They lost or destroyed everything they touched. The did $2500 worth of damage to my home. They lost $3000 worth of items. They promised delivery on 2/17/24. They didn't deliver until 2 weeks later. They randomly showed up at my house unannounced at 8 PM on a Friday evening to drop off. 2 men stood in my home (I was alone and am a female) and demanded I give them $1400 cash or cash app them or they were going to keep my things. The original deal was they would take a credit card, not cash. So fast forward to after they have damaged my home and the items they did bring, to today 3/21/24. Some guy shows up with my TV which is completely smashed, was taken out of the box and wrapped with different bubble wrap and is completely unusable. I am still missing a $1500 adjustable bed frame, full set of silverware that has been in my family for 2 generations, appliances, Cuisinart knives, all of my pets flea meds, some camera's, video games, and a few tools. The broker has demanded they give me a full refund (he already has) but they refuse. Let's not even get into the threatening language that was used toward me by the owner Isaac, or the nasty text messages from the 2 guys who stood in my living room and demanded $1400 cash. This company needs to be shut down!

STAY AWAY FROM PRECISION MOVING AND STORAGE! They start out very communicative when trying to get your business then they turn into ghosts. The initial “virtual” estimate should have been my red flag as it was a reasonable amount for interstate moving, $10,000. We agreed on my move dates being August 18 and 19, 2023. My contract noted I needed the full kitchen packed up as well as me having two very large safes. All was added into the contract. I was told the company would stay in close contact to ensure the move went smoothly. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I wanted to speak with a live person but that didn’t happen after the initial documents were signed. The driver arrives on Friday the 18th at 1:30pm. First telling me he’s Jewish and does not work after 7pm on Fridays and he does not work on Saturday, so they will finish on the 20th. The driver is surprised about having to pack the kitchen, adds that as additional cost, even though I had already had that in the contract. Secondly, he adds extra for the two safes, which also were in the initial contract. The prices jump from $10, 000 to $22,000. I am over a barrel at this point since I need to move out. They work until 7pm. The lead driver, Ronni, is now packing a heavy wood dining table. I tell him to take the base off for moving. He refuses, says he will protect it with packing materials. THE ENTIRE BASE BROKE OFF THE TABLE DURING THE MOVE! I have insurance, but the table repair won’t hit my $1500 deductible. The driver insists on a 10% tip, which he assures me is to be split between the 6 movers. I give it to him, thinking he will further damage my belongings if I don’t tip. They say in the contract nothing is definite, but that they will keep the customer updated. AGAIN, ANOTHER LIE. They tell me the truck will arrive on Tuesday August 29. That group unloads, putting stuff wherever they want and then showing me the one damaged table and then another table is also damaged. The entire move was horrendous.

I made a movin reservashun with Precise Moving & Storage on 06/24/2022, and had to cancel the move on 06/27/2022. I sent the cancellation notice on 06/27/2022 via email also I reached out by call and updated. I was supposed to recieve my refund of 1100$ in 30 days it's been close to 60 days still I haven't recieved my money. My emails and phone calls are not bein answered and no proper response.

I received a call from a moving company representative offering to transport my belongings to Georgia at a discounted rate due to a truck cancellation. We communicated via phone and text, and I was quoted a total cost of $2188.00, with payment structured as a $668 deposit on March 1, 2022, $760.00 for pickup on March 29, 2022, and the final $760.00 due upon delivery. The representative assured me this would be the final price, with no increase after pickup. I inquired if subcontractors would be involved, and was told no. However, my move was eventually managed by two different companies, resulting in a final charge of $5117.00 instead of the expected $760.00 upon arrival in Georgia. Prior to pickup, no in-person assessment was conducted; I had only sent photos for estimation. The three companies implicated in this issue are unnamed, but include a local mover, Household Good Moving Experts from California, and Precise Moving and Storage from Alabama.

We hired Precise Moving for our move. The movers picked our stuff up at our apartment on 5/29/22 and charged us $7015.01. They estimated a week for delivery but mentioned a legal 21-day window. We received our belongings on June 12. However, we were missing our mattress and a handcrafted headboard, which were left in a warehouse. Despite promises of delivery within two days, it took over a month of unfulfilled weekly assurances. The company was often unreachable, unresponsive, and we dealt with multiple subcontractors despite being told otherwise. We've spent countless hours trying to get our mattress, sleeping on an air mattress for over a month. The order number is P7376927.

We received a quote of $6326.3 for a two-day move from Precise Moving & Storage LLC, with DOT 2439030 MC: MC-841285. The Precise Moving truck arrived around noon on 26 June. The crew began loading immediately. The foreman introduced himself as being from Precise Moving. His name appeared differently on the caller ID when he phoned earlier. He mentioned needing to reassess the inventory and adjust the price. Once they loaded some items, he claimed the cost would be 2 to 3 times the initial quote, stating that their estimates are often inaccurate. Concerned, we reviewed the moving agreement with him. He informed us that delivery could take 2 to 3 weeks, and a 'straight delivery' would incur an additional $2500. The truck was too small for our 4-bedroom house, and he said a second truck would increase the price. The final charge was $17,650 to relocate our belongings 200 miles, nearly triple the original quote. He argued we had more items than listed, although the count was only 12% higher, and the furniture number matched. We haven't received a formal bill of lading. He insisted on full payment at pickup, contradicting the half-now, half-later terms in the estimate. Initially, Precise Moving was unresponsive to our communications, but on 12 July, a manager acknowledged our concerns and advised filing a claim with CSI, their insurer, who later clarified they only cover loss or damage.
