Camping World review: Lack of response to issues

I filed a complaint about a week ago, received a phone call from corporate telling me my complaint would be addressed and I would receive a phone call within 24 hours from the local camping world to resolve the issue. I still have not received any calls and the problem is still there. This is in regards to the roof not having been coated and the leak in the hot water system.

We paid $1500 to the camping world here in Anderson CA to have the used trailer inspected and issues taken care of. We were told specifically the roof would be coated and they even told us they were keeping the trailer an extra couple of days (which they did) in order to do so. As you can see by the photo attached the roof was in fact NOT coated during that time. The other picture shows the leak.

Also we called them concerning a leak in the hot water system, they sent a tech out who told us what it was, and said he would be back to fix it. We still have not seen or heard from them even after several calls where they promised to see to it.
