C Spire charges $5 to activate a phone. First you have to buy the phone and then they charge you to activate the phone?!? Ridiculous! Also, to pay your phone bill on the kiosk inside the store, they charge $5 also. It's like your using a machine, no man power needed, and they charge you money to give them money!

Yes I pay you people over $200.00 dollars a month I would think my phone service would be there when I need it can not call you to tell you I have no phone service because I have no phone service for 1 hr> now my husband phone want work either so I know it is the service my husband and I are both disabled what if I had to call 911 for an emergency I could not never had this problem with cellular south never I want a credit. I want my phone service to work. asap. hey why dont u try calling me [protected]

Why aren't their more kiosk machines in other places rather than just in the store. Other mobile plans have kiosk machines in gas stations. Put one in Walmart of Kroger, everything else is in those stores. Especially when you don't open on Sundays. Sometimes the company have to make things convenient for the customer rather than the company. We love easy and convenient ways to help pay bills when most Americans chose not to have Credit Cards.
