. The prorated amount for 7 days was padded and when I asked about it, she said she added insurance without informing me. She refused a phone call. I asked for a PDF of the lease to show my daughter, a lawyer, and a clause stating that the rent price wouldn't increase in this unheard of month-to-month lease. She said she couldn't accommodate my demands. I found out she's unlicensed and reported her to the real estate board. This was a sight unseen move during Covid and we were disappointed to lose the house but thankful we didn't lose our common sense. Always read your contract. When I told her I had questions, she threatened that I had to sign the lease ASAP because she had other people who want the property. I had the lease for an hour. #NotAKaren

I moved in this place in July and they still haven't given me my mail and storage keys. I've called, emailed, and even texted them, but no response. They told me to call Jacob, but I only talked to him once and he said they already gave me my keys. But I haven't got anything yet! It's making me so stressed out, especially with the post office not giving me my mail without the keys.

I asked them 4 times to fix it, but they ignored me every time. Because of this, all my food spoiled during COVID-19 times. I had to replace all my food and put myself at risk of catching the virus. Elevated management is not taking care of their tenants during COVID-19. When I talked to the owner and manager Karie T, she didn't know what was going on.

So, I got this letter from Elevated Management Group on 12/30, saying I gotta move out in 7 days 'cause of my cats. But I never got the first notice, ya know? I been living here for over a year with a different management who let me have my cats. The new lady saw 'em and didn't say nothin'. My cat Lilith is even a therapeutic cat, I got a letter and everything. I was tryna explain all this to her and ask if I could pay to keep my other 3 cats, but she just yelled at me and said I'm gettin' evicted in 30 days and hung up. She won't even answer my calls now. Other people in the building got like 5 dogs and nobody's sayin' nothin' to them. I always pay my rent on time, too. This ain't right. They just took over and ain't even given us a lease or nothin' to explain their rules. They're real unprofessional and rude.

I feel like they tricked me and won't give me my money back. I only talked to Kari T in emails. She said she's the boss, but won't give me my money back because she says she looked at my application. When I asked for proof, she didn't say anything. She only made me look bad in front of my boss. I told her that United Way of New Mexico was my employer, not my helper. She thought I was getting help and asked my boss for a voucher. But I didn't say I was getting help on my application. I only said United Way was my employer. So how could she think I was getting help? She could have asked me, but she didn't. Their website says they don't give refunds for application fees, but they didn't even look at my application right. I want my money back.
