captain najaf complaint in karachi careem ride
i booked a careem (go) service with captain najaf and he was playing with us with the ride booking as he confirms the ride at 8 minutes and after that he was not mvung his car from his current location as he was knos though we are in hurry, and he was waiting to cencil ride feom our side we was calling him again and again but only two time he received the call and said he is stuck in bad traffic then i told him ok no problem i am waiting for then he start moving his car and within two minutes the app was swowing ( your captain is there) and we was on the main door of the hospital which have only 1 working door he was not there and then we start alling him but he didn't answering the phone we start searching him but we didn't found him, i m attaching the pictures as well for his created seen,
as we was in the hospital this is a very very bad experience with your company you should have to fire him or has to give him a big panality for his bad attitude so he be aware for life time to do that type of miss behaviour with anyone,
suggestion: fire him immidiatly or asighn him with me for hole 2 days so he has to know the punishment nfrom company side .

careem partner portal complaint (sos)
Dear Team,
I have been facing an issue that I am unable to call the helpline from my captain number [protected] since 5th July'18, but my issue is still not resolved; moreover I can not even access my incentive portal to be updated on my daily chores. I have called several times from different numbers to get the issue resolved and everytime I get a new response. I even requested for a call back from the available supervisor last night and was committed the same within 3 hrs maximum but never received any call back till now. Please also note that I have reinstalled the application as well as logged in from another handset but the issue is still there. Now I'm really annoyed with the services being provided by the management and am extremely disappointed with the same. It is also requested to kindly do read the responses given to me in documentation in the attached snapshots.

driver recklessness
I requested careem to pick me on 7 July from my location but the driver was not coming towards my location and continuously going opposite from that location. I wait him till half an hour and that day was my anniversary day and I had to go for party but due to this unprofessional behaviour of driver my party ruined.
even I called him thrice but he didn't pick my calls.

I have booked a ride 2 days 02- July -2018 at 17.40, I called the driver to confirm my pickup point then he asked me about my destination.
Then he didn't come and i called him again he said the trip was cancelled and this wasn't true, and after one our he cancelled the trip
I tried to call customer service but i get an answer machine message that i can call customer service during the ride only
i can't make a complain from the application for this ride because it's not recorded in my history in my app as it was cancelled by the driver.

Sir I have a complaint of Captain Ahmad Sher, +[protected]. Suzuki Alto, White, LEA-2851. I asked him to turn on the AC but he never listened to me. He took the fare of AC car in which peak factor was 1.1x, but he never turned the AC on. This is a misbehaviour and act of irritating the customer. If u never took action, I and my other family circle and friends will shift to UBER network. We will spread this misbehaviour of Careem drivers on Social media also.

delayed and the captain cancelled
I booked Careem and got Mr. Anton Fernando as the captain with Silver Kia Cerato of plate number 705835. I have waited for him for 10 mins, i called him several times but He is not picking up my calls, and i have a meeting to catch to! so i asked my husband to book Uber for me, after few minutes he called with a Dubai number! what the heck? Dubai number and then when i picked up the call it is Mr. Anton, however of course my husband already booked the Uber, i asked him why he is not picking up my calls? I was late in the meeting, from 8am to 8:30? 30 minutes because of Careem drivers!
Anyway, this is not my fault! it is your services fault, and now i have a QR10 outstanding balance? it is unacceptable. It is really unacceptable.
Kindly train your drivers and not enough a driving license alone. Professionalism is the most important!

I booked a ride for my grandparents. It was almost 12 at night, and the driver took an extremely long route which took almost an hour to reach the dropoff location. When the driver dropped them off at the dropoff location, the fare shown was rs 377. But the driver asked for 600 rs. My grandparents didn't really know how careem works so they gave him. A few minutes later they called and told me that he has charged way too much so I decided to call him and ask. Now I have called the captain several times but he didnt pick up the call and it seems he has blocked me now. Help me with this, or atleast deal with these kind of captains.

Regarding your email about the incident you have found in the records of my police check, The accident happened under a very tough circumstances where I was driving on the high way not exceeding my speed and the child was crossing the road on his own ! That's why there was nothing on me when I went to court - as it is forbidden for adults to cross the high way so the mistake was the lack of attention of the parents not me following the average driving speed at this road !
I would like to explain this is not considered a behavior, since many years I am driving and this's the only incident in my history
That doesn't mean that the incident had not effected me on the personal level at the end of the day I have kids at the same age of the child which made me stop driving for 2 years, But honestly driving is my only source of money, I joined Careem to be able to resolve my financial situation, Please revisit the decision having my explanation in concern.

Today we ride on a careem we travel for 1 km and it made fare of rs 266.. though it was a peak factor but 279rs for 1km is to much Driver name was syed Turab and the car model was Go white Suzuki wagonr GO. How this much fare can be possible for only 1km please let me know the reason and i want my money back beacuse this is to much fare much if this issue will not resolve i am not gonna use careem next time

balance amount in my wallet
During ride ([432658145] Receipt for trip on Jun 4, 22:54 (GMT+0500) PAK), I had to take my daughter to doctor. I paid Rs.1000 to Captain and asked him to place rest in my wallet. Before start of this tour, I had Rs.29 in my wallet. The fare for this ride was Rs. 321. Now, the balance amount in my wallet should be Rs. 708. However, the software is showing that I have negative amount Rs.-192. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

I am getting message of package expiry while booking the ride which is beyond comprehension. I have been using careem package since last 6-7 months. As per the guideline available at your site at that time, the validity of package was 365 days. Even today, your site is showing 365 days of package expiry time. The screenshot of your site taken today i.e. 29/05/2018 is attached here for reference.
Moreover, if there is any change in policy that should be properly brought into the notice of the customer utilizing the service through sms or email, well before applying the new rules. In the absence of any intimation from company's side it is understood that the things are going on with the existing terms and conditions. Moreover, the guidelines available at the site should also be updated some time before applying the new policy.
I purchased my package keeping in view my utilization. As the package was bought keeping in view 365 days of expiry time, therefore the same can not be utilized in 5 days now. It is shocking and heart wrecking for me as a careem customer to see you people changing the policy suddenly which is highly unacceptable and unjustified. Things were going very smoothly with careem but after seeing this expiry message all the previous taste has vanished. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and resolve it keeping in view all facts and actual circumstances and extend the validity of package for at least further 6 months.

captain driving car ruthlessly
Three days back (26 May 2018) I was driving my car near khana pul, one of your captain hit my car from the back. The traffic was jam at that time but the captain was driving the car so ruthlessly that he was unable to control his car. I believe that he was not in his senses or even he does not know how to drive a car. I took his CNIC and Driving License from him because he can be fatal if he is allowed to drive the car any more. I used first time Careem with bad experience.
I travelled a very short distance to Al Qouz, they charged 34 AED just like that. The captain offered me discount coupons and that can't be redeemed on that trip. Just to maolintain Loyalty. It's damn expensive compare to RTA TAXI. And, moreover I have to wait > 30 minutes and I have to walk down a lot to reach to the car despite I bookex thru an APP.
Not recommended to opt for careem.

I booked a trip yesterday then after I called the driver to know where he is cause the application said he arrived he was so near but he canceled the ride after the call I don't know why till know so I hope the 13 egp to cancel on me cause I really didn't know what I do wrong I was waiting him on the road for 10 minutes then he is the one canceling the ride and charging me it is not fare.
I don't know if it is new option that you allow your drivers to cancel the ride without even knowing if there already have an issue with the clients or not but it is the first time to do that with me I was defending your company although all people was convincing me that uber is much better but this new update that allow cancelling the ride and charging the clients fees is so stupid from you company you know very well that the locations are not accurate 100% and the clients are calling the drivers to make them know the accurate location so if all the drivers will take the ride then wait wherever they want then cancelling it without even telling the clients it is so rude and not professional and it can't go with the egyptians especially
your ho staff and backend support
Hi- First of all I think it is useless but still giving it a last try. I have recently joined ur team as captain/vendor and stopped driving in 3rd week due to a bonus adjustment complaint. I visited ur HO thrice and made numerous complaints at backend support. After long journey finally ur HO representative told me previous week that it is a known issue and adjustment will be posted with this cycle but still not posted. Your HO staff/manager has no will to help and their attitude towards customers is so arrogant and terrible. They may be think that we are their servants. The staff asked me to complaint wherever I would like since they know these complaints can't do much about them. Your backend staff is simply incompetent they don't even bother to read the complaint and close it every time without a solution. Lastly this all made me shift to your competitor. I owe nothing to careem please post the required adjustment and shut down my account. I will now sue you guys in court since to me if you are doing this to me having 17 years of customer service experience than what will you be doing with illeterate people. You wasted my 3 days when I visited your office and mentally disturbed me alot. Thanks anyways, these services will definitely give you a dent after inclusion of few more companies in longer term
