Brave New Look ordered leggings

I ordered a pair of leggings on December 1, 2016 I never received them so I emailed in January after I got a tracking number on, y to find that the item has not even shipped. My first email I got a reply saying sorry more people ordered then excepted and that my order would be shipped out shortly. I emailed again in February telling them I still have not gotten my order and to cancel my order. Again I just got a reply saying sorry I'll get my order shortly. I have now called my credit card company and put in a dispute for this.

Brave New Look order# 1308616 basset hound leggings

I ordered a pair of leggings on December 9th, hoping they'd arrive by Christmas. Several weeks passed and I still have not received. So I emailed the company since they don't have a phone# anywhere on their site so you can actually talk to a human representative. I've sent a total of 8, yes 8 emails hoping for a response but to date I have heard nothing back. They got my payment but haven't sent me the leggings.
On 1/6/17 a mailing label was created, and here it is another month has passed and I still have not received the leggings. In fact, the tracking shows nothing has transpired since they created the mailing label. What takes it so long and why won't they respond?
I want to cancel my order but how? I want my $$ credited back but how unless I cancel the order and they don't give instructions on how to cancel and no one ever responds.
HELP !

well the best thing to do is call your credit card company and tell them you never received your order, The credit card company will be more than happy to reverse your charges. Thats what Im doing today.

Brave New Look huskies on huskies leggings

I ordered these in December, knowing they would not ship until January. On January 6, 2017, I got an email with a tracking number saying the order had shipped. When I click on the tracking number, I find that a label has been created but that the product has not shipped. I have tried contacting them several times, but have not gotten any response whatsoever. It has been 20 days since my order supposedly shipped and nothing.

Brave New Look my order

I placed a order on the first week of december. I ordered cheerleader leggings order #1310173. On january 17 my order arrived. It was a christmas gift for my granddaughter which i sent it to her. She told me that they were gymnist leggings instead of cheerleader leggings. I contacted them to let them know. I received a message stating that they were sorry and would resolve the matter right away, this message was from Daphne T. I was asked to take a picture of the item I received and send it to her. I did that but have not received anymore messages from her. I have contacted them four times and still no reply. It was bad enough that it did not arrive in time for christmas which they could have told me when I placed the order, but the fact that my granddaughter didn't even get what I ordered and I paid for something that I didn't even want. I just want the cheerleader leggings that I ordered in the first place.

Brave New Look where is my order!

I bought a pair of leggings from this website www.bravenewlook.com and did not receive anything yet! It was taking way too long so I contacted them and asked about my order and they said that it was on its way. When I tried to cancel it they did not allow me to do that, they said that after my order was shipped there was no way to cancel it! These guys are ridiculous, they support service is absolutely useless and lousy, they can't tell where my order is and they don't know anything about the delivery date! After I read other reviews I'm pretty nervous. My advice is to stay away from this company, seems like a scam.

I ordered a bracelet on July 6. I received one email stating they had received order nothing further from them. The phone number does not work and no one responds to my request on email for updates.

I ordered some bracelers from this store I ordered 5 bracelets and I only received 4 ...the 1 is missing it was for my daughter birthday ...i ordered on December 4 2018 and her birthday was on January ... I was wondering where is the 1 I missing.

Charged $43.99 on 9/6, campaign to end 9/18, here on 11/3/17, no product and over the last couple weeks, response from company is a 15% discount. Need a gift? - don't purchase from Brave New Look unless you are buying a year in advance...Andrew

I reached out to customer service. When they finally replied, they claimed that it arrived on 01-09-18. The blanket never came to me and I order weekly from reputable sites like amazon.com.

I feel scammed as brave new look did not provide any resolve other than I need to call USPS. I just lost over 60.00.

I ordered the tights with Blue paw prints on them and when I finally received them they are garbage. Pretty much see through and one leg is so small I can't even get my foot through to try them on. Horrible customer service. I contacted them to get a refund or something and NO RESPONSE AT ALL EVER! Very poor customer service and quality.

Ordered on 2/26/18. Money taken from my checking immediately. Still have no product. Have contacted company many times. Get a "blanket" email about timeline for delivery. Order # 1589818. $84.48 Very upset. Have emailed and tried to call company. Emails are not answered right.
