I ordered a shirt, a men's medium and it looks like a woman's small. It took over two weeks to receive it. It was shoved in a envelope with no packing slip, receipt or any paper work at all. I went online to my original order to find some way to contact them. I sent an email asking how I can exchange this for larger size. I did get a response later in the day saying someone should be getting back to me. I'm assuming it was an automatic computer response. I have never heard from anyone. I have sent multiple messages with zero response. I will be reporting them to the BBB today. After reading all of their horrible reviews, I wish I had never spent a penny with this company. Shame on them!
sweatshirt and vinyl lettering

Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas 2017 and ordered an XL so she could wear clothes under the sweatshirt. This sweatshirt cost me $45.00. The sweatshirt was received and is the size of a 2X. It is not a woman's sweatshirt either, It is a man's sweatshirt and it is huge. The quality of the vinyl lettering is very poor. You can see the material under the lettering. Cheap vinyl was used. I requested an exchange and or a refund and was flatly refused. I have made contact with them 5 times, and they acknowledged me ONLY ONCE, SENDING ME THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS and i have not heard from them since. DO NOT EVER USE THEM Terrible product and even worse Customer Service and i am OUT $45.00.

I wanted to do a simple thing: to correct my order (to add several items and to delete some of them). Yes, maybe I changed my mind too late, but it doesn't matter. Before shipping, I have this right. Even according to their funny terms and policies. But unfortunately, it only sounds nice, in fact, they don't even reply. I wonder if they actually exist...

There's no reason for them not to refund.
Long story short: I waited for several weeks before I got t item. It was nice, great, but it broke next day.
Nothing else to do, I wasn't going to keep it, so I decided to send it back. Called them for further instructions and they said something like ''Pita, go to hell, we're not going to refund. If the item is broken it's not our fault''. Yes, but I was wearing it carefully and just once. It's your freaking fault that you sell defective items, not mine.
I called them once again and got in a long hassle with them. Only after it they agreed to replace. I shipped the item back at my expense one month ago. Nothing from them. Great.
Looks like I made a terrible mistake and will never get anything instead.

My husband purchased a bracelet from their website for my birthday and it took over a month to receive it. Once we did, it was the wrong bracelet. We have called many times (used the phone number that was on the packing list) and sent about 10 emails with no response. This is a BS company and I will be contacting the BBB about them. No company should take advantage of their customers and not provide a service/product they paid for!

I ordered leggings on 8/31 And 9/1 And have never received my orders. One was to be shipped on 9/4 And the other on 9/11. Needless to say I have not gotten them. My best advice is to NOT order from this company. They are a rip off business. They don't even have a phone number. I have written emails and only once got a return email. I found them on Facebook and have also reported them to Facebook
never received item
Originally ordered item in July and charged to my credit card then. They sent me a USPS tracking number which was never updated or left their facility. I contacted them they said USPS must have lost it, they would replace free of charge plus not charge me shipping(which I do not know how they could when it never shipped). Again on August 24 they created a new tracking number and advised me it was shipped and again it never left their facility. It is now September 13th and they again are going to replace free of charge and allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping. At his point it should be FREE and WILL SHE EVER GET IT! (this is a gift)

I ordered personalized memorial bracelets for myself and as gifts for a couple of mothers that have become friends from my Grieving Mothers support group. I ordered them on Saturday evening and on Sunday I noticed on my PayPal confirmation that it said I ordered 4 of the same exact bracelets. I looked at my cart and made certain that each personalized bracelet was correct before placing my order. So I contacted you through a phone number, only I couldn't speak to anyone to correct this error before it was too late. I had to leave a message with my name and email address. The two responses I received were callous! Upon reading all the poor reviews about your "company", I now see that your emails are not personal responses, they are electronically pre made emails. Everyone receives the same poor responses from you, saying that it's in the process of being made and can't be changed or canceled. Who's Daphne T.? Is that the name of your computer? Because it seems like everyone receives the same responses from the same name! I'm so glad that I paid through PayPal and filed a complaint with them because by the reviews I'm seeing, people are not receiving either their items or their refunds from you! I don't expect this to be posted if this is through your so called "company"! On one of the review sites, you only resolved one issue out of 177! Those are not good odds, to say the least! You are not a company, you are just someone, or a group of people scamming decent hard working people out of their money!

On June 30th, I ordered leggings from Brave New Look - Order #1387603 my card was charged. I learned in the past with them, orders take forever and I live on the other side of the country. I knew what to expect with that. What I wasn't ready for ... My order ships and spends a week crossing the US via the USPS. Somehow, it got sent to the wrong zip code, gets returned to Brave New Look. I have to track it to find out, track # 92748902074016543400011144.
No one from Brave New Look has bothered to reach out to me. I can't reach anyone there. It is August 22nd and I have paid for leggings(almost 2 months ago) that I don't have and can't get anyone to resolve the issue for me.

On 06/06/2017, I ordered & paid for a bracelet ...It seemed to be taking forever to arrive...I tracked the pkg...Claims it was delivered but I did not receive it...Attempted to contact this lousy "business"...Was ignored and then repeatedly told to check my yard, porch, with the neighbors and the post office by Daphene T. ...All of which I did! To date, still no bracelet...This scam of a place is refusing to replace or refund ! So eventually they make their money by being cheaters, liars and thieves ! Call your credit card company & dispute the charge...I am...Maybe if enough people stick it to BNL, they will feel what the customers feel and go out of business! It is a scam...Arrogant, rude, very poor customer service...Daphene T. seems like a robot with a scripted reply button...Cheaters...Horrible ! Beware ! Claim "custom made"...No specs or measurements...How custom is a simple bracelet? Only "custom made" about these people are their custom made lies, stealing and cheating character traits! Ordered a keychain for a girlfriend for becoming a Physical Therapist. I wanted to get her something as a graduation gift, and ordered it 6 whole weeks before she graduated. The website says 2-4 weeks until your item ships. I thought, okay... 4 weeks, 1 week transit. 5 weeks total.
Nope! Going on 8 weeks now with no product. I've emailed multiple times, asked for a customer service number. They responded that they have no customer service number. PEOPLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE TO YOUR BUSINESS. It is 100% necessary to have a phone number for your customers to call in. Their marketing appears as if the company is well-known, but they are a terrible "company".
I will absolutely, positively NEVER order from these people again. In fact, I wish someone would go and shut them down. They don't deserve any profit from a sole person.
I feel terrible if anyone orders after seeing all of these complaints about their service.

I ordered a sweater in early December with an estimated delivery a week before Christmas (it was a gift). It never arrived, so I emailed multiple times in January to follow up or just cancel the order. No response. I emailed several times in February as well... no response. March, same thing, no response. I finally received a response in late April that the order had accidentally been lost during the shipment process, so they were re-making it and re-shipping out- projected arrival mid-May. I emailed back that I would rather cancel the order since the item is a SWEATER and it is no longer SWEATER WEATHER (and also it was meant to be a Christmas gift), but, you guessed it, no response. The sweater was $60. The company does not have a telephone number, so the only way to reach out is via email or the "contact us" form on their site. I tried both. I also tried commenting on their facebook page, but my comments were simply deleted. This company is a scam, do not order from them.

Ordered JRT leggings 11/9/16. A month later, I contacted BNL to find out where they were. Got a blow off about behind on production...yada yada. Asked to cancel order, then was told they were already in production. Right.Ten weeks after ordering I got a piece of crap with some 60's design on crap material. I called the number on the package and it was not even BNL, but the sewing company, who is none to happy about all the calls they are getting. I have all evidence to produce to BBB and whoever else can shut down this scam operation. Shame on you. The company I called gave me number to contact 'owner'. Called that POS and conveyed my thoughts. See leggings below. NOT Jack Russell Terriers. NOT leggins material. NOT happy.

Have been trying to exchange these for 7 weeks. Just had a call with customer service where we were told twice that my hips are too big for the product. Extremely rude csr. I actually have very small hips. Am a size four. My issue is the material is of a lower quality that I am used to, and it stretches so much that the black looks see through. I would like to exchange for a larger size. But regardless of that, the call service you use is horrible and offensive and we will be lodging a complaint with the bbb because no one should be talked to like my husband and I were. I am just completing my yoga teaching certification and I will be certain to pass along my experience with this company.

dispute the charge, but I found an email for them and emailed them.
They said their production was running behind, I should receive soon.

In mid March I bought a pair of leggings from Brave New Look and did not receive them. It is now mid April and I still have no information or updates and have no idea what to expect.
Also, I did not receive a tracking number and already sent them a message asking Brave New Look to give me my tracking number. They did not reply.
Please I need help and maybe someone knows some extra contacts. After reading all these reviews I feel sick and scared.
This site is not safe, do not buy from them.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from Brave New Look. One pair for my daughter and one pair for me. We are both a size Small/Medium when I finally received the leggings in the mail the leggings were SO small we could not even get one leg in! It goes up to our calf and won't go any further it's so small! Also the stitching is coming apart and the material is horrible! I contacted the company to tell them that they sent us the wrong size (even though it says MED on the pant) it's more like a XXXsmall or a child size Med? Anyways they told me that there is NO return or exchange! I have asked very nicely for a phone number to contact a live agent and they don't reply :( I spent over 100.00 (I am from Canada) and it was US dollars I spent. I did not really have the money for this but because they were so different I just had to buy them! As upset as I am about getting ripped off I feel the need to let people know so they don't go through this!

brave new look baseball leggings
Feb.21/17 I purchased 2 pair of baseball leggings. Small and Medium. The sizes are way too small! The small were for a teenager that wears a jean size of 0 (zero). The other pair was for a 20 year old that wears a jean size of 4. The pattern does not continue correctly from one leg to the other as illustrated on the website. The leggings are too tight and the colour is washed out with the stretching. I had asked in an email to exchange for larger sizes but I was told no size exchanges. My order number is 1342742. I sent 3 more emails to Brave new look which were all ignored. I paid $88 for leggings that cannot be worn! The quality is terrible - having the correct size and pattern should be a standard, but it is not for Brave new look. The customer service is non existent. I do not know what to do next.
