rude employee
This employee named Melissa who works at the counter was very rude with me. She told me "This food ain't for you" because she assumed I was gonna snatch the burger (from another customer's order) off her hand. I ordered two mac n cheetos hot n spice and I know so I know exactly what I ordered. I'm offended by her tone. I've been reporting that incident to Official Burger King Page on both Facebook and Twitter and I've yet to get a response from them.
I won't rest until this whole thing is resolved.

My husband just ate a chicken cordon bleu sandwich from your Coshocton, Ohio store and has done nothing but throw up since he ate it. I also got one, took one bite and spit it out! It was the most disgusting sandwich I've ever gotten ANYWHERE! This is the third time in a week I've heard of somebody getting sick from food in that exact store. You need to shut it down for good before they kill somebody!

Today I visited a Burger King In Norwich sweet briar road 😡 I was very disappointed with the staff attitude and amount of time left waiting in drive threw waited for over 12 minutes for my order and was not even bizzie if was could understand your staff were very rude and I'm very disappointed and will not be returning when we finally got our order home with out 5. I went To Burger King in Columbus Ohio at the Easton area. I came 30 minutes before they were about to close and the drive thru person was so rude.. she kept saying they were out of things but in reality she just didn't want to make it. Then she rushed us saying "is there anything else because we are about to close". Completely rude and unprofessional.

On 12/16/17 at 4:30 pm my wife and I went into the Burger King at Hays, KS.
As soon as we entered the building we could hear arguing between a employee and a manager. The loud yelling was due to a female cook complaining loudly about how many customers there were. This complaining continued throughout our order process. Waiting for food was another customer and ourselves. The other customers said they had been yelling since he had been there.
Complaining about the number of customers continued and eventually turned into foul language with F bombs. 2 children with their grandmother was in the dining area eating. My wife spoke up about the unprofessional behavior and she was promptly yelled at.
We received our food and it was cold and missing a piece of the order. We decided to just leave. Other customers thanked my wife for speaking up.
I hope something can be done at that store to better the quality of service and food, not to mention better the quality of environment.

I always go by a self-policy that I keep in mind when it comes to fast food employees. I'm as kind as I can be to them, because I use to work in fast food myself, and I know how it feels to handle a really annoying customer. My bad experience happened last night, I ordered two whopper meals, to which the drive thru employee asked how would I like the burgers, I said without onions. I then finished my order off with a veggie burger (because I don't eat meat) and a hot Cheetos Mac N Cheese puffs.
I never went to this burger king before, so I trusted them and didn't look inside the burgers, but I did make sure all the stuff was there.
After arriving home I find that the whoppers and packed full of onions, my veggie burger is rock solid, the fries are under cooked, and the only thing satisfactory are the Cheetos. My husband told me the burgers tasted old, not to mention I was left hungry because I had to throw out my hard veggie burger, and the next morning when I woke up I had the runs. This was just terrible.

Store is nasty dirty..both bathrooms disgusting, dirty, no toilet paper...extremely rude staff..no one knew answers to questions about what comes on certain sandwiches, completely out of all sodas, tea was sour, no manager available.. fries were cold...asked for fresh fries..was told my were fresh..my whopper was made wrong..didn't come with lettuce or tomatoes, when I asked for it...I was given 3 slices of 'green' tomatoes... the restaurant was not busy..during our visit, there were 5 other individuals who all had complaints about the service/food...the drink station was nasty/ sticky-dirty...very bad choice of employees to be representing your establishment/company...I would hope this gets to corporate..I was very disgusted with my visit/experience...also upon pulling into the parking lot 3 employees where standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes...not a good impression..especially for people who are allergic to cigarette smoke

On 11/15/2017 at approximately 7:45 am I went to the Burger King on 4th and Slide road (in front of Big Lots and Charlie B's). The lady took my order and when she verified it, I told her she had forgotten the order of french toast. She okay she got it. I go up to pay after waiting a while, I pay with 4 five dollar bills and a 1 dollar bill, the order was $20.92. She said they were making fresh food and for me to pull up, I pulled up as much as I could because there was already someone else waiting on me. They brought the order out to the gentlemen in front of me after about 10 minutes, it was for the wrong person so see gave it to the car behind me. At that time, I asked her how much longer it was going to be and she said "I don't know they are pretty lost back there". I continued waiting when they finally brought my food out and it was wrong. I yelled over at the lady to let her know the order was wrong and she proceeded to walk in the store. That pissed me off so I honked my horn and there was a gentleman that was coming out of the store and he told her I was trying to get her attention, but yet she proceeded to go into the store. She finally came out and said she had gone to get the ticket to compare it to what I had. I told her that the french toast was missing and she said "I don't know what to tell you, I just bag it". With the wait, the attitude I was being given I ask her to take the food and just bring me my money back. So by this time it is 8:15 (late to work) and the lady who took my order comes out and says that she did not charge me for the French toast, I told her I was already late for work and I had no more time to waste and after all of that I was no longer hungry. I said I just need my money back and she said that because she was so busy and going so fast when she took my order that she hadn't even swiped my card so I was good to go. I informed her that I had not used my card and that I had paid with cash. She said no you did not. So on top of back customer service, the employees stabbing each in the back, the poor attitudes, and the wait time now I was being called a liar. Needless to say that I left the store with no food and no money. I guess this that the $20.92 (the amount is insignificant because thank you Jesus that this amount would not break me) is a Christmas gift to them selves. In any regard, I would appreciate someone looking into this issue for me because if they have done this to me how many other people have they done this to. When I Drove thru for my breakfast this morning I ordered a biscuit sandwich, a crois. And large coffee with creamers. When I opened my biscuit sandwich This is what my biscuit looked like! Really? How is that a sandwich? I couldn't hold it and cheese was everywhere on the wrapper. And then nothing to stir my coffee with! I know it's just a biscuit but it was my breakfast! Crazy! Terrible way to do business ☹️

I'm a very loyal customer at Burger King but 12/11 and 12/12 I had a bad experience on 12/11 the drive thru cashier wasn't very friendly and if I asked for anything she wouldn't respond to allow me to know she heard me are even say yes ma'am sure I have work in fast food restaurants and I know it can get a little overwhelming but I always make my customers feel wanted and appreciated and on 12/12 the cashier was very rude I don't push off my payment with force and attitude and I expect the same when receiving it back Thanks !

drive thru-wrong food
I went through the drive thru around 1:30pm today, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. I paid for them and the person at the window repeated what I ordered as I got my meal, I drive 4 miles back to work to find out I got an order of onion rings, went back they laugh and pulled a bag out of trash, it was my order, they got 2 new burgers and free fries. Whoopee, should have been refunded and free meal for driving 8 miles and my time.
No real apology just like it was no big deal. This is not the first time either, think you would learn. I spent more on gas and time to make a point and get the right meal than Burger King did giving me the fries that cost them .10 cents. This is poor customer service.
I think you would make there next great employee because you do not understand customer service either. If I wanted fries I would have ordered them, They could had done several different things to correct this situation, but too put fries in bag with burgers and throw it on the counter and say here ya go!. Should have said can we offer you a free fries or drink, just not make the assumption that everyone wants fries. I didn't even eat them because I don't like there fries, so they meant nothing. As far as the rest of your comments I do not even need to go there. I am very successful business owner and I understand customer retention and service. Today's service was not.

Was charged 10.18 for whoppers that are 2 for 6.00. I understand an extra charge for cheese but 4.00?
Also the lady who was at the speaker and window was very rude. Pushy. Impatient. Didn't finish our order because of her tone. I'm handicapped and cannot read menu so my driver reads menu to me and takes minute to order. It's like that everytime we go there. The order is wrong, they leave something out and we have to go back. We like the taste of the food, especially the roadhouse burgers and the farmhouse kings, but it's getting to be a hassle going there anymore.

did not enjoy my visit today. I went to the danville ky location and was pulled up due to holding on my nuggets which is fine. But the nuggets I received were cold. The worker that brought them to me was very nice which I appreciated. When I tried to do the survey with my receipt I couldn't because the survey code section was missing due to having only half of the receipt.

We got to this Burger King at 10:30. First, there were employees outside dancing and acting foolish. Two, when we got to the drive thru menu they had the automated system saying that they were closed when in actuality they weren't doing their jobs! Three, before ordering we were not greeted, one girl kept asking what kind of drink we wanted as we were still trying to explain what we wanted on our sandwich! I ordered a #2 with no tomatos or pickles with a sprite, a 10 piece nugget, medium fries, and A medium cherry float. When we got to the window we were not greeted at all and once my card was swiped we didn't receive a receipt. Another girl handed us our drinks and told us to pull up to the door but there was no one else in line which we didn't understand. Before we pulled up to the door as told, my boyfriend asked for buffalo sauce and the girl at the window turned her head while closing the window and said, " mmmhm!" We received our food five minutes after pulling up. Four, When we got home and as I was pulling out our food we were missing a medium fry I ordered and while being charged with a medium cherry float, I received a small one! My boyfriend kept trying to figure out what was wrong with his drink and as he took the top off there was a drink head in his cup. My boyfriend is now feeling sick and I want answers and solutions!

To be honest this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I pulled up at the drive through and placed my order upon driving to the window to pay I was asked to stop, still not sure why . After a few mins I was asked to pull up and I handed the cashier my coupon code and I was told that I should have mentioned it which I was not aware of. Then a manager was called where he told me that I should have mention it at the window . Then he proceeded to tell me to drive around the building and come back to the window so he can put in my order again while the other employee held on to my food, my phone and my card. Once I told him I was not doing that he then proceed to complete my order.Once I drove away not only was my order incorrect, my buns were hard as steel and my patties were burnt to a crisp. I am 35 years old and have been eating Burger King all my life and this is hands down the worst service I have ever experience. I am beyond disgusted by this and disappointed that Burger Kings Customer Service has plateaued to this level.
Did you return to the location or call them directly for a replacement or refund for the incorrect order? In regards to the coupon, it's fairly commonly known that you should mention if you have one while ordering at any food service establishment.
apple pie
I just purchased 10 items from burger king on 114th Dodge st Omaha Ne tonight, Dec 11th 2017. One being an apple pie. After getting home I opened and took a bite of the apple pie. It tasted off so I went to look for the expiration sticker that I have come a custom to seeing. Except there is no sticker. But there was resin leftover from where the sticker use to be. At this point I realized my gut was right about what I saw a few days ealier.
This is my 2nd complaint. Last Saturday Dec 9th 2017 I stopped and purchased a coke and small onion ring. While waiting for my food. I saw a female employee with long dark hair tear a sticker from a pie box. Rolled the piece of paper between her fingers and threw it away. Taking me back to a few years ago where I purchased food and an apple pie from another burger king. I opened the pie and found green mold spots on the top crust. I returned it to the store manager. She handed me another pie and asked me open it in front of her, to make sure it wasn't moldy. That was it.
These situations that, just myself in the last few days have experience is very concerning. I also work in customer service. I understand the importance of treating your customers with the truth and their well being the up most importance. Very disappointed customer.

This afternoon (Monday December 11, 2017) around 12:30ish I went to grab lunch at the Burger King located on 14902 Puritas Ave, Cleveland, OH 44135. I did not have a good experience.
Very rude staff. I had to wait long for my food and when I got the BK Fish meal #14 that I ordered it looked terrible. My sandwich had nothing on it except a fish patty. No tartar sauce or lettuce.
