I had got my broadband connection on 07/12/2007 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.Data.Bsnl.In/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.
I AM NOT GETTING REFUND OF MY BSNL LANDLINE HANDSET FOR LAST 7 MONTHS.
I had transferred my land ling No.[protected] from Patiala to Mohali and got new No.[protected]. First of all the wire were connected on 16/05/2011 but phone could not be worked before 31/05/2011 and after 11/06/2011 it was not working as the underground wires have been destroyed due to road repair, Whenever goes to customercare and with commercial officer at Mohali, they donot even have the tacts how to talk with the public and my broadband is not working due to non function of telephone. Why BSNL is paying heavy salary to tech. stafff who donot care for the betterment of BSNL. Today BSNL has one of the bad name in the eyes of public for the services it rendered

I AM HAVING A BSNL LAND LINE AS WELL AS BROADBAND CONNECTION OF UNLIMITED SAGE WITH Rs. 750/- PM + ACTUAL CALL CHARGES. ALMOST AFTER EVERY 10-12 DAYS OUR LINE WENT DEAD, IT TAKES ALMOST 8-10 DAYS TO REPAIRS BY BSNL. MORE OVER OUR BROAD BAND CONNECTION ALMOST ALWAYS GIVING TROUBLE. WHEN EVER WE START OUR BROADBAND IT IMMEDIATELY GOT DISCONNECTED AND AGAIN START AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES THAN AGAIN DISCONNECTED, AGAIN STARTED, THIS WILL REMAINS LIKE THIS. IF YOU SIT FOR TWO HOURS, IT IS HARDLY GIVE YOU 7-8 MINUTES SERVICE. IT IS DESPITE MANY COMPLAINTS.

i try to complain but i am not getting perfact no. for this . my local area officer is saying its genral problam cant solve .. what to do ?

I want to complaint against Mr Navneet Kumar who is sitting in sector 34 BSNL Excahnge Chandigarh for giving me an ITC Card of Rs 110 which was not already expired and not valid.When I reached BSNL sector 34 Exchange Chandigarh Mr Navneet Kumar is saying that I will not change your card when I asked him why he is saying me that I will call the police at no 100 and also saying very rude to me.Please take an action against Mr Navneet Kumar of BSNL Exchange Sector 34 Chandigarh as soon as possible for mentally harrasing and doing fraud and issuing me an invalid ITC Card of BSNL.Thanks
