i went to your Dothan Location @2236 Ross Clark cir and I was at your drive thru 10:20am and waited until10:36am after hollering into the speaker Hello and calling into the store a black manger came and told me that there was only on associate at the counter and see is busy with customers ,I told her that I have been out here since 10:20 and waiting she told me she knew that and I need to wait finally and 10:40 placed order and receive my food 140:50 I ask for the DM # she told the other associate at the window that she don t have it and it is on my receipt I told her no it not and she went back and forth and give me [protected] I called and it was some voice mail.
I call the other Captain Ds on the cir and they were rude hung up in my face telling me she got to that store and don't know DM. I called back, and this lady tells me they do not allow to give my # and if I wanted Corporate to Google it. I did call spoke to customer service and yet to hear from someone.
Claimed loss: talk to like a dog in both location
Desired outcome: Better in your store $1000 punitive damages call from DM or Attorney

My Name is Enaugh , I came in to Enjoy Lunch before work. I was patiently waiting and I asked if the other man ahead of me , order is Ready. Drive thru Cashier walking to the front of counter Say Loud and Disrespectful to the Elderly and saying the food will be Ready when it runs threw twice before done. Rude . He doesn't know the process it should be informed at time of order. People wanted the rest of their orders,they left off the fries , and went to inspect the table cause they didn't believe the guest. I Ordered Fish and Fries with and Extra Piece of Hot Fish and they left off one piece of my regular fishl ,So I paid 9 dollars and Change and got Shorted My Regular pieces of Fish. I called the Store and Mr Derrick said he would give me one piece if I came back today. On my way to work when I come back I want the Meal I paid for.

Today, October 4, 2023, my coworker picked up our lunches at the local Captain Ds. They charged me over $20.00 for a lunch. The fish was overcooked and very dry and apparently I was unable to order a la carte and had to pay way too much for extras that I did not want. My coworker was told that the owner had told the managers that she had to make money some way so they are doing this to every one. I will never eat there again.
Desired outcome: I would like a response and a refund.

I ordered a Family Sampler Meal for 36.99, 24 extra hush puppies for 9.98, & 2 extra pieces of battered fish. My bill was $56.03 The restaurant was located in Princeton Ky, 42445 on 9/21/23 I live 15 miles from this restaurant and when I got home I was missing the 8 hush puppies, 6 pieces of chicken, & 12 fried shrimp that came with the family sampler meal. I called the restaurant and was told I can just come back and get it. I was having a special family meal for my 32nd wedding anniversary and I was very disappointed.
I couldn’t run back and get the missing food because it would have been 30 miles to and from, and the food I had already would have been very cold and rubbery.

I ordered take-out at 11:25 am on tuesday august 15th when I went to pick-up my order not only was it not ready, but had not even been started on!
When it finally was ready, extra items I asked for was just shoved in with the regular food order, and not placed in the normal small captain d's boxes!
I was made to wait for my order in 94 degree heat inside my already hot vehicle, because I was told I would only have to wait a few minutes! Lie I had to wait 20 minutes, the employee was not very pleasant and when I tried to reach the manager by phone I was placed on hold for over 4 minutes where upon the employee hung up the phone without me talking to the manager period!
I tried to call back but this time, they could not be bothered to even answer a ringing phone, I tried (7) times at over 4 minutes a try, for a total of 28 plus minutes! By this time the food I picked up was already cold! Also one of the styrefoam containers had a hole and the contents leaked out into the bag carring the food! This probably happened because of the rush to get my order out to me, to make up for not having it ready when it was supposed to be!
Desired outcome: i want my meal replaced (10 piece fish with 2 sides of french fries and 8 hush puppies) and a sincere apology, and last a promise that when someone calls they will answer!!!

My family went to your establishment on South Crater Road in Petersburg Va at 8:30p on August 13, 2023 for Sunday dinner. We were informed by your staff that the dining area was closed due to a staff member walking out. At which time we received our order and exited the restaurant. My family sat in the car to have dinner and noticed an older white gentleman enter the restaurant. We were able to see him walk away from the counter and take a seat in the dining area. His meal appeared to be prepared and delivered to the dining area where he sat and ate with no issues. At which point we as an African American family were offended and returned to express that to the staff. At which time no staff member apologized but rather stated “my bad”. If our race was an issue, this is truly unacceptable, especially within the customer service industry.
