Burger King fries/shake/drinks

We went to the BK in Evergreen AL and they had no fries (none, zero- not just not ready - not a single fry in the store), no shakes and a number of the soda flavors were not available. The staff was unapologetic and apathetic. Makes me think twice about going to BK again! Pretty pathetic- good thing there was a McDonalds across the street. They had hot fresh fries!

Child, unfortunately things like this happen sometimes. It is a matter of the vendor not being able to sell enough to them. I mean they cannot just wave a wand and magically have an unlimited supply appear. Think before you post.

Burger King my complaint is a service complaint...

I'm diabetic and needed to eat something quick, so I went thru the drive thru at Burger King (BK) and ordered a Whopper for me, a #6 for my son. The order was wrong at the window, so I advised the girl ringing me up of this and all was well ...so I thought! The Mgr. Angelina came to the window talking very fast and extremely rude, asking what's the problem. Before I could explain, she called me a lier and closed the window on me and then came back, handed me the bag, once again with the wrong order. As I attempted to tell her (again) what I ordered, she quickly and irately said you can have your money back. Being diabetic and needing to eat something, I wanted my food. I drove around and came inside to address the issue and she slammed my money on the counter, left and refused to service my order. Another Mgr. MIGUEL was very accommodating and gave me information needed to properly complain, as he witnessed part of this incident. Angelina was not just having a bad day, it was obvious either she's very prejudice or has a nasty disposition on a regular basis. She's representing BK! I've never lodged a formal complaint on someone however, this is not just about my experience. Based on my experienced with this Mgr., I'm sure she's like this to many others and BK needs to know who's representing them! I'll continue to pursue disciplinary actions towards this Mgr., until I know for sure that BK Senior Management has reached out to her! Sincerely, Jg.

Burger King 379 s lovekin blvd blythe, ca 92225

Went though the drive thru at Burger King and I asked for a Whopper with no cheese, I received a burger with cheese, so I went in asked for a burger with no cheese and it happened to be from the manager, then I left the premises about to get on the freeway, opened the wrapper to find a whopper with cheese once again. So I went back to the store to get my burger with cheese finally. The manager only said sorry, was not very apologetic, nor did he offer me anything like an extra fry as mine sat in the my car waiting to be eaten and was cold at this point.

Burger King racism, disrespect and horrible customer service

Today December 25 2017 Christmas day at 2:30 on location # 2531 in 955 SW 107 ave Miami fl 33174 FIU I decided to get luch from Burger King with my parents because I didn't want to eat last nights leftovers. When I was inside one of the customers service rep(that by the way she was very nice and helpful)misunderstood one of my orders. My mom, who doesn't speak English approached the couter and tried to exchange the sandwich. The manager of location who is a young african American came very unprofessional and didn't want to help my mother because of the language barrier . I approached the counter and manager told my that i had to pay extra $.80 for extra cheese. I honestly didn't like the way she talked to me but I agreed and understood. when I swiped my card, credit card machine fell because was not properly mounted. And the manager told me that if I was going to destroy her property I had to leave the restaurant . I explained her that I wasn't destroying property. I was trying to pay. I raised my voice a little bit because her attitude eas very rude. She told me that if I was going to be the grinch this Christmas I had leave the restaurant or she was going to call the police on me. I told her that it was unnecessary because I was trying to pay. She didn't hesitate and immediately grabbed her phone and dialed 911. My mother was next to me trying to understand what was going on. Surprisely the manager spoke spanish and told my mom in spanish that she didn't want to speak spanish. While we were standing she yelled at my mom and asked her to leave too. When the manager called the police. She was telling the dispatcher that I was doing distubance and was refusing to leave property making a false statement. Every thing was a lie. My mother was standing doing nothing was was very disrespected. I told the manager that I was going to report her and her response was that I could do whatever I want and that nothing was going to happen because she was the manager. So then I asked for my refund and she refused and asked me to leave again. I even asked for a bag to take my food and she asked me again to leave. I attached pictures showing the BK food tray. My parents had to leave the place holding a tray with all the food. We were kicked out like delinquents or even worst, like dogs. I waited for the police do make my statement but then I just didn't want to continue waiting because i was so disappointed and I decided to call corporate instead and report the incident. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Manager's name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. This is very sad and poor customer service and I think that is unfair to treat customers like that. I decided to escalate this in to legal action. I will be filing the paperwork to the state attorneys. I really want to change my mind and not do it but there's people who want to discriminate us for being hispanics immigrants. We all have rights to be equally treated. We must raise our voice for those who can't. I requested a meeting with the franchise owner and district manager. My name is Miguel and my phone number is [protected]

Burger King condition of place of business

visited on 12/21/2017 @06:51 pm, order #74: the floor area around the handicap table was sticky and had left over food crumps on the floor, the soda/drink area had spots of drinks, spots of sticky residue, and minor soda/drink spills, the floor was also sticky in that area, It is not the way a restaurant should be at dinner time or anytime for that matter.

Burger King I ordered (5) 2 cheeseburger

I went to the drive thru on December 24, 2017 at the following store 10928 first of the manager was very rude when he took our order. we entered the line at 5:37 never left the line for 15 mins. then I went to eat 1 of my 5 meals only to find no meat on both my burgers. my husband went back thru the drive thru and had to ask for our receipt which we never got and asked to speak to the manger only to find out it was the same guy who took our order and gave it to us. the fries were ice cold too. So I made family check their burgers we found 3 more. I will never ever go to this burger again. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service and how things were handled by the manger

Burger King the restaurant located on main street, manteca, ca

Something is wrong with the management of this restaurant. We spent 40 minutes at this location in the drive thru getting out orders. We went here on Thursday Dec 22, 2017 at about 7:40pm. We entered the drive through and spent 20 minutes getting through the line. We were told we could only place one order at the drive through so we drive through again and spent another 20 minutes. Most of the time was spent in line at the speaker. The manner in which this restaurant is being run is ineffective. Not only was the drive through too slow, but inside at the counter was too slow too. I am not sure what the problem is, short staffed, inefficiencies, inability to multitask, etc. This restaurant has been this was for some time, years in fact. We have visited other restaurants in other cities and the service has been so much faster. We saw a lot of cars leaving the line at the drive through due to the long wait. I don't know what the problem is here, but someone needs to do something about it. thanks for your time.

Burger King complain about stores here in são paulo, brazil

Hello,
I and my son used to go to Burger King stores located in the region of São Paulo state, in Brazil, where we live. I went to the Burger King stores in following cities: Bragança Paulista (1 store), Santo Andre (2 stores), São Bernardo do Campo (4 stores). I couldn't help but noticing that the customer service of all of these stores were really awful. All of these stores don't have air conditioning systems working (and here is a warm country). The smoke from the grills usually spread all over the customer area (i.e. all stores lack of a proper smoke exhaustion system). The orders take no less than 5 minutes to be served (this happens when the store is empty. When the store is crowded, it can go up to 30 minutes). For comparison, this lag is longer than any "padaria" (a traditional Brazilian bakery) that I know of, that also serve sandwiches, among other foods. Because of that, it's common to have a crowd standing in front of the delivery area of these stores, where the employees call the customers by name, without a microphone or any queue number system. I've directed these comments to all stores and also placed a complain in a site called "www.reclameaqui.com.br" but none here seems to care about it. Therefore I decided to write directly to the HQ, hoping to let your staff know what is going on with your brand here in Brazil. Thank you for your attention.

Burger King awful service!

I went to Burger King on Monday morning December 15th. which was the 3rd Monday in a row that I went and they didn't have pancakes. I was told that the truck just isn't delivering the product. I then order a French toast combo. and was a little bothered by the fact that I was asked for another .27 cent for an extra syrup, especially since I'm being inconvenienced. and when I said this to the rude cashier her reply was " look I'm not about to sit here and argue with you" and she closed the window in my face needless to say I'm pissed at this point, but I was too tired to argue or go back and forth after working a midnight shift so I left... well I get home and ready to relax and eat and discovered I had no syrup in my bag... so I re-dressed and went back. this time I went inside and i just wanted my money back at this point. so the shift manager "Desia" was so rude handing my money back she dropped my changed on the floor and walked away, and the cashier " Shannon" continued to be rude and argue with me and had the nerve to say " all I did was say, I'm not gonna argue with you, and I shut the window on you"! that when I asked for her name since no one wears name tags there and she replied " I'm not giving you my name" so I asked another gentlemen working for the manager and cashiers names to filed a complaint. ...I have been going to this location for years, but I will never go there again and the icee machine has been down for months! i can go to any other burger joint and don't have to put up with bad attitudes and pay their salaries... I TOO have worked at burger king exactly 30 years ago and I worked my way to manager too, so I know how this works...# STORE#5771THEWORST

If you worked at BK 30 years ago, it seems you have forgotten: 1. employees have NO control over deliveries and 2. when you ask for something extra, they have to charge you for it. Employees are not empowered to give away free food.

Burger King 4700 broad street philadelphia, pa whooper

The service was not acceptable. I went to this establishment to purchase dinner for my family which is normally our favorite fast food restaurant to purchase food. The wait time in the drive thru was extremely long than when we finally get to order they did not have no whoopers and this is not the first time that this have happened at this location. My family and i was truly disappointed with the service and the fact that they had nothing to compensate for what they did not have. I will never go to that location again.

I am upset my mom took me to Burger King with my cousin Bri and we were very hungry. Burger King is my favorite fast fool place. We went and really wanted Whoppers but there were none. We then wanted a 2 for $6 but they said there was an issue with it and they didn't have any burger buns and almost everything we asked for there was something wrong with it.

Burger King service

I went to the Burger King on Forsyth Rd in Macon Georgia. The associate who made the payment transaction was pleasant, however the associate at the next window who gave me my food was extremely rude. There was no greeting and she shoved the food in my car window. Customer service was horrible, not to mention I was given the WRONG order! I was so upset I just drove off. Never returning...

Burger King the reason I am complaining was because I saw a manager yell at an employee

I saw. Clary yell a t her employer when nothing was wrong ...I as the girl if she at least train and her response was no not really I asked who. Clary was she informed me that that was a general manager what kind of manager yells an employee without training properly I mean I feel like if you're going to be a manager you might want to know how to treat people and teach people cuz not everybody learns the same way this is important to the fast food industry in my opinion and I hope it will be locate in deer park

Burger King customer service

I stopped at burger king at I-95 and SR-520 at 5:45 am on 12/21/2017 to find the restaurant closed. I stop 3-4 times a week, so I know their hours. The staff inside just ignored my wife and myself, standing in front of their window with my hands in the air, as if to ask what was going on. I proceeded to the drive thru window to try to communicate with someone. Upon knocking on the window, I received a loud response; "we"re not ready!" I asked if the hours had changed and again, I was met with a loud
"we're not ready!" I called to speak with the store manager to express my displeasure about the way the employees handled the situation and suggested a refresher course on customer service, when the manager hung up on me. If this is the way Burger King relates to customers, I think I may have to find another breakfast establishment to frequent.

Burger King store closing while taking my order

Went to BK on Thursday at 11:40, on December 21, 2017. Someone took my order and when they came back to the order box, she said we are out of food and we are closing. I thought this was an April fool's joke in December but I was the fool for staying in line and let them cut the light off before telling me no more patties. She was polite but I end with no food. This is the saddest thing I have ever heard.
No more BK for a while lost a good customer.

Burger King salad made me sick

on 12 17 2017 @ 12:49 pm my husband and I went to your store located at 2329 Main St., Keokuk, Iowa 52632 store # 9933.

My husband ordered a Bacon King, md. fry and md coke. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with croutons and ranch dressing and a glass for water.. eat in. we got our food and his was fine. mine was not. I received a garden grilled chicken salad that is marked as being prepared on 12 16 207. I also received no croutons and a packet of lite balsamic dressing. I went to the counter and exchanged the dressing for the ranch and got my croutons. I started eating the salad and I absolutely ate no more then 3 bites before I told my husband that it tasted and smelled funny. at the time I just thought it was me because I had drank a cup of coffee at home before we left. I stopped eating the salad. we left and went home. during the afternoon I started feeling like I was going to throw up. by 8 pm I had developed diarrhea. I still have the remainder of the salad in it's original carton. and it has been refrigerated since Sunday. on Monday I called the store and asked to speak to the manager which wasn't available so I left my name and number and the reason I was calling. no one has returned my call. this issue needs to be addressed with the store. the salad was bad and it made me sick. my name is Louise M. Burger King customer service

I went to the Burger King in Monroe, Ohio near the Cincinnati premium mall. I went through the drive thru with my kids. First the guy won't took my order was very rude, then they made us wait 20 minutes for our food. When I checked the food one of the kids meals was wrong so I went in to tell the cashier, and she very kind and got it fix right away, but the cook or the person who was making the food, Amanda, was very rude asking why does have to make a new a cheeseburger since it was not part of my order which it was. Then she threw my daughter's cheeseburger to the cashier and said here. Then when I was walking away she told the nice cashier that I could shove it up my a.. I was not a happy customer. I understand it's the holiday season and they are busier than normal but still to treat a customer like that was not called for. The guy at the window taking orders and the food maker were both rude, but the cashier who was running the inside cash register was so nice.

Burger King employee doing drugs, outside your restaurant in laredo tx santa ursula st

hello i was going through the drive through, in laredo texas and i noticed a man in a buerger king uniform doing drugs in the and passing drugs off to another driving and parking in a burger king parking he had rubber boots on so i thing he works in the stocking, department i asked at the window and the employee sead his name is jose manuel garcia, when i finished my order i parked on the side of the restront and watched him he took out a baggi of a white sub stance and put it to his nose and took a doop breath, then passed it off to another guy in a car parked on the back of the bilding and he whent back in to work, he came back out and he put somthing in a three wheeler motor cycle then whent back in side you need to check your employees better, cokain is not a regular drug, if hes on this nasty substance he is going to hurt somone or him self you need to get ride of him i will no longer go to that store while hes employeed thair and i will tell every one what kind of employees you have need to clean up your act thank you

Burger King manager service and food poisoning

The manager at Anderson Indiana south store is so rude. I am a frequent customer there at least three times a week. He always waits on me in the mornings and not once has he said thank you. I go there because he has a great a staff and they make up the difference. I got food poisoning there three weeks ago but did not contact him because of his failure to follow through on anything including receipts. I always order the same thing every time and this time I noticed the sandwich tasted different. Sure enough a hour later I got sick and kept getting sick for two days, with no one to call... I am not asking for anything except someone that says thank you for spending your hard earned money there. Thank you for the staff he has not run off by now. Please do not take my word for this go by and see for yourself.

Burger King customer service

Date: 12/19/2017
Bad Customer Service, I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese meal. I was the only person in my vehicle. As the lady repeated my order, " She stated which one with no onion and pickle's, . I stated, I only ordered (1) whopper with cheese with no onion and pickle. She stated, Drive Through for your order.

While I waited for my order, She is telling the other ladies what she thought I said and I was sitting right their. She continue to talk about she knew what she heard in reference to my order and that I knew I said I wanted (2) burger and she was very loud with it. I just sat there and looked at her while she put almost (20) packs of Ketchup in my bag. She toss 20 packets of ketchup in my bag.

I enjoy BK, but customer service showed that day.

Burger King food without being cooked right & food on the floor

11-11-2017 i was worker in central falls burger king i seen managers taking out food off bowler without the food being made the right way cause they think the drive through its more important then their costumers health and i think if they change the managers people will be sick cause i seen employees picking bread from the floor and serving it to their own costumers and also giving the costumers old burgers that been sitting there for at lease an 1 hour more and many of the employees in that burger they're more worry about there phone then taking people orders and i think if we don't change whoever running the business i think costumers are going get pretty sick thank you!
