Twice now I have went to my local Burger King within a week to try the Mushroom King Burger and can't because the first time the register is down (which happens pretty much weekly) and the second time the broiler is down for ten minutes. So I decide to wait to taste this deliciousness and then they let me know that there is no Swiss or mushrooms. I'm getting frustrated with my local Burger King. It's almost a running joke that you need to go to the next town over to get to a decent Burger King. Please check into this.

Day before yestarday i went to my local K.K resturant and ordered the mushroom and swiss burger with mustard when i got my sandwich i went out to my car drove away parked and started to eat, this sandwich was completely soaked from the mushroom sauce and what looked to be at least one ounce of mustard i tryed wipeing off the mustard or at least most of it, but most of it was soaked into the bun between the mustard and the mushroom sauce the bun was really wet, and it was discusting i managed to get 3 bites that were not soaked the rest was just a waste the burger cost 7.00 i do not think anyone wants their food wet at least i dont, i dont tbink i will eat there again.

For the past three weeks before writing this complaint the ice cream machine has been broken. I am very disappointed that Burger King would allow one of their restaurants machine to be down this long. My family outtings have been dampered toward the end of the night. We love for this to immediately be fixed as my family and I would like to stop making blank trips to Burger King.
employee named alberto stole my laptop after assuring me it would be safe behind the counter charging while I used the restroom!
Today, the 4th of july 2017, I had driven through the drive thru and pulled under a tree to eat and play on my laptop while I waited for a friend to meet me to go a festival. My laptop was dying, it was very hot, I needed to refill my drink and use the restroom, so I went in side. There were very few employees, one was on lunch, one was cleaning the lobby and a third behind the counter in the kitchen. He approached me and asked if he could help. He was very friendly and told me his name was chico. After explaining my needs he offered to keep my laptop in the office to safely charge while I attended my needs. I used the restroom, refilled my cup and returned to my vehicle, forgetting my laptop in the restaurant. I quickly realized and returned inside! When I returned the male employee that was cleaning asked if he could help me. I said, "yes. Is chico here?" he stated that there was no one by that name that worked there. Confused I turned around to exit and then turned around to say maybe alberto. But before I could say anything he said do you mean alberto? I said yes thinking I had not heard his name correctly. He called alberto and he came to talk to me. I asked if it would be ok to leave it plugged in a little while longer while I made a private call. I then excited the building and returned to my van to make the call. When I was finished with my call I returned inside to collect my things. I stood at the counter for what seemed like a long time before I noticed, that now cooking where alberto had been was a female. I looked into as much of the kitchen as I could see and couldn't see him. I then realized I had not misheard his name but had be given a false name. I had a feeling and went to the door to see the male employee driving away and flipping me off as he did! I panicked and my first reaction for some reason was to chase him! After unsuccessfully being able to catch up to him! I gave up. Shaken and upset, I went on to my prior made plans. I don't believe that I have the info on the computer anymore but wanted to make sure I notified burger king so that they could have it on record. Once I have found all the information on the computer I will proceed with the next steps. It was a blue hp laptop.

I have a confession to make, I only made this up because I was an ex employee and Alberto reported me for stealing from another coworker. Actually it was me that stole another coworker's laptop and Alberto reported me for it even though it was none of his business. I wrote this letter hoping that Alberto gets fired and now he is bullying me by threatening to sue me.
utterly rude and threatening male cashier
Today 7/3/17 at about 4:20 pm I drove up to the drive-in of my husband's favorite grilled hot dog place closest to our home. This the Burger King located on El Camino Real in Mt. View California. We have been going to this location for the past 3 years about thrice a week. I did my usual ordering but I couldn't understand the male voice. I asked him twice what he said & twice I couldn't understand what he said. It could be due to a malfunctioning intercom system. So I proceeded to the 1st window where I paid the familiar lady cashier (always friendly). As I was paying, I overheard the male cashier from the 2nd window telling the friendly lady cashier that he told me "esperar" . I know a little of Spanish & realized that that was what he was telling me in English -to wait. But the intercom was garbled & I couldn't hear exactly what he was saying. Hence, I proceeded to the 1st window. The drama occurred when I got to the male cashier's 2nd window. He handed me the hot dogs begrudgingly & said: "when I tell you to wait, you wait!" I was dumbfounded! I retorted that I didn't understand what he was telling me. He quickly added: "What is your name? No service for you next time!". And with that, this rude man started jotting down my plate number as I drove away.
I am completely frightened of this man. He has my car's plate number & completely left me dumbfounded with his obnoxious behavior. If Burger King doesn't straighten this rude individual, I will go to the police & report this harassing incident.

I waited 16 minutes for my order: 2 Whopper deal for 10.00, 2 Chicken for 5.00, and a Big Fish meal with an original Chicken Sandwich. Total: 27.42. Although the receipt says I was charged 6.59 each whopper, I was reading it wrong as I was told that I was given the correct price and was given the 2 for 10.00 deal, my money was taken for the receipt price. I waited 16 minutes for my food even though the inside was empty as was the Drive-thou. I was told that my food was being made fresh and was surprised to find all my food was cold. I was told they were busy and they were sorry and "bye". My daughter, who has autism, had a full blown anxiety/autism related episode and I decided we are no longer going to Burger King anymore. Soggy fish and chicken and whoppers with unmelted cheese (cheese was on only one). I remembered fast and cheap from the King means cold and a closed window in my face with all three children wondering why. The King is not friendly to children nor adults as well as foregoing taste and reputation for 27.42.

Hedgesville WV Burger King has extremely poor management and ownership which both allow staff to cuss out and harass other staff in front of packed dining room! And allows that same staff member to continue to harass employees! It's truly sad that this behavior is allowed to continually happen and this employee never be reprimanded for her behavior! Two very upset little girls. ordered two kids meals (one a chicken tenders, the other a cheeseburger meal.) noticed that no kids toy included. that was the reason we were willing to wait in line for the 30 minutes. a whopper meal and chicken sandwich meal also ordered. no condiments or straws provided. a complete disaster.
Get it your way - requested that a salad be subsituted for the fries. told there were no salads available.

no meat at a burger joint
This is the second time I have been to the burger king in hermiston oregon and waited in line at the drive through only to be told they had no meat! My wifer and I took our lunch break waited in line then when we found out that there was no meat we had to wait in line with out ordering anything just to get through the drive through. It took so long that we did not have time to go anywhere else for lunch.
*how can a burger joint not have meat (Twice)?

crispy chicken sandwich
Yesterday, I ordered a chicken value meal and I received a hard dry crispy chicken sandwich that tasted like onion rings. I was already back on I-70 so there was know way I was getting back off the highway to return it. I did contact the the store and was told that all fried food is cooked with the same grease. I mentioned my french fries didn't taste like onion rings. I have never encountered this issue before and I eat burger king quite often. Well needless to say that was a waste of 7 bucks.

The Double Whopper Jr. burger and fries and bun are not the same as in the US and probably the rest of BK products. (They suck!)
I paid Bolivianos Bs. 59.00 which are around USD8.48
However, the BK here is advertised as being brought from the US with Cargo Freights but once you (me) that are a BK loyalist, tried and taste their products, the rest of the burger business is just not a valuable meal, is garbage.
I really do not know how this Bolivian business works with BK International, but for sure, BKI has to have some sort of BK inspectors to track, check and monitor the BK foods that are sold under the BK License AND I would like to add to please check even the flavors that are so unique for BK; I mean the meat, bread, potatoes, etc, these flavors and sizes are not similar to the ones sold in the US.
Please, check their products and final products.

This is the first time I have returned to this burger king location in possibly a year if not more time now since the last complaint I filed. I was sent on behalf of my grandmother despite my not wanting to go due to the ABSOLUTELY APPALLING customer service that this location is NOTORIOUS for. 07-03-2017 I go to store #6288 and am served by a "Tiffany" via the drive through. I place an order for 2 whoppers, a plain bacon cheeseburger meal with fries and a coke, an original chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a sweet tea, and a kids cheeseburger meal with chocolate milk. Upon arriving at the window I ask if I can add on a mocha frappe.
At which point Tiffany informs me I will need to go all the way back through the drive through AGAIN to add on any items because of THEIR drive though TIMER. That is RIDICULOUS and HORRIBLE customer service. So I say forget it. I leave. Find that I am missing the chocolate milk. I turn around and go back. Leave again. This time I leave and go to run an errand whereupon I find that my order is also missing the plain bacon cheeseburger which meant I ONCE AGAIN had to return back to this location for my original paid for order! It Amazes me that for such a common sense minimum wage job this location continues to hire ignorant incompetent employees who have no customer service skills whatsoever. Had Tiffany been Less concerned with her timer than and more concerned with getting my order right the first time, then maybe I'd not be to the point of being so utterly disgusted with this company. I will make sure that NOONE I know or my family knows ever gives business to this establishment. I am to the point of filing with the local newspapers about how DISSATISFYING this customer service is ALWAYS at this location. Nothing has changed since the last time I had to file a complaint about this branch and clearly reporting issues via email does not fix this ongoing constant problem. Now maybe the newspapers and various other medias can get the message through to this franchise how LOUSY its service is.
ultimate breakfast meal
I stopped at the Burger King on Ridge Pike Norristown and ordered the Ultimate Meal. The biscuit was hard as a rock, I couldn't eat it.
They only gave me 1 butter and I had to choose between the biscuit or pancakes. I was hoping it would help the hard biscuit. They didn't ask if I wanted ketchup for the home fries. Bad meal.
I would like some type of compensation for this meal, either my money back or a coupon of substantial amount.
I hope this complaint gets notice since I got a message saying that if it wasn't long enough it wouldn't get resolved. That is horrendous. Any complaint should get noticed and resolved no matter the length.

Spent 20bucks in the drive thru got 2 large meals the bacon king and the mushroom n Swiss king and got home n had grease all over my arm from carrying the bag in, the mushroom n Swiss was so greasy it was coming out of wrapper and through the bag, then one of the fries was dumped in bottom of the bag, and ordered n paid for 2 large n both fries were mediums! And didn't give us our receipt.

I just stopped at the Grayling Michigan store three times in the last three weeks. Every time I've stopped my order has been wrong. First they forgot the french fry the first time. Second time I ordered four hamburgers with just cheese and ketchup. And received for hamburgers with everything on them. Third time I was over charged $2.35. And the girl argued with me at the window that the price was right. Went inside from drive-through and showed manager and she corrected the problem. So in my last three trips, I've had to go from the drive-through to inside to get my order right. Terrible service hope somebody can do something about this. Thanks Steve

My wife and I stop at the Burger King (store #4201), located at 5231 Brady St, Davenport, Iowa. We ordered a whopper meal, a bacon cheese whopper meal, and a whopper jr sandwich. Our ticket was time stamped 1:08pm. when we received our food, it was 1:25pm.
They had a staff of five employees, one couple waiting for their food, and one car at the drive through.
17 minutes I think is way to long to wait at a store that isn't busy. My sister is the manager of several stores in the Denver Co area, and she too thought it was to long of a wait.

We walked into the burger king in Jonesboro, la. When we walked in the lady was counting the register on the counter while the other lady was eating at the counter as well. I waited to be acknowledged and never did. The continued talking and eating. Then we asked to be waited on the two women got an attitude with us and was acting like they wanted to fight us. We love burger king but after this instance we will never visit anothet one again. This two ladies are hurting your brand and should be fired. Went to BK at 300 W. Plank Road Altoona, PA on 7/2/17 for lunch. One associate was doing paperwork on the front counter where you receive your order. He had papers scattered all over the counter. There was also approx. 10 empty plastic ice bags strewn all over the the counter. The counter was so cluttered they were not able to serve the food to you from the counter. It was handed to you over the guy doing the paperwork. This BK is so Unprofessional I will not waste my time going there again. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Extremely poor customer service.

My wife went to the Drive Thru at 9675 Bird Rd, Miami, FL 33165. On this Sunday, when we opened our food one bag the whopper with cheese Bun was wet and slimy, the Big Fish was burned and hard like they over cooked it was black and small. The onion rings not fried correctly icy. I took these back to the store explained to the manager he asked what can he do. I told him if he would eat this he just looked at me. I left it on the counter. Look at this people in Corporate, I'm 55 now I worked at BK in the Late 70's and the food that we served was always fresh. This is not the first time that this has happened to me on this store. Mc Donalds has a higher standard in quality at least in this neighborhood.
