unethical behavior by captain
Last night i arrived at lahore airport and booked a careem ride to move to home. after around 6 minutes, he confirmed that he has arrived. when i called him, he said that he is entering the airport and i should wait in row 10 to be picked up. after waiting ten minutes, i called him again and asked the status. i also told him that i have moved closer to entrance. he again said that he is just entering the gate and shall reach shortly. again after waiting around 10 minutes, i called him and pushed to tell me the true status. he said that i better cancel the booking. after 1 minutes, i got the message that please book a new ride and i was charged around PKR 255 which was totally unethical and undue. these should be reversed to my account and the captain should be counselled about dealing with customers. My Captain was bound with me in legal contract of one month notice period, he left my car and registered with taking NOC from me.
I therefore like to inquire the standards of CAREEM which you people claim?
Its un-lawful as per law of PAKISTAN Government ( Agreement is signed on stamp paper)
I would like to give 5 working days to Careem to respond me back and block my captain on other cars. If i will get response within 5 days i will suit a case against careem.

i registered my self with careem as a captain on 22 Nov 2017 and received a message to attend training session on 03 Dec 2017 at 12:00 pm. i received few other messages also on different days about the training. today on 03 Dec i left my home at 11 am and reached your OC-5 Near University of Karachi before 12 am as requested by message from Careem.
Sunday is only off day for me, my 07 Month kid was suffering from high fever and i had a lot of work to do today, i put all those things on a side and reached their on time, i was thinking that Careem is an International Company and they will be very committed to their words and will be very punctual also but i am too much disappointed because there was nothing like this. i waited at your OC-5 till 1:30 pm and then went to your OC-4 at Gulshan-e-Iqbal which was also closed till 2:15 pm. once again i came to your OC-5 and waited there till 3:00 pm but it was still closed, once again i went to your OC-4 and waited there t ill 3:25 pm but no one came to open it.
this was my first experience with Careem which was a bad experience and was a total waste of time.
i want to ask that who is responsible for all this? i lost my money and specially my precious time today and got nothing. if Careem was not going to open their Offices then why they invited me and lot of other people?

Sir I traveled a few days ago by using your service.I was using careem first time and I had no idea about how to use and about its rules..I try to hire a captain and call him tell my exact location but he said I'm far away from you so cancel your ride as I said I don't know about the rules(fine) so I cancel the ride and try to hire another one and I called him he said I got stuck in traffic so I can't pick you it will take an hour or more so cancel your ride so as he said I cancelled my ride and try to hire another one captain he picked me and dropped me. the charges were 300 and he charged 660 due to fine I was not aware from the rules so he said please pay the whole amount and complain the company about this.So I'm doing the same...My experience with your services was not good.I only want that kindly refund that fine which was charged by me

Respected sir i booked my car at 4:51 the captain arrived and on way to my destination suddenly his phone got powered off as i had promo code been applied so it not worked and he charged me 160 and his behavior was also not good i dont think so i had an advantage of promo code and I'm not satisfied please look into this matter at your earliest.That ride is not even coming in my Careem history.

I m a captain in islamabad. My vehicle is registered on go. Only 4 passengers can sit in my 2017 new shape cultus. Passengers insists to carry heavy weight luggages with them n some passengers want to travel 5 to 6 guys. I travelled with this captain on the date mentioned above from Fateh Jang Road Tarnol, Islamabad to Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, During this time my mobile switched off due to low battery. When the ride end captain asked me the charges are Rs 893 as it is a peak time. I could not check the charges on my mobile and I was in hurry because of doctor appointment I gave him Rs 1000 and asked him that remaining rupees add in my account. After that when I switched On the mobile text came on my mobile charges were Rs 317 and added from the captain were Rs 350.

Being a very frequent user of Careem, I'm typing this complaint that I have regarding my last booking of Careem Tezz. I booked it around 1 'O clock. And that auto guy was exactly 13 minutes away. But the captain wasn't moving from his point. I messaged and then called him but he wasn't even picking it up. No response from his side. After that finally when he picked up my call, he bombarded me with excuses of being too far away PLUS he eas complaining about the rushy area he was at that moment in. So he refused to come. Finally I had to cancel my ride in order to request a new one. Due to that sick careem captain, my account got a negative credit of 50 rupees which is absolutely NOT my fault! I'm a daily user of Careem, so i request the authority to discard these charges as it was totally the fault of that captain.

Am your captain since atleast 1.5 years in isb truth is this customer should not support captain in these days bcz y can know abouts striķes only fuel expensis double plz uber rate is high against careem so plz careem go rate 11 per km and guarateee should be. Easy to acheived your captain is your name your captains are very disheart bcz no bonouses acheiving weekly cycle plz change it to 15 days so people can work more better than these days

Your captain (arslan talib) has rude behavior. Today when I want to book careem this man was eating breakfast. The problem is when you (arslan talib) are eating breakfast why you accept my request?
After that when I call him and asked him why are you not moving (after 5 minute accept request) then he started shouting that it is not my fault its your fault I am eating breakfast I will come 10 to 15 minutes late. When I tell him to cancel then he refused to cancel.in the mean while I was charged with 150 (PKR) due to waiting careem. Please take appropriate actions and give me back 150 (PKR) waiting charges. I will thankful for you if you respond my email.

I am a vendor of Careem. and first time i took a ride on careem on dated 15/11/2017 (Blue Mira) from Sachal Goth to Munawwar Chawrangi and returned from there to Sachal Goth, Driver's Contact Number was [protected].

careem captain and customer centre
Careem is just a business center they never consider and lfollow up customer's problem or complaint.
I faced many times problem few days back I booked careem and he accepted my ride when I called captain to ask where he has reached he asked me first mam where you have to go I told him gulshan e Iqbal to Quaidabad, he refused and cancelled ride himself and I booked again I did three times all captains cancelled by their sides and I get negative balance in my accounts.after all this I called to customers help center I informed them about that and I called them many times not once but I didn't get any response still I have negative balance in my account.
