I applied on their website to see if I would be eligible for immigration to Canada on the 19th of November 2023 with $5,Then I’ve been receiving a call as a follow up asking me similar questions about my work etc. And then for my credit card details for payment to access their services. I was quoted in the region of $[protected]]) Ringgits Malaysia, for express entry I was surprised how my hard earned money just vanished then I smelt a foul play, how can they initiate the approval of my money without my consent, I make several calls and emails to them but they kept convincing me that all is well but I’m really fed up, I regret to have applied.please I need a refund, I’m always available for any assistance as regards the refund process please.

These guys promise me a job and assistance in getting Canadian work permit. They charged me 3034 US dollars for whole process. After taking money they didn’t bother to reply. I had asked them to give me my money back but these guys don’t care. Initial amount 1334 US dollars, then 1700 US dollars. Date 10.16.2018. And 03.12.2018
With 2 years commitment. After 2 years I tried every way to get my hard earned money back but nothing.
Desired outcome: Money back

Canada Immigration process
It's so good to read all these comments, not because of what happened to you, but because it helps me to don't move forward with them. They called me this morning, I don't know how, but they had all my personal information and they knew that I applied for canadian visa 5 years ago. So, of course, I gave Jordan (the agent that called me) a lot of information he asked until he request my credit card information. In that moment I said "I'm so sorry, but I won't give any credit card information by phone". Automatically he changed his behavior, he said that he has another call with another client and that he needed to end the call. After that I came to the internet to search more about Canadian Visa Expert and I found all these complains. Thank of God I didn't pay them anything! Pay attention people and don't fall into their scam.
Desired outcome: Prevent other people to fall into thei scam
Canadian visa application
I applied for a visa on 7th May 2022 and got my approved visa application number V339310906 for my forthcoming trip to Canada on the 22nd June.
However when I got to the airport the visa was not applied to my passport.
I have a heart condition and was deeply upset that I might not be able to go.
The stewardess at Air Transat was very good and told me where I could email to get a visa straight away which I did under V340758410 and managed to get away.
However I cannot understand why the first confirmed application form was not processed this caused me not only stress but I had to pay again for something I already had.
Please can you explain to me why this happened.

Sally Rose

Scamming desperate and vulnerable Afghan refugees
This group is contacting many Afghan families I’m tracking who are caught up in this current crisis with the false hope that if they pay these ‘consultants’ an extraordinary fee, they may be able to find them a pathway to Canada… NONE of which these families are eligible for. And they know this. But they’ll happily attempt to charge the next family in the same situation to deliver the same bad news. The amount of money they charge to these vulnerable Afghans could feed and house them for a year. These people don’t have the money to waste. And these scammers are happy to prey on their desperation to make an easy buck. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Good day, I have been contacted yesterday by one person from Canadian Visa Expert name Shirley Brownmshe said that they found in their system my details from 2015 and she asks me if I will like to continue my application, she admitted that I have paid to them 750 dollars and she offers the full package at the price of 1160 dollars for me and for my child. She said that if I would like them to start the process immediately for me as an offer price, I have to pay 50% of the amount now, I have agreed, I paid over the phone 500 dollars American and she said that I would receive in a few minutes after, via email all the paperwork for the application process and agreement with this company. After few hours because I didn t received anything, I was worried, I tried to find on the internet any information about them and I understand that I was a victim of SCAM. I inform at 11 pm same day 31/01/2021 this lady via email and via phone no which she provided to me, that I wish to cancel what she arrange for me and request a refund and she didn t answer any words back to me. Today I called again, I sent a message text, nothing. I am so desperate, I need your help, please to have my money back. I already report as a fraud to my bank in the UK.

Canadian visa expert take 3600$ to make imgration to me and they scam
And don't reply form them
Unauthorized credit card charges
On August 19th 2020, I've submitted an application to the Canadian Visa Expert (https://www.canadianvisaexpert.com/) and paid through credit card 5 USD corresponding to my application evaluation fee (application number 159402851). The same day, I've had a miss call that was followed by a text message mentioning "the customer service department has been trying to contact you, please call us at +1-647-946-5616". I did not call back.
On Aug 25th 2020, I've received a call from a representative from the Canadian Visa Expert, his name was Mr. Nick M. Mayer (+1-705-995-3424). He introduced himself as a personal immigration assistant from Canadian visa expert and indicated that based on the information I provided in my application that I was eligible to apply for one of the Visa Skilled Based. He described the application and cross check some information with me and requested few additional details. He then provided a lot of information about the visa process which consists of 3 steps: (1) application preparation, (2) express entry stage and (3) application for PR Visa. The total cost was around 4, 750 USD. (1) 2, 250, (2) 500 (3) 2, 000.
The call lasted for 30 mins, it was very detailed and full of information. Mr. Mayer was sending me many emails at the same time asking me to check my email as this related to the information he was providing. It was very confusing to get my head around and just few minutes prior the end of our call, he asked me to confirm my credit card number, which he had already the first and last digits from the previous payment. He requested the 3 CVV which I regretfully told him as I was not focused with the numerous questions that were asked. I immediately realized that I made a mistake and that I was being scammed, however the damage was already done. I told him several times that I did not want to purchase the Step 1 yet as the sum requested was a lot and I needed to think more about it, he was uncomfortable and mentioned that he would call me back on Thu Aug 27th 2020.
Instantly after finishing the call, I sent him an email informing Canadian Visa Expert that I did not want to proceed with the payment of 2, 250 USD for step 1 of the process. Indeed, I have never asked for it and I requested to cancel any payment that could have been done, I did not get any response from them. In parallel I contacted my bank to block my credit card and to inform them about this incident, my card was blocked but the bank could not interrupt the transaction that has been initiated and I was charged 2, 250 USD = 1909, 37 EUR.
On Aug 28th 2020, I've called Canadian Visa Expert several times but my calls were never answered and I left the company a voice message. I also sent the company an email explaining all documents related to the payment and that they've charged me for a service that I have never requested, never been provided nor that I've agreed to. I've never seen any contract or sign any documents to indicate that I've agreed with this service and the debit of the payment. I sent to the Canadian Visa Expert the transaction document details from my Mastercard indicating I've been debited and requested a full refund from the company.
After several tentative contacts by emails and phone calls. On August 30th 2020, I received a call from Mr. Mayer (+1 607 203 0291) and he asked me for the reasons behind my request of refunding and saying that I have agreed to the payment and that they don't need my permission to charge me the money as I gave them the card details. I reminded him that I did not sign the "deposit permission form" they sent to me which clearly indicates that they need my signature and approval to confirm the transaction. But he said that is not required and this document is only for my information! He kept questioning me why I applied in the first place if I am not intending to continue the process. I insisted on the refund request and he said they will get back to me within 48hours.
On 31st August 2020, I received a phone call from Miss Lauren Williams - customer relation manager (+1 716 205 7087). She talked about the company experience and its legitimacy, she questioned me about the reasons for my request and then mentioned several times that they have recorded all the phone calls and according to it I have agreed to go ahead with the process. I am not sure if the company has the right to record phone calls without informing the customer and have their consent. However, I repeated the same thing as I did with Mr Mayer that I did not know, sign or agree to be charged for the service. I told her that the minute I realized that they will be charging me immediately during my first call with Mr Mayer, I mentioned to him that I don't want to pay and proceed in the process and I need time to thing and get back to him (he then said he doesn't advise me to cancel and will get back to me within 48 hours to confirm). Miss Williams was impatient, intimidating and to some extent very disrespecting as she was talking to me aggressively and start yelling and threating to end the call if I don't listen. She said she is only the messenger and that the company offers me 400 USD and full refund is not an option as she said. I rejected the offer and asked her to refer to the management.
On 1st of September 2020, I received a call from Mr Richard Belzer - customer relations manager (+1 716 205 7087). He repeated the same questions and information, but this time offered 700 USD refund. I again rejected the offer and asked Mr Belzer to go back to the recorded voice calls they keep referring and he will hear clearly that I mentioned that I am not ready to proceed and didn't know that I have to pay now. He said if you want we will do it the hard way and that they will refer to their legal department and get back to me in few weeks time and this will most probably not change anything. I told him I stand by my request as I didn't agree to this from the beginning and I will also file complaint.
Since 1st of September 2020, I did not hear from the company again. I've maintained track of all the correspondence with the company as well as the payment details and bank report.
I am seeking a full refund of the payment debited for the Step 1 of the process that I've never agreed to.
After contacting Canadian Visa Expert several times to resolve the aforementioned matter, I now take it to the Complaints Board to request support in resolving my case. I initially wanted to resolve this issue with the Canadian Visa Expert but being denied a full refund and offered less than 30% of what the company debited me I'm now escalating the case.
I realized afterwards that many people have been frauded in the same way by this business. I hope Complaint Board will be able to support me in getting a full refund for my unauthorized payment and that the matter will be dealt. I'm saddened that businesses like Canadian Visa Expert are able to exist and operate in Canada as they take advantages of people like me trying to come to Canada to have a chance to become exemplary and striving Canadian resident.
I've contacted close relatives in Canada working in a law firm and I'm ready to initiate legal action if we cannot resolve this matter conjointly.
I hope the Complaints Board team will be able to support my case. I've all relevant documents related to my case. Should you need any additional information please contact me.
Thank you for your support.
It is a month now since I filed my complaint and I got no feedback. I sent several emails to Canadian Visa Expert reminding them of my request and they didn't even care to reply!
So far, they have charged me for a service I didn't ask for and didn't receive any of the services. There is no any singed official agreement for the services they charged me for and I am quite sure that this not legal.
f there is anyone experienced such a fraud and have any advise or can link me with law firm in Canada or USA, please help me with that. I am not going to give up on this easily and going to escalate it to official legal case if this is not resolved mutually with the company.
Thanks
I filed a complaint in Ontario consumer protection services (The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services) providing them all the related documents and correspondences with the provider in dispute. After reviewing my complaint it was decided that they will support me and mediate to get into mutual resolution with the service provider. In my case, I got refunded the full debited amount by CVE. This might not be the outcome every time, so you have to keep that in mind. Note: Please note that they may be able to assist you if your dispute falls under the legislation of the Consumer Protection Act. This is their website (http://www.ontario.ca/consumerservices) where you can file complaint either online or via email. I hope this may help others to resolve their complaints.
I was charged an amount for service and in less than 24 hours I wanted to cancel the transaction and was advised I couldn't get a refund
I came across this company on the internet and proceeded to apply for immigration. I was contacted and was told I would have to pay USD3248 up front. I told them I didn't have that money. My card was eventually charged for USD812 which I agreed to (I dont know why) as partial payment. I contacted the company in less than 24hours that I did not want to go through with the application and I would like my money back. I was blatantly told in a very disrespectful manner that that money cannot be refunded. I would like for my money to be refunded in full

On the 13th and 14th February 2017, I paid 778Euros to Canadian Visa Expert, just after I filled an online assessment form for the Express entry system for immigration to Canada and I was deemed eligible by your company.
Thereafter I was asked my to go sit for English language proficiency exams, send through all my academic credentials and work documents to prove working experience - but then I enquired through a phone conversation with your employee called Alexandre how much the entire process was going to cost me - he said about 2500£ for the assessment of my documents alone. It ranf a bell in my mind and I started thinking why do I have to spend this much?
Then I went further to do research on the express entry system via the official Canadian government website, it was then that I realised that I could not make it through with out certain prerequisits such as required in the PBS system andmy chances were dependent on how high I score. This is not what Canadian Visa Expert explained to me. I quickly realised this company is just there to get money from me.
Some members of your team kept contacting to find out if I was ready to move on with the process (which i suppose was the document verification mentioned above) and to make related payment, when I tried to ask further questions, they assigned me to your employee called Morgan in the said UK office. Gave me a UK contact number which I called but no one ever answered till today.
All of the above doesnt feel right, so I will be like to claim the refund of the cash (Euros 778) taken from my bank account.
Regards

refund of $1512.00
When I tryed to apply for a canadian visa, I found on the internet a company CANADIAN VISA EXPERT. I just went thru the site wrote my cell phone number for consultation. Then, they call me in a friendly way in order to follow the next step for the process. I said that I need to discuss with my husband and I'm not going to pay, but they said me it is just for checking and I said my master card number, I asked for some time in order to think about it and I started to refuse the payment. They practically forced me to authorize them to charge that amount in my credit card. I didn' t know why I accepted.
Then I sent e-mail to their mail box in order to cancel payment.
Amount Paid: $1512.00
Total: $1512.00
then got following email
Dear Customer,
Please note that we have received your request and it was transferred to the relevant department.

I wonder why they are still been allowed to be scamming people of their money... this is a complain board and I feel its supposed to be very effective in things like things... till today the company still claims to be processing work visa n PR for people and nothing has been done to track them down...
