We stopped at the kennebunk plaza maineduring our trip to SC and am very dissapointed. There was no one to wait on us. After a few minutes we saw 3 employees arguing about whose turn it was to take a
Break. We purposely didn't eat supper before we left home- knowing we would be stopping in kennebunk as we always do. Again- very dissapointed. Poor service to say the least -very poor management
food not received
just visited the drive-through in your store #14498 in las vegas and placed order #16.
did not get my large onion rings order. the servers got the order so fast it was just a few seconds till I got it... no wonder they make mistakes!
called the shop when I got home and found out the order is incomplete, but all they said was they'll keep my name for next time to get an order of rings...
does that sounds like a reasonable compensation for their mistake? how does that help me at all? I'm very unhappy with that store and live 2 miles from it and go there quite often.
burger king getting it wrong in avon
Ordered a Rodeo King, no Mayo, med fries and drink. Got a single bacon cheeseburger plain. Asked for my money back, haven't heard from anyone. For some reason, I just tried again today. Same order. Comes as a Rodeo this time... Only no bbq, extra mayo! Out $20 from the two meals and starving. The heck BK?!

double whooper and drinks
I ordered a double whooper with mayo, pickles and cheese a dr.pepper and fries. Double whooper with cheese all the way onion rings and a dr.pepper. I was given 2 cokes one whooper with mayo and pickles and another whooper with mayo and pickles and fries and onion rings and when I paid for my meal I wasn't given a receipt when I paid with my debit card.
"Close enough, " I'd say.

I have to complaint this. Recently a trainee. I didn't even know if i was fired. The manager just sent me home for no freakin' reasons. I still had 4 hours shift. Then, after that she didn't talk to me and didn't give me an schedule. That was a hint for me that i got fired for now reason.
BK @ Powell St. San Francisco are rude. As a newbie or a trainee. You don't know anything about how to and where to put things. And ofcourse, you'll get the orders messed up. As trainee, and as for them who works longer in that fast food chain. They should know better. The old ladies in the kitchen got me in to my nerves. Specially that one lady who thinks she knows everything and as if she's the manager or the boss. She's just making the burgers. And dare her she doesn't have the right to keep on pointing on her coworker who is also a trainee. When you asked her that "can i have this..." she'll just shut you out. She'll "shsssss" you. How rude? You asked nicely and you'll get that? If i just don't have a respect to elders i would have cussed her and punch her in the face. For the manager, you're so unprofessional. You don't give proper reason on sending out your employees and let them figured out that they're fired. You just have a problem. Please, do me a favor if you have a problem and want to fired your employees let them know. They're not a soothsayer and will just know that they're fired. So, unprofessional and i'm disappointed. I was just a trainee. i'm not perfect and ofcourse i do make mistakes. I don't want a manager and employees that are rude as them. They think i don't respect them. No, they don't respect me specially to their trainees. I read a lot of complaints about your services and how rude you're to your costumers.

I get breakfast at your Bristol, Va location on Lee Highway every morning and almost every morning I get a rude employee. The only employee that's nice is the older lady that works the drive thru window. I've been going to this location. For breakfast for several months now. If thesee girls are rude to me then I guarantee they are rudesigned to other customers as well. Please address this issue or I will stop geating breakfast at burger King and I'm sure other customers will stop as well.

cold food / refund
Store 10235 s state sandy Utah, I had visited the store on Monday they had us pull out of the drive through set on the side of the building we sat there for about five minutes waiting on our food we got home with the food it was cold I called the store back I attempted to call seven times before I got somebody to answer finally I spoke with someone on the phone he asked me what I would like for him to do to make it better I told him what can you do to make it better he said he would refund my money but to come into the store and he would have my name on an envelope with it so we came back tonight to use it and to get more food the manager there Robert did not have a clue about the transaction he tried to call the guy and to see if it was all true he made me feel like I was lying he told me do you have any idea how many people come in and try to get free food I told him yes I do work in the food industry as well he couldn't get a hold of the manager that worked on Monday I did not remember his name so it seem to be my fault because I did not remember his name he told me that's not how they usually do refunds either you come back in the same Night and get more food or they refund as I told him I'm just going off of what the manager told me he gave me two crispy chicken sandwiches which was fine but I'm still upset about my kids meal and the way he made me feel like I was lying to him especially when I showed him my phone me calling 15 minutes trying to get somebody to answer nobody answered the telephone so again I'm just passing on this message that's not the way to do business i'm quite offended and especially how he was looking at me with that little smirk so I would love to talk to somebody well you're pretty much have the whole story here my name is mark johnson you can reach me at [protected] I was there at the store like I say or Monday around 820 he would not give me the managers name that work Monday but he did tell me he is working for him tonight I would just say they need to be on the same page about how they do refunds and take care of their guests!
it has been over 25 minutes and I still haven't gotten 2 burgers
It is 11:27pm, and I have been waiting for 27 minutes and still haven't received my order. There have been 7 cars come through the drive thru and only two have received their order! Not only are they taking their time, they are making every car that is waiting, pull up so their time isn't running up! My husband and I WILL NEVER come back to this Burger King, in Thomasville, Alabama!
bad employee
There is a woman that works there not sure of the name, she treats her employees like they are just trash and not good enough for her and puts them down inFont of others which is unacceptable. Today she came in and told a man he wasn't needed anymore for the day and to go home, this man doesn't drive, so he called for a ride and sat down to wait on his grandmother to pick him up. The woman came out and told him he could not sit there because it makes them look bad and made him go outside to wait in the cold. After making him leave (before his set time to leave) she then proceeded to kick him out in the cold because "he made them look bad". This woman is apparently the daughter of the boss or owner and thinks she can treat people however she wants and get away with it. This needs to be put to an end! it is bullying and unprofessional for anyone to act or treat others in this manner.

Well, the burger king is west orange nj (pleasant valley way), their manager, idk his name but hes indian. he kicks random teenagers out from the highschool. West Orange High. He takes pictures of us and threatnes to send them to high school. he never does. That illegal. and uncomfortable. He needs to be adressed immediatly. And its an everday thing that he kicks kids out for noooo reason.

On 11/15/17 at Burger King in Live Oak Fl 129 south, several customers and myself waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line and finally gave up, parked & went inside. The cashier told us to be patient she was one of only 2 employees working in the store this morning. A young teenager in front of me holding a $1.00 bill in her hand ordered $.89 pancakes clearly advertised on the menu board. She was rudely told that the pancakes were no longer $.89 but were in fact now $2.13 . I engaged the cashier and explained that she must honor the advertised price or either change the sign to the correct price, to which she refused. I bought the kid her $2.13 pancakes. First of all, we have major traffic on the road frontage of this store in the early morning and it seems ridiculous to only have 2 employees in a fast food store serving breakfast. Secondly, advertised prices must be honored no matter what! No big deal if the ancakes ARE in fact $2.13 that's ok, but if your sign says $.89, well then sorry, you messed up & should honor that advertisement. CHANGE YOUR MENU SIGN!

My name is Reneta Elder and I visited the Burger King located on Gaines School Road, Athens, Georgia this morning between 7:05 and 7:10 this morning. I ordered the #1 meal with a coffee and three French toast sticks for my daughter. I asked for six sugars, grape jelly, two creams, ketchup, and syrup. I received 2 creams, no sugar, no jelly, no syrup, and no ketchup. In addition, I work as teacher, one mile from the Burger King. When I arrived to work, the hash browns were cold and extremely hard and the sandwich was cold. I attempted to call them, but they did not answer the phone~actually the phone did not ring, but would hang up after a few seconds. I am very disappointed in the quality of food. I was the only person waiting on food; therefore, everything should have been fresh. I want my money back today.

I am a regular customer for Burger King we order everyday for our office this time was very disappointed I ordered 3 cheese burgers and 2 whopper juniors to go . The whopper juniors pattie was really old and hard. I never had that experience with whoppers before was very unpleasant would definitely like my refund . When I called asked the staff they said it's not meat girl it's a hard burger . Very disappointed
bacon cheeseburger and fries
Upon visiting burger king in Girard ohio this evening I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and French fries. The order I received was chicken nuggets. When I explained to the drive through worker the mistake she proceeded to tell her manager. He almost threw the bag with my correct food away but he did end up understanding and gave me the correct bag. I got home fifteen minute drive away from this location and sat down to enjoy my food where I opened the burgers to check because I can't eat pickles. Thankfully there were no pickles however on each burger was only about a 1/3 peice of bacon on each burger which was highly disappointing and very frustrating. I then went to eat my fries and they were really a mix of fries and hash browns. I didn't order hash browns I ordered fries. I have had many good experiences with burgerburgerking. I usually go to the niles location but this Girard location is giving the Burger King brand a bad name. I will never revisit that location. The Burger King I'm referencing in Girard is located at 322 South State St, Girard Ohio 44420. Thank you for hearing out my complaint. I go to Burger King often and order bacon egg and cheese croissant. Last Saturday I decided to go and picked up three crossiants two potato's and orange juice. When I arrived at Home To enjoy my breakfast this is what I found. After all the years that I have been a customer of Burger King which I am now 64 this is the first meal that I have every been disappointed with.
It sounds like this is one negative isolated incident. If you still have it, bring the food along with your receipt back to the location of purchase for a replacement or refund. If you no longer have the meal, they may not be able to refund you but the pictures may help.

On 11/14/2017 @ 6:36:10 pm.. the wife and I stopped for supper... she ordered whopper scm, 1 sm fries and 1 sm drink ($6.59) and I ordered a dbl whpr lcm, 1 plain + 1 mayo +1 ex onion, + 1 ex pickle, +1+chs amer, 1 lg oring ($.60), + 1 lg drink ($8.59)... subtotal $15.78 + tax ($.95) total $16.73 on c/c... after having to wait for everyone in drive thru to get their order, we were given ours #368436... missing fries and rings... I asked where the rings and fries were... they were very courteous and did apologize... after sitting down to eat.. got up to get ketchup... none.. had to ask for it.. got it..1 (one) packet.. asked for several more and got them.. had to ask for the onion ring sauce (spicy).. got it... went back to eat and unwrapped sandwich's to enjoy dinner... sorry... the burgers were cold and had no taste or juice at all... well we were not gonna go back up to the counter anymore... we just ate the hot rings and fries... think you all need to do a reality check on serving food to public... maybe it was just bad timing or something like they cared more for the damn drive thru than in - dining folks.. very unsatisfied... very, with the quality of food handed to be eaten period... now if we were given food of this quality... wonder what others are getting.. it can not be good for your reputation or quality. store # 10309 louisville, ky... a concerned couple
coos bay bk. both of them
This problem has been going on for a long time many times when I go to either of the Coos Bay stores the charbroiler is either broken doesn't work they don't have what's on the menu the milkshake machines many times are broken I don't know how many times I Drive-In they don't have what I want or it's broken and I just drive out and I'm tired of it I will not be going to Burger King anymore. Coos Bay does not have a lot of options for fast food and your store just made it one less
soapy taste diet cola
I have been visiting Winchester/Ma store for 3 years and i love the personal. They are very kind. Products are good. However, in 11/14/17 i bought Diet Cola then i go to home. When i sip the cola i recognized that it tasted different. After couple sip i was almost vomited. Soda smells like soda for sure, but taste is soapy. Taste is like detergent or soap or some kind a chemical. I still keep this soda and receipt. I will probably send it for test some local state labs.

First of all we love Burger King. I realize every store can have the occasional problem but this is my story. After waiting literally 35 minutes for my order the chicken parm sandwich (my favorite) it had no sauce but I didn't dare complain for fear I would never see it again. As we were waiting we noticed there was only one person on the grill and he was cooking ONE, yes ONE order at a time. The young lady taking orders did not speak nor did she seem to understand English, she just kept smiling which was really starting to tick people off. I felt bad for these kids - the customers waiting were getting hostile. This is by far the worst service of any fast food restaurant we have every been to. It looked like bad training - I am sure these young people were having a really bad day too. Just thought you should know.
