Burger King customer service

Walked in to the st stephen burger king around 10 pm December 2nd..4 people were there working, one just had spilled water and disappeared, the other was sweeping garbage, one was washing dishes, the other was cleaning some racking hollered you have a customer ...I waited about up to 15 minutes no one decided to wait on me...I live about an half hour drive from St Stephen

Burger King poor food

went to BK pineville, NC, ordered 2 spicey chicken sandwiches, fries and drink. waited 13 minutes for my order. Then wen to get my drink and slipped as someone had spilled something and it wasn't cleaned up. Did not get spicey chicken, was a patty with may. both sandwiches were room temp as were the fries. When i went to put my tray back, garbage cans were overflowing, so had to put my tray with wrappers on top of others like that. By the way, the floors were filthy, not a nice BK or experience. Won't be going back there. Hope this reaches the right person as this BK is closest to my work place. thanks Linda carr

Burger King breakfast sandwich s

Came for breakfast, after ordering they tell me I will have to get a croissants sandwich instead of biscuits because they ran out of biscuits ! Its 9:00 am on a Saturday morning ! Running out of biscuits ? So I get croissants the sausage was hard not a good sandwich threw part away ( pic)
Very disappointed would like a coupon for a free meal to compensate. Normally don't have this problem . also took forever for order ! Employees seem not very happy here . manager should take care of situation better .

Burger King employee

I went through your drive through in the erie pa west 26th street location and your employee was very rude. I looked at her name tag and it said Ashley. When I placed my order I told her I had a coupon. When I got to the window I showed her my coupon from my phone. In a very rude voice she said " you need to tell us at the window it's a mobile coupon". Also I ordered chicken fries for myself and for a co worker because we were on break and instead of 9 they only gave us 7 each. Needless to say I will not come back to this location.

Burger King I just watched one of your employees

I was getting breakfast this morning at your Shields location in Fort Collins, CO. And a customer, a young guy, was in line in front of me trying to get anything he could with a hand full of change but unfortunately your menu doesn't accommodate. He seemed hungry, and I felt bad. Your employee, Nick bought him an entire meal. I'm 43 years old and I have never seen a fast food employee do something like that. It's a very good face to have on your company. Even better, I think he made that kids day. I only wrote this as a complaint because I wanted to make sure someone saw this so it wouldn't go unnoticed. Have a nice day.

Burger King couldn't buy gift cards with my debit card

I didn't have enough cash to buy 9 $5.00 gift cards for my son to give as gifts and was told by the manager that I could only purchase them with cash? While she was polite it wasn't made clear especially since I only need 3 more
(I was short $15.00 in cash in addition to making a $9.00 food order.

I just it was unnecessary especially since I had ordered something and was using the same card that I would have used to purchase the other 3 gift cards.
I could see cause for concern if I was purchasing large sums, but $5.00 gift cards; it seemed a bit excessive it was very frustrating. I would welcome an explanation.

Burger King drive thru service

Your service at the drive thru is horrible 30 minutes I waited to get a small order. Is this not a fast food restaurant? I find this to be unacceptable and will not be returning to any Burger King in the near future.Fast food my [censor]!The manager said they were really busy and did not have enough staff on hand on a Friday evening at 4:30 really! Unacceptable

Burger King terrible service

Soooo I get there and first of all the employee ( her name is Berenice) was sitting in the lobby with on her phone. I wanted to use my coupons and she gave us a terrible attitude, she seemed extremely annoyed with our questions. Completely changing my mood. Maybe she was having a bad day but that still is no way to treat a customer. And then to finish she throws me bag of food. Berenice isn't a good employee. The store manager is Joaquin. 9120 gosling road.

Burger King product

I like very much your burgers but toning I went to my local burger king and the services was bad I ask for soda with no ice and I still get the ice on them but worse part it wasn't that.
My burger isn't cook .
I do understand that when the place get busy they has to rush the order but is not good given not cook food to the costumers.

Burger King the actual parking lot.

This is not about the service I had at our new Burger King, although it was quite dirty.

I am complaining about the parking lot! And lack of room! WHO designed this parking lot! I URGE YOU to visit this location and see for yourself! Don't dare park and eat inside! Or be prepared to sit there for a long time!

Vehicles going thru the drive thru have a tiny sliver of space to drive by parked cars! And when those parked cars go to leave? They can't get out! Trapped by the line of drive thru cars! We sat there for at LEAST ten minutes, until a nice person backed up enough to have us back out, into the line of cars, and THEN ANOTHER ten minutes, just to get thru the line, and finally out into enough space to go around the drive thru, to get OUT of the parking lot! It's INSANE! Whoever designed this space is stupid! There CLEARLY isn't enough room!
I'm aware that the restaurant is new, and soon the newness will wear off and not as many people will go there, (especially if it stays that dirty.) but sheesh! What a headache! "I" for one am NOT going back there! It's not worth the hassle!

Burger King bad food

On Monday, November 27th, my wife and I were returning to Titusville, PA after dropping our daughter off at college. We were hungry and decided to get off of Interstate 80 at the Mercer, PA exit and get a meal at the Burger King there at 2:36 PM. My wife ordered a Double Whopper Meal and I ordered a Double Sourdough King. In short, the meals ended up in the garbage can. The fries tasted like fish and the burgers were cold. The sauce on the sourdough consisted of a 50 cent piece glob in the middle of the burger. We eat at the Titusville, PA Burger King now and then and have never gotten a bad meal there. The merchant ID is: [protected]. T=00L I=4 C=80722. I don't know if those are pertinent or not. We were very disappointed and drove home hungry. The service was fine but the food was deplorable.

Burger King double whopper with cheese

Just picked up my burger from a Burger King here in Cincinnati on Galbraith Road.. Came home and took a shower.. Ready to eat.. open my bag to literally find a burnt burger.. I kept smelling something burned while eating my fries but never figured it was my burger.. This is HORRIBLE... First the drive thru was closed so I had to send my daughter in.. Then the fries were forgotten from my bag.. Had to wait for them to make them and put them in the bag.. My food was very disappointing..

Burger King broken equipment/broiler not working

Have loved whoppers for many years and continue getting them, however I went to my local Burger king tonight in York, Pa, only to be informed they could not serve burgers as their broiler was broken.As you are known as the BURGER king, I was sorely disappointed, 11/30/17 and exited facility, angry at the fact that a store that boast what they are famous for would not have it available. Burger King customer service

I just left your 2901 Clearacre Lane, Reno, NV 89512 location. at around 2:15pm pacific time.
I did not tell the drive thru person I was using a coupon, my mistake. When I got to the window I gave the manager the coupon and my credit card and she just charged my card without the coupon promotion. I told the younger blonde employee who was asking me to pull forward (since my order was taking long) that the coupon wasn't reflecting on my receipt. The young girl called over the manager and the manager started yelling at the girl for not ringing up the order correctly over the drive thru, which was my fault and I was trying to apologize. Then the young girl comes to the window and starts yelling/scolding me that I need to tell them before next time because this is causing an inconvenience to refund or void the transaction. The manager cannot seem to work the computer to give me a refund and is listening to the employee yell at me-does noting, then says I'm acting wrong and something else, but I was unable to hear them because the drive thru window closed. I finally told the young girl to go away and she slams the drive thru window at me.

Burger King customer service

Yesterday, November 29, 2017, my friend and I went into a Burger King on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, Maryland. While we were there the cashier was very inappropriate towards us. When we first walked in, I had walked up to the counter and he says "Well hello there beautiful." I responded hello and placed my order. He then says to me "Yes you can have that and you can have me on the side as well." I had become uncomfortable so I did a nervous laugh and said Uh no thank you. He then replies "Is that all for today, baby?" I said yes and instead of him putting my order through so I could pay, he kept the screen blank so I couldn't pay and had to stay there talking to him. He continuously kept calling me baby after everything he said and kept asking me questions and saying things that made me even more uncomfortable. He finally put my total up on the screen so I could pay. When I started walking away he called me baby again and I ignored him. When my friend went to order her food, he told her that she could take him home with her and tried touching her. Let's just say we plan on never going back to that BK ever again.

Burger King order taker

Was placing my order and got two meals . Asked for no onions, no pickles and cut in half AS ALWAYS. The rude order taker tells my boyfriend we are asking for too much . Beyond rude and unprofessional . While taking the order she was already getting smart, over talking and rushing us to get done. I asked for a copy of my receipt and the bottom is ripped off .

Burger King original chicken sandwich

Complaint: Sandwich was inedible because the bread was chewy and hard, chicken was way (way) overcooked and dark brown. Men's restroom was the worst I have ever seen at a business; grout looked like it was composed of urine, pee all over the floor, very stinky.

Will never return again to BK; lousy food, unclean restrooms.

Overpriced for poor quality food. Used to be the best chicken sandwich anywhere, now it's the worst.

Burger King whopper

I already sent a complaint to you about finding a hair in my Burger. I replied to your email and it said email is already used. Yeah it's mine. I have given you all the info I needed to. All I want is reimbursed or another sandwich. If I even want to eat there anymore. This is crazy. I've never been through so much run around in my life. If you can't help me with this I'm sure there is someone higher up than you that can help me. Thank you...

Hair was found in my double whopper at the Burger King in Irwin PA. I live about 13 miles from there and I wasn't driving back cause there would of been an argument. I visit this be at least once a week and this is the only time I've had a problem. I'm not sure if I want to ever go back there now or not. What should I do about this matter

Burger King service I received as a valued customer from fonda #37.

This morning I stopped to grab lunch before heading to work from burger king, which is located at 2319 North Federal Hwy Hollywood FL 33020; when I entered the facility the woman aggressively stated 'can I help you', I replied 'good morning' she gave me a very nasty look. After I placed my order I stated that i would like fresh fries and a medium drink (she only gave me the option of a medium or large drink) when she placed the drink on the counter I noticed it was too big so requested a smaller drink; she then handed me a smaller empty cup, I then stated could she just remake my drink. The woman rudely walked away ignoring me and answered her cellphone. She had the person on speaker phone yelling into the phone stating that she's at work; when she returned I politely asked her what was the issue with replacing my drink, she replied and said 'I'm not finna argue with you', she was upset because she had to throw away the medium drink and replace it with a small.
I work in the customer service field and I understand the pressure of the daily job. Unfortunately, her customer service skills represented your company in a poor manner. I hope this issue will be addressed as soon as possible!

Burger King terrible experience from order taker

November 30th, 2017 at 10:15 am in Absecon, NJ.

I ordered a 5 piece French toast and a value hash brown and the Order taker Dupreesha was very unprofessional! She was being very rude and had a blunt attitude when asking my order. Being a previous employee at this same store years ago I know how to execute real customer service and I am highly upset with who you guys are hiring to handle customers! The front line of your establishment is a first impression for all customers and having an employee slam the window closed after I said thank you for receiving my food is totally unacceptable! She never greeted me and when she completed taking my order she said "go head" and she never showed any courtesy! I hope disciplinary action is applied.
