Went through the drive thru this morning with my daughter and the cashier at the window (Lillian) was beyond rude. No greeting, snatched the card out of my hand, I said are you ok as she jumped towards me and replied ya are you?! What in the world? Maybe she thinks her roll is in fight club but professionalism is definitely lacking. Hire better. Train better. Not going back for the drama. She’s probably not how you want your company represented.
Desired outcome: Hire employees that make customers feel comfortable and wanting to return.
Missing food / no refund
I ordered $33 worth of food on their app and upon getting to the location to pick the food up was told they were out of a specific item I had ordered and I would need to replace the order there and have the online one refunded. They offered me a $10 coupon and no refund. I spent $33 and got NO food and NO refund. There is no real person you can talk to for customer service and now no way to get my money back.

Slow is bad enough. But not getting an order right? You need an Area Director in your Wixom store in Novi Michigan! My brother used to come in their 2 times a week, and now for a month every time he orders it is never right. I even called your home office, but no one even takes a phone call?
