Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit
I ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit on the app when I got there they had me waiting at drivethru for 20 min then asked me to pull up 5 min later gave me food they gave bacon egg and cheese crosaint drove all the way home to find crosaint instead of biscuit drove back told the girl they gave bav egg and cheese crosaint she said yeah I know we don't have any biscuits I said then I just want my money back and you should have told me would not have gotten would have cacelled order and got breakfast somewhere else but by the time I drove home and back to late to go anywhere else so still have not eateni was at store 07345 extremely understaffed as well when the girl gave me my money back it was incorrect she slammed the door shut got correct amount and threw the change at me slammed the door and walked away noone would give me her name host 2ato took order so and 1hr and 1/2 later and all I got was mad! First time using app wont use again! And phone numbers on receipt are wrong and noone answers corp phone?

On 11/29/23 between 930 and 1000 am I went to the BK on route 46 E in Clifton NJ
Had two croissant sandwiches and they first of all were microwaved so hot I burned my mouth. Also the cheese basically melted out of the sandwich. Was all over the wrapping paper. The bread (pale, squished looking, not what it usually looks like), sausage and egg didn't taste too good. I thought because it was so hot.
So fast forward, my stomach all day was grumbling and when I got home at 430 pm, I had the runs, bad. I did not eat anything else this day.
I had tossed bag and receipt no knowing this was gonna happen.
Desired outcome: Food Safety Audit needs to be done.

Sat at drive through for about 6 minutes with no response, I know it was close to closing. It was 11/26/2023 @ 10:45 pm could see them laughing and caring on but yet couldn't take my order. Doubt I will ever eat there again. The location was at Wabash Indiana on Cass street. Since you ask NO information about myself or any other pertinent information this will be swept under the rug! Now I know for sure I will never eat there again!
