Today i book a bike from rasheed abad nisar town.
The captain came and we started the ride..
On our way to peshawar meuseum the captain powered off his mobile due to which the ride came to an end ..
Then he told me to book a ride again and i did so ...
As the starting of ride costs 28 rupees so because of turning his mobile off made me give him double of starting rupee i.e 56...
So i want you to take serious action over this because he took double amount from me and this will account as his 2nd ride ..
So i want you to cancel his second ride and return me the money (if possible) which he took from me because of turning his mobile off...

The captain picked me up and on the way to my destination, the car stopped on PWD road twice. He switched off the air conditioning system on the plea that the car is not yet warm. I did not complain. However, when we reached the middle of the road at Islamabad highway, the car stopped and was filled with fumes. The captain got down and later asked me to get down. I pulled my bag and stood at the roadside till an empty yellow taxi cab was sighted. I hailed it and continued my journey to G-8 where I had to catch a coach for Peshawar at 2.40 p.m.. I am surprised that you allowed technically unfit vehicle to come on road.
Moreover, the captain was supposed to report the event to you.
I am sorry to say that it was my last use of your car services.
I am going to write to the authorities about this event and ask for damages from your company for endangering my life in a technically unfit vehicle with an irresponsible captain.

The captain told us he will come after drop a ride. We put wrong address to pick up, that was not far where I was maybe I minute or less. But he desided to not to come and I think he started the ride, then I got negative balance.
But he didn't want to come. So he blocked me and I got negative balance in my account, so please fix that (120) PKR

Sir i i have submitted my online application/documents for bykea after online approval/verification my online documents i received a call fand auggested for training. After training cleared online test, helmet purhcasing and bike checking confirmed through pak wheel staff. Did not verified yet. I can't take rides anymore because not approving my registration. On 12 may i have attended training after a week today is 19 May. I'm still unable to login at ADMA Android APP... why?

On 07 May 2018, at about 2330 hrs., I booked careem taxi from Amman international airport . after 05 minute, I contacted the captain and he told that police is checking and I cannot come inside the airport . I waited more than 20 minute and called again and he told that he is not able to come because of police . Then I tried for another one . after 05 minutes, I called the second captain and he also told about police and not able to come . then I waited for 10 minutes and called again . he asked me to come out of airport area . I informed him that I am having 02 suit cases and I cannot come to your location . then I was forced to take an airport taxi and reached home after 01 :00 Am in midnight . Later I found a -12 JOD fine in my careem app. I wasted more than an hour in the airport because of careem and on top of that fine also . Kindly clarify, and remove the fine amount from my app.

Call Centre tells me my wallet has 173km but wallet shows Zero and I bought a new package of 300km and my credit card is charged 549 on my credit card on 4th may which is not updated in my wallet and when I take a ride every time it charges me new fare on my credit card. I expect you to resolve this issue immediately in my account and someone senior management to call me back to confirm, else I will take it to the next level of reporting to appropriate authorities and news agencies and will make sure of damage to Careem for stealing my money and what may happen to other people. Then I call the captain and guide him about the address but he was unable to come at the location and he said on the phone I cant understand your location. Kindly hire literate persons who understands technology and work with customers easily. I was having an urgent meeting and because of your poor services I didn't reach my work at time and get insulted by my boss. Why your poor service waste my precious time when your captain dont know about the locations.

I am writing this email with a big heart it was worst experience I ever faced. Captain was very rude, his tone of voice was pathetic he did not know how to handle valued cooperate customers. I just requested him to turn on AC as it was too hot and I am going for interview but he replied me in a very bad way "abhi tu aap bethy hain saans tu ley len, " I asked him that I book a GO+ ride so AC should be on before customer enter in the car but he replied that "kiya app educated Garaney se hain aap intazar nahi kar sakte me aap ki ride cancel kar raha hn Jao meri Ghari se bahir nikal Jao" later on he asked me to go out of his car as he cancelled my ride.
You are requested to investigate and coach captain accordingly so that your company image remains on top.

it related issue. as vendor my access to captain profile on limo getting reply of failed response.
My over a dozen e-mails pointing out my disgusting condition for not getting access to limo captain profile remain unattended. Not even courtesy reply. My 2 visits to careem lahore defence office only fetched excuses promising rectification within few hours but alas... It is a common practice with lahore careem to sleep and sleep well on the complaints. Gone are the days when we used to get replies instantly. Probably noe days seem to be numbered.

I want to raise an official complaint in Careem Egypt and it's as below.First, the reason that am submitting this complain here is that am not taking my rights as a customer from careem Egypt . Yesterday I booked a trip then I called the captain who said I don't know how to reach you, he kept asking many people all over the way while he was talking to me through the phone which means that he know nothing about GPS, after he was about to reach me he asked me about the destination and I told him it's Elbostan compound 6th October and I told him that am giving him 100 le just to make sure that my visitors will reach their home without paying then he told no am not going to this place it's very far then I hanged up and I called Careem Egypt customer service to raise a complain then Ms.Kholod replied and she booked me another trip and I told her that usually in such situations which actually happed 3 times before with me Careem is paying the trip fees as a kind of apologize but she put me on hold long time and my visitors were waiting then I gave the captain 100 le and they left but still iam on hold although I told her that she has to take a quick action cause the captain came but when she was back to me she said sorry we can't do this then I asked to talk to a call center supervisor then Mr Ahmed or mohemd Aly talked to me at 8:00 PM and I told him everything but still refusing to pay the trip fees although I told him it's your company which is doing such action every time am facing this situation and it happened 3 times before after that I asked him to talk to a call center manager then he refused saying that this is not doable after that I checked my balance and I found that Captain Mina did not put the rest of the amount inside my wallet then I called careem customer service again and they put 29 LE inside my wallet and by the way Captain Mina's picture is different than the captain who came which reflects n security at all.waiting for your feedback

I have purchased package of Careem for Rs 2100 today via Debit Card against my cell number +[protected]. The amount of package was deducted from my bank account as I immediately received SMS from my bank confirming the payment to Careem. However, the package was not added in payment methods; neither in the wallet nor at booking screen. Thus, I am not able to use the package for which I have paid Rs. 2100. I also launched a complaint on Careem website, but yet no answer has been received. I am very much worried for my loss. It is first time I have purchased the package, earlier I used Careem service on cash payment only and I was happy with the service. I do not know for sure whether Careem has a customer support service at all. I am posting on this forum just in a hope to get my issue resolved.
