Dear Victims of Canadian Visa Expert, don't lose your hope. Trust me: something is being done.
My name is Eduardo Sousa, from Brazil and I also was scamed by their 'unique number: 180273203".
I am in touch with the Canadian authorities and I am making this case known to the government. You can help endorsing my case with the authorities. Please send your contact to my email below and soon I will add you in an active community that was scamed from Canadian Visa Expert, and I will demonstrate that this company does not act in good faith.
The most importantly step I got it: I finally got the right contact from the Canadian authorities and they sensitized to my case and I also managed to demonstrate their way of acting, which was evident that is not a company that act in good faith. There is plenty of evidence of this.
Soon I will give you the guideline what you should do. First of all, I need your help just compiling your case from this company.
Something needs to be done, but trust, it's being done!
All of you who read this message, please send an e-mail explaining your case in its entirety. Soon I will give guidelines of what should be done.

communication failure and reimbursement denial
Dear All,
I would like to inform you about a company that claims to be Canadian and is applying undue charges (possible fraud) to several Brazilians and others around the world.
The company is called Canadian Visa Expert who claims to be a company that provides services to assist people who want to immigrate to Canada.
We have several complaints about this company in website specific for complements, such as "Reclame Aqui" (in Brazil)and also here at Scambook website, between others website where you can find this company.
How they work:
The company collects the data saying it is necessary to register in the Canadian immigration system like address, telephone, age, date of birth, profession, salary, among others and to evaluate your profile to see if it meets Canadian Government requirements.
The supports company uses of a sales team with commitment and with huge persistence. The calls are from international numbers, hours without identification (private number) and they speak in English.
Therefore, they cause people to go through a process of convincing until they inform personal data. In fact, the ultimate goal is the victim's credit card data, which after several calls and conversations about moving to Canada, obligations and benefits that the new citizen can have, about the procedure to get the VISA, professional validation, among other issues, ask for the card number for a pre-approval and say that this is necessary to follow the next step of the company's referral. They say you can request reimbursement at any time.
What actually happens is that without your express authorization by e-mail or from any signature of any contract or terms of conditions, even with a box check (as do the serious companies that sell services on the Internet, presenting the contract before signing the service), the debt is done on the card! If you say that you did not use the service and want your money back, it is in vain.
When requesting cancellation, they argue that you have verbal confirmation, passed the billing data, that you have recorded, and that this is the international procedure for closing services on the Internet. They say that the contract was always available on the site for consultation and that this is described in one of the clauses. However, during the sales process, they do not present the document for analysis and do not even mention it!
After consulting the "Conditions and terms" on their website, poorly worded document, there are clauses in which it says: you are not entitled to compensation; that if you access their system at least once you automatically accept the contract; among other equally abusive terms.
Upon access to their system and automatic acceptance of the agreement, the alleged "seller" requests that you open your email immediately after passing the card data over the phone for pre-approval, and asks you to confirm receipt of one -mail. In the email there is a link which the seller asks you to click and ready! You access the system and signed the contract! Obviously you are not warned about this much less about the contract and its clauses that are even spoken!
Amounts that they collected from me:
The amounts charged are expressive, in my case U$1554 819.00 (R$ 6, 000 - BRL). I got dozen of cases with another victins, for instance: one from the state of Espírito Santo (in Brazil), who had the amount charged of U$819, 00 (R$3227, 00), for the same "alleged service" and had a similar approach.
I have already provided or I am providing:
- Contestation of the release of the invoice at the credit card company, held hours after what happened (05/20/18);
- Card lock for internet operations;
- Denunciation to PROCON BRAZIL;
- Complaint at ScamBook Company and Reclameaqui.com.br between others;
- Occurrence in the Civil Police in Brazil;
- Denunciation in the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen)
- Denunciation in:
1. Royal Canadian Mounted Police: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cont/comment-eng.htm
2. Canada Border Services Agency: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/security-securite/bwl-lsf-eng.html
3. Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre: http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/reportincident-signalerincident/index-eng.htm
4. I also contacted many competent authorities in Canada and Brazil as well:
[protected]@international.gc.ca; [protected]@international.gc.ca; [protected]@international.gc.ca; [protected]@international.gc.ca; [protected]@dfait-maeci.gc.ca; [protected]@dfait-maeci.gc.ca; [protected]@dfait-maeci.gc.ca; [protected]@dfait-maeci.gc.ca; [protected]@antifraudcentre.ca; [protected]@cic.gc.ca; [protected]@international.gc.ca
I hope I can help many people who are going through this huge headache!
I am determined to take this case in the last resort and have my money back.
Were you able to get your refund?... I was scammed as well. Thanks for your help
unethical behaviour from canadian visa expert
It had been almost two hours of contact in unpleasant situations with the Canadian Visa Expert Company. On several occasions I informed them that I was at the airport and the contact persisted aggressively and insistently. Even informing me that my cell phone battery was running out and with noises and sirens in the background the communication through them did not give a truce!
At the end of our conversation, my confusion about the service was completly clear and I expressed it, and yet I was surprised by the undue debt of $ 1524. The amount converted to my local currency (Brazil) is almost x4 for the 1 dollar. This amount is totally surreal to my reality and that amount would harm me financially for all year long! I certainly can not count on this service and I need my money back very urgently.
I'm going to make as well a complaint about this company to the Central bank in BRA because according to the law if I purchasing any service or item it should be documented and signed by both partners but they depend on a verbal conversation which isn't clear at all, So I can listed this company easily as an unlawful company.
Ps: I didn't use any of this service. I didn't sign anything and I already informed the company by e-mail as the same with Mastercard Company. I'll wait untill take even more actions to garantee that I'll be refunded.
Note: I registered my first complaint to this company on May 24th, and so far I didn't have any return about it.
Alexandre, me procure por email para conversarmos a respeito:

May 27th and no contact at all so far.
You are not alone. They called me up and offered me advsory to get a canadian visa. In a first moment they charged me $800. Some days after they called me up again this time to charge me more $2000! to proceed with the process. I refused and ask to the credit card cancel the payment. Now they are using brazilian companied to threat me. But I proceed according to the canadian and brazilian laws. You have the right of regreat or can be refund if the service is not fulfilled. CVE is a SCAM!
It's totally scam.
I received call from someone called lenny and she told me that she is an approved Canadian consultant and she will help me in my process, and I informed her that her voice wasn’t that much clear so I cannot hear you properly then I started to explain for her that I’m working as a cabin crew and I’m in hurry because I have flight within half an-hour so I ‘m not fully concentrating with what you are telling me, she told me that she will call me later, after two minutes she called me back from different line while I was already in my transportation to the airport and thanks to God that I have my roaster which state clearly that at this particular time I was on my way to the aircraft and the ambulances were around me made a lot of noise, So she asked me for a verified debit card or credit card as a method of payment whenever I want to apply they going to use it then she told me about the charge of 1512.00 US for VIP file, I told her sorry it’s too late I have to go to the aircraft now and we end the conversation when I came back from my flight I found out that they charged me with the amount of 1512.00 US, So I made complaint because I didn’t authorize this amount, so they I start to negotiate with me and after one week suffering from there customer service they told me the maximum possible amount to be refund is 604.00 US out of 1512.00 US.
I totally refused the above mentioned amount and I got the recorded call which indicates clearly that there representative said for me during the call before charging me that she knows that I’m in hurry because of my flight and she heard a lot of noise around me and ambulances which is a great evidence against them then if you know that the situation awareness for me wasn’t good at all how come you did the transaction?
I’m going to apply for a dispute request for the full amount tomorrow throw my bank and hopefully it will be accepted because I didn’t receive any service from them and I don’t want it even in the future after what they did, However I’m going to make as well a complaint about this company to the Central bank in the UAE because according to the law here if I purchasing any service or item it should be documented and signed by both partners but they depend on a verbal conversation which isn’t clear at all, So I can listed them easily as an unlawful company.
I wrote this complaint to put it in your consideration to help preventing more people from being deceived by this company.
I'm writing today a positive review to explain that my complaint has been resolved after two weeks of negotiation with their customer service, last Saturday I start to take an official action against their company in my country and today I received a call from their Customer Relations General Manager David Green who apologize for me for any inconvenience happened from their side and he initiate for me a full refund process, So even if it's little bit late to take this action in my situation but still it's much appreciated that they taking care of the customer complaint which indicates that it's not a scam.
from dec 2018 until now they got to much money big amount from my cc from me and now they not reply to my email or call
what I have to do with them any body help
they tried to scan me as well. I want to migrate to Canada, but for starters I know that a legit company would never ask for a down payment., specially will never ask for the firsg 4 digist of my debit card. I live in MExico, but I know of close friends who have been scam..
careful.

They have scammed money from me. I was contacted by a man called Gabrille Marsh, who said to me that it would only take $2000 to get the whole process finalized. Then a woman called me by the name of Mia Morgan and told me that the 2000 was only for the assessment. They asked for more money. We are now in the process of filing a complaint against them. Don't trust them.
They took $494 from me
This company claimed that they can deal with immigration applications to Canada. They charge $90 for assessing your application but soon they will ask you to pay $1400 to help you complete the application form and represent you before Canadian authorities. When you say you can not pay all this money they will take whatever they can from you on this occasion.
This company is not registered with the RCICC of Canada, therefore they should not offer any immigration services, this is an offense in Canada. FRAUD
Hi! Did you have any returno about it?
I have paid $10.00 to CanadianVisaExpert, 7030 Woodbine Avenue, Suite 500, Markham, Ontario L3R 6G2, Canada, through my debit card and I found it's a scam. How will I get my money back? Please inform. I have attached here the receipt of payment which I get after payment.
Payment of USD 1,146.00
When I tryed to apply for a canadian visa, I found on the internet a company CANADIAN VISA EXPERT. First I payed USD 70.00. Then, they call me in a friendly way in order to follow the next step for the process. I was on the street when I received the call of them. They told me that for the next step and some courses of preparation of french and english I needed to pay USD 1, 146.00 with my credit card. I told them my credit card number and I asked for some time in order to think about it but they said: No, we need to go ahead with this application.
When I started to refuse the payment, they change their behaviour in a rude way and delivered my call to their boss. They practically forced me to authorize them to charge that amount in my credit card. I didn' t know why I accepted. I think because I believed it was real.
This afternoon I send e-mail to their mail box in order to solve some questions I had. They never anwered anything until monday morning. That day I claimed the bad services they provide me and lack of information about the process.
Now I'm claiming the refund of my payment for USD 1, 146.00. First, with my good bank in order to recover it and second with CANADIAN VISA EXPERT.
Some of you had the same experience?
Please, is there anyone that can help me?
It's so good to read all these comments, not because of what happened to you, but because it helps me to don't move forward with them. They called me this morning, I don't know how, but they had all my personal information and they knew that I applied for canadian visa 5 years ago. So, of course, I gave Jordan (the agent that called me) a lot of information he asked until he request my credit card information. In that moment I said "I'm so sorry, but I won't give any credit card information by phone". Automatically he changed his behavior, he said that he has another call with another client and that he needed to end the call. After that I came to the internet to search more about Canadian Visa Expert and I found all these complains. Thank of God I didn't pay them anything! Pay attention people and don't fall into their scam.

Sephret, I got scamed from this company, but it was in another address. How did finish you case? I'm having some progress with many contacts that I'm moving against them.
I'm tired of them
Canadian Visa Experts calling in my mobile and explaining regarding my application to Canada which I did not apply. She asked which card I am holding. She told me that she will just check if my card is qualified. Just because I was sleeping that time I did not understand that they will take my money in my account.

These mot&%$fu%$#rs people stole my money at the beginning and kept insisting that I continue the process with them. Their interest in money more than offering good service made me suspect that they are truly a fraud.
If anyone knows a way of instituting a claim against them would be very useful.

For Endrollment fee 15$. Its only 450 nt$ but they deduct my acount 50$ which is 1, 500 nt$. In the first place they are laing to me. Now i know Scam & Fake CVE.
I'm just interested as to what all these people believe the meaning of the word scam is... let's start with the start of my call with Canadian visa experts.. first they asked questions to see if I was qualified. As I have a BA in education they said I was qualified. Then they asked me for the first 6 numbers of my card. When I asked the girl explained it was the bank identification number and I googled what this was and she was right, it's an internationally recognized thing. So I gave her the 6 number because honestly anyone with a basic education should no that you cannot steal any money with only first 6 numbers. Then when it started to get real I ask her to prove they were a real company. They guided me to the iccrc website which is the Canadian government immigration lawyers register or something and gave me all their numbers and showed me their website. I then thought why not and paid the amount of 1024$. I got emailed a receipt and they were in contact with me the whole time updating my application and letting me know the status. I don't understand why you people keep throwing the word scam around, I'm sure if you listen properly and researched you would understand what is happening. They are registered under the government, they provided a legal receipt and I received the legal service they told me I would get..
Thanks everyone for sharing this.
Today I had a call from them, fortunately I didnt give any information about my bank account, told him I am not sure about starting the process and I should talk to my husband .when I asked how I can contact you if I want to start, he said he will call me again tomorrow .
Since then I was trying to find reviews about them, and I found your comments.
Thanks a lot
We got scammed. First a guy called Gabriele Marsh called me out of the blue and told me that the whole process would take $2000 from start to finish. Then after we paid that, HE disappeared and a woman by the name of Mia Morgan called me and told me that the 2000 we paid was just for the assessment. They wanted more money and ended up scamming us out of more than $3000 in total. We tried to cancel our application and get a refund but they refused to refund our money, offering us only a $700 discount but still insisting we had to pay the full amount. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint against them.
Really they are fraudsters and fools, I filled form for Ad I saw for them on Facebook, they called me after 1 hour asking me about my details
First of all caller was speaking as he is representative of Canadian government and it was clear that they are just migration agency, second after he asked me for some personal details he told me "good, you are qualified to migrate to Canada" even without asking me about IELTS or TEF then he asked me directly for last 6 digits of my visa and persisted to take this information immediately (without knowing anything about their plans or what will they do)
I told him its not with me right now and googled about them and found your feedback in this helpful community.
he told me that they will call me again after 1 hour, but I placed their phone number in blacklist
Thanks for all your helpful feedback
