I am student of Indian Institute Of Information Technology & Management Gwalior. We are using the broadband connection of BSNL named data one and according to company broadband means browsing speed should be 256kbps but from fews days we are getting the speed of 30kps even worst than this 5kbps sometimes.

HI, sir, I have taken BSNL coneection at Ghaziabd, with the cell no [protected], but the internet is not working properly, still after the repeated complaints. Error 678 is coming very frequently.after lots of repeated complain, no action has been taken on the BSNL sides

ROADBAND INTERNET FOR [protected] NOT WORKING. I have a broad band internet connection for telephone number [protected], but for last 7 days the internet has not been working and despite numerous complaints no action has been taken to repair the fault.This num is from, Ghazibad.
In B S N L broadband internet services some pages cannot be displayed like gmail, hotmail, etc. and my telephone number is [protected].
my cell no is [protected]...many times i complain about my bsnl postpad sim..about gprs service which is very slow..but customer care doesnt reply me ...i m in nagpur bsnl postpad sim...[protected]..so pls help me for a slow connection of gprs service...and network is also very less...
I have been using BSNL dialup connection for the past four months, but recently a new problem has arrived, actually when i connect the net( no: 172222), it works so fast for two to five minutes, but suddenly after that the page starts displaying "cannot find server" . When I connect again the speed sometimes shows 9kbps, 10 kbps, 16 kbps and so on... and finally after so many attempts it gets connected and shows 46.6 and so on. But to my vain the problem again starts after five minutes of browsing. I do not have idea what to do. And I have complained so many times about this problem but no solution has been done.

now me really suffering because why i prefered to BSNL broadband its was really rubbish pls try to slove out my problem internet speed its too bad
i have bsnl wll net since last 7months but now last 20days net connection is break in every 15en minuts .i call to bsnl savda last 3 times but no solutions occur .if no soulution of bsnl wll net then, stop this timepass service
I m staying umred @nagpur dist... i m not getting internet properly... evening hours for 512 KBPS of my internet speed.. i m getting only 75 KBPS... but in the morning hours some time i m getting more than 512 kbps... due to this uncertainty.. i really feel why i choose bsnl broadband.. this problem coming from the last one month.. could any one suggest why like this ... my mail id is rajumca2006@yahoo.com

First 5 and Half Months it was so good later it started problems arise suddenly signal cutoff and speed decreases and now the speed is 1mbs only i cant watch you tube and i cannot browse online anything so please i request u to take some decision . I am consumer of BSNL Internet wireless service, I want to tell that you have charged 9 re's. Extra, because my balance was 128.20 re's. At 21.17.25 (27/3/2014) then I have used service at 21.19.10 (29/3/2014 ) and I have consumed only 1.20 re's. But message is showing 119.20 current balance I want to ask how because my current balance should be 127 re's. As used 1.20 re's.
BSNL Broad Band does provide less than Half of assured Bandwidth. Example- I have opted BBG-ULD-1425 combo plan and as per plan I should get up to 512 KB/s or say 4 Mbps speed.But I always get less than or around 1 Mbps or say around 125 KB/s speed.Neither DET Rajiv Chauhan, nor JTO Sarvesh, nor SDO line R.P.Singh nor any SDO or JTO is ready to resolve my problem in Kashipur, Uttarakhand ...Many times I get around 1/10th i.e 50 KB/s speed instead of assured speed of 512KB/s
