booking cancellation
if app is touched by error, it's starts the booking and there is no button for cancellation. Then Careem charges and shows negative balance. The app has to have cancellation button in case an error due any reason. Unless customer press "chalk" button the booking should not be considered complete. Uber has better system and does not burden the customer. I have decided to remove Careem app from my phone to avoid unnecessary hassle. I have used Careem services in past so also Uber. My experience with Uber is more positive.

This is to bring into your kind notice that, i am a regular user of your cream network you can check my travel history and record.
I want to complain about one of your captain, his details are as follows,

The person is totally a fraud, He is actually using your CREAM platform to target the customers who ride with him. His way of working is slow but effective that a person like me fell into his trap, for which i am not blaming you, but the purpose of this e - mail is to prohibit other CREAM customers who can fell into his trap, soon i will be filing an FIR against him.
Let me tell you his way of work,
First he asks about the customer whereabouts and then he tells them that he is in contact with some banks from where he can get them cars on cheaper price and they also can invest in terms of cars in cream and he can lead the business on there behalf, customers gets into trap for an additional income. Then after few days he calls the customer to a designated Bank ware house and shows the customers different cars and tell them about the prices of the cars. when a customer selects a car. He asks for 50% payment for processing the application. According to him some of the warehouse persons and some internal officers of some banks are with him in this fraud. After that he do not delivers the car and makes excuses.
NOTE:
Sir this mail is only for your and my record purpose only and will serve an evidence when i will file an FIR against him, without any obligation against the company, however if the company wants ti help me in this regards against him will be up to the management's desecrate.
I have his ID card, Statement on stamp paper, SMS, and whats-app messages to prove my stance.
The Only favor which i would like to have as your loyal customer is to cancel his ID and remove him form your panel as he is spoiling your reputation.
incorrect cancellation charges
Today I booked a ride with Careem Captain ([protected]) at Honda Qauideen Karachi. The Captain did not move for about 5 minutes. Once I called, he said he will take 15-20 minutes more and better i should cancel the ride. Accordingly I had to cancel the ride.
I booked again the ride and a very nice careem captain Mr Syed Kamran ([protected])reached within five minutes.
Once paying I was told to pay extra Rs 250 as cancellation of previous ride.
This is unfair as ride had to be cancelled due to Captain not willing to come.
Please refund/credit the undue cancellation charges

But unfortunately yesterday night 6 march 2018, i was in sialkot and deperately needed a ride. I booked a ride and i called captain to pick me he was just 1mint away.
He said im coming sir, i said ok im waiting at daewoo station sialkot.When i got notification that your careem captain has arrived at the very next moment captain said sorry sir i cant pick you becz i have to go home and asked me to cancel the ride and take another one and broke the contact with me on phone. I cancelled the ride but i got penality of 140+ rupees i had no choice but to cancel and took another one.
Please register my complaint and ask captains dont take rides if you cant. And if so cancel by yourself.i place the number of captian please ask him about this mistake he took.

a driver on the road tried to run me off the road
Driving down SZR, I indicated and changed lanes in front of the Careem, in no way did I cut him off. He tailgated me and then changed lanes extremely close to my car, so much I had to swerve. This is unacceptable, on a freeway at 110k an hour! He could have caused a huge accident. Car plate 30729, black Lexus. I feel the need to report this as I use careem a lot for my children and hope they don't get driven around in such a manner.

On 18 feb 2018 around 8:15 pm I arrived [malir saudabad near at hafiz sweets] at home by careem and I lost my mobile on front seat. I do not have any sim in that mobile just use for whatsapp and other social apps that's why I could not find my mobile but still my mobile is in use by someone and my whatsapp last seen that I checked from my friend's mobile is 11 pm. This is the main reason that the driver have got mobile. Then I called driver but the driver refuses to accept that there is any mobile. captain choose too much long route just for money
Tonight i booked a ride from baldia to bahadurabad at 9.10 pm captain name khalid mehmood suzuki car was suzuki go cultus AQX-382..he took too much long route without any reason ride initial time 60 minutes but it took 82 minutes so he waste my time and money...i have some snapshot as evidence and can give you if you need... solve my complaint. I have registered my car 15 days ago and provide them every single document which is required for a captain, but still waiting for the activation code, I visited PIA road branch four time but customer service is really poor, they always took all details on paper and give 24 hours to wait for activation code. I am very pissed from this service, is there any one who is responsible for these issues or where we can make our complaints.

I am regular customer of cream service i am happy about this service but unfortunately i am very disparate about this service because of that 30th January 2018 i use cream bike service the captain come my pick up location and drop me in my destination location and chaege Rs. 58 i pay Rs. 58 but few hours ago i check my cream app this service add my account 510 negative balance i am very disappointed this service

It is hereby intimated that I booked Careem on 29th Dec, 2018 Time: 9 pm to travel from DHA Phase VI street 7 with confirmed Drop off to Mayo Hospital Lahore.The Driver Muhammad Adnan (Car No: LEA-5663 Suzuki Wagon R GO) arrived on time ; however throughout the ride from DHA he didn't indicate that he was oblivious about the Destination's Directions. He headed on Ring Road towards Kasur, when I asked whether he was unaware of the directions he said, it was his friend's car and asked me to provide him Map from my cell phone as accordimg to him his map wasn't working.I handed him my phone with the map, but he still headed towards the wrong direction.I then insisted that he either drop us to a safe location or take us back to the pick up point.But he felt offended and told to either get out of the car in the middle of Ring Road .I therefore called my father on phone to explain the address to him.My father explained him the address and told him he would complaint against him if didnt drop us at the correct loaction.At that instant, the driver in order to prove himself right called someone from Careem office and instead complained about me that I am being rude and misbehaving with the driver.He tried to intimidate me despite his own mistake. I argued that he should atleast drop us at a safe place.Throughout the ride he kept misbehaving and telling that he is not my servant, and also dropped us at Gacchumata bus stop.
The driver's behaviour was extremely unethical and the company should take stern actions so that nobody has to face the same situation as me.

I'm trying to buy the 100km package but there seems to be some kind of a problem and I cant buy the package. I use careem to travel to my school and since the customer care isn't responding to my calls I'm facing a lot of problem in travelling.
everyday I have to spend extra amount to reach to my school and this is getting very expensive for me.
I was recommended careem by my uncle and he is also facing the same issue.
please help me out with this.

Please note on Sunday 14/1/2018 morning I requested Careem for a ride to go to my work in Heliopolis and and my little daughter to the nursery.
one of your captains accepted the request and the map shows that he is 6 minutes away. I received a message that the captain has arrived.
I called the captain by phone but he was in another far place, I tolled him my address again 19 Abdel Aziz Essa st behind EL Manhal School, he was very un polite is his response telling me I am standing in the destination, I clarified to him how to reach me .I kept waiting with my little daughter in this cold weather The map shows that he is going even far from the place I called him again clarifying my place and he tolled me that he is coming. I continue waiting in this cold weather and then I found that he cancelled the order after waiting in the street for about 1/2 an hour. I called him again and he cancelled the call .this caused me to be late for my work
the same day after 5: 30 Pm I opened Careem application to request a drive to home . I found a message that there are charges on my account.
I called this captain by phone, when he noticed me he was very angry he refused to give me his name and he shut he phone
