I called on Oggust 28h to plan my move for September 3rd with a 2-mman crew from 7:30am-9:30am
I called on Oggust 28h to plan my move for September 3rd with a 2-mman crew from 7:30am-9:30am. Braxton Movers gramed me wit a $50 deposit an email contract for day of service. I ter up said Friday September 3rd the Labor Day long weekend and the representitive said it back to me cuz it was a Friday and a holiday weekend. But, they swwronged sptemntherror by puttign 0 the ending of September. I cald sep 3 and the same person I spoke to b4 corrected themself really fast they sai the crew will come at 8:45am. But then a mannager calls back and blames me saying I shoulda known the rong data entry, saying how I ain't got a clue about how they need to move people and how I need another 3-man crew to move me on the day I asked for. And they said if I cancel, they keep my deposit. The manager with full rudneses didnt apply a fix to the error and tried to charge me more so they can finish the move, didnt care that I wasnt happy. Dey didnt even have a address or private offices, so cancelled and hung up. Hopefully, I can get back my deposit.

I just had a move with Braxton Movers LLC on 6/30
I just had a move with Braxton Movers LLC on 6/30. It was from a first floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment for one person with only one bedroom and costed me $430 (which I gotta say is a little hefty for such a small move). Unfortunately, the Braxton team damaged my 60-inch flat screen TV and one of my dining chair legs. And, yeah, you guessed it, they didn't tell me until after the damage was done. I've reached out to the manager several times now, talking on the phone and sending emails, but I'm still getting the runaround. The manager even asked me for photos of the damaged TV and model's serial number, which I sent him. But, it seems like he's not following up on what he said he would do to resolve the situation.
This company ain't professional at all, they cheat and rip people off
This company ain't professional at all, they cheat and rip people off. Once the unpacking was done, we tried to pay but they tried to increase the cost on us, even though we had agreed already. The big boss on the phone was outright rude, yelling and not even listening to what we had to say. Instead they were insulting us and bargaining over the charges. Then, when my husband and I were trying to resolve the issue, they cursed at him and called the police on us. But we didn't back down, we paid what was agreed upon after the police officer talked with the mean boss. They ain't classy, and they don't deserve to be in business at all!
I used Braxton Movers when we moved my fam back in March
I used Braxton Movers when we moved my fam back in March. They messed up my new fridge and said they would fix it. All I had to do was send pics to their email. I done did it but they never replied. I emailed them again and again, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer. So, I put a bad review and they gave me the runaround. They said they'd send someone to fix it, but they blew me off. They emailed me instead and told me to fill out a form to get $300 for repairs. That ain't enough to fix it, but we was tired of fighting. So, we filled it out. Then I emailed them 11 times in two weeks asking where my money was. They didn't answer me. When I called, they said they'd tell their boss. But a week passed and still no boss. Then, I looked on Facebook and saw they did this to other folks, too. They need to be shut down. They messed up my Samsung fridge.

So, on December 30th, I hired Braxton movers to help me move from Richardson to Frisco, Texas, which went smooth and fine. It did take the workers a whole 12-hour day, which I paid the price of $1550. However, when they were getting my sofa set up in the living room, they accidentally banged the leg of it into my 70-inch flat screen TV. At first, I didn't notice any harm had been done since the TV wasn't plugged in yet, and the spot where it was positioned on the stand was far away from any electrical outlets and my box of electrical extension cords. Unfortunately, the next day, after plugging it in, I saw that the screen was damaged and wouldn't work.
I've attempted to contact the Braxton Movers' office many times to resolve the issue but haven't had much luck. After a few tries, someone instructed me to send them photos of the cracked screen and the TV's serial number, which I did, but I didn't get any reply acknowledgement or anything. After six days, someone finally spoke to me, but still no solution. I kept calling and sending emails every day, but it wasn't until 15 days later that I received a response. To my disappointment, the email mentioned that they would only be compensating me $50 for a TV that cost me $1500.
This is terrible news! Braxton movers claim that they're a licensed, bonded, and insured company, yet they don't appear to bother about the destruction their employees caused. Pretty unhappy about the situation and would be happy about any help resolving it. Thanks for hearing me.
