I am complaining about the products i've been receiving.
I ordered a three piece chicken tender which were freezer burned, and the portions were the size of chicken nuggets, my fired zucchinis were the same way only on the inside was mushy slimy bread. This is about the third or fourth time this type of quality was served to me from this location. I go to this location because I have no other choices around me. Just because there is no competition in the area should not mean that you should not give a damn about the quality of your foods.

Employee Aracely B was playing with her phone while we were ordering and then she forgot a sandwich so we went back in and then she preceded to call us liars and make us bring in the entire bag of food where the sandwich was not located. It was very rude of her I've never had a problem at Carl's Jr. until now, I think she needs some customer service training

My husband and I went to the Carl's Jr located on wallisville tonight about 10:50 when we pulled up one of the workers in a red shirt was outside at a car talking. We pulled up to the drive thru and no one greeted us to take our order. We finally pulled up to the drive thru window and saw the time said they closed at 12 finally a worker came to the window and said they didn't have anything. My husband asked nothing and she told him no I asked if they closed at 12 and she responded that they had busted down and cleaned the grill so we left to go somewhere else. When we pasted by at 11:40 everyone was gone. Now I want to know how can they closed the restaurant way before closing time and refuse a customer? That would have been my first time eating there but don't worry I'll never give this establishment a dime of my money but I felt I needed to file this complaint because that was extremely poor customer service and someone needs to know how they close when they want to

I drove all the way over here to get some of the new sliders and was told there was no buns so there's no sliders. Great. So I ended up with a couple crappy fish sandwiches. They suck. Carl's sucks. What kind of a lame ads place runs out of buns. Then I go to the survey website and it says "coming soon". Really? Is that like the buns are coming soon too? How lame is that. Came into carl's# (1100509) hoping to get service so all I can see was only 2 employees. After waiting for about 10 min to get service I ask if any would be taking my order the supervisor maria just look at me and ignore me. Then after another 5 min wait she comes to the cashier and says can I help you and then she walks away as I start to order. Then comes back and asks me again for my order. And we asked if it would take long to get our order as it took them to take our order and her andswer was I don't know. That is just ridiculous 😡

I went to the one on 4140 Clydesdale Pkwy, Loveland, CO 80538 on 2/6/18. I experienced the most awful encounter with the piece of [censor] manger named Zach! He started cussing, yelling and throwing things at his employees and came out to the lobby yelling at every customer to get out. He said he was closing the restaurant for the day. He even kicked out all his employees outside to make them wait in 30 degree weather and didn't even let them grab their belongings. Apparently this is not the first time he has treated his employees like this and it has been reported to corporate several times with no action taken. I've tried calling them myself but they answer and hang up right away. When I tried to step I was asked by an employee to not call the cops because it would make it worse and fear of losing their job.

I went through the drive through on Ave J and Serria Hwy in Lancaster. Ca. The lady asked me specificly if i would like ketchup and i told her yes. As i left the drive through after spending 31$ there was no ketchup in my bag. Now. I am stuck on my way to wotk eating dry hamburgers that are extreamly hard to eat and swollow. When i called and. Complained she haf nothing to say or offer to make things right. And this is a resturant that i frequently visit most often 2-3 times a week. Im very upset about this experience as it is not the first.

Every Saturday and Sunday we go to Carl's for breakfast. One morning at 6:15 we saw an employee asleep in dining room and the doors were locked. Next weekend at 6:30 no one unlocked the door. This weekend 6:50 doors were locked and lights out. We LOVE Carl's . How many customers has Carl's lost because of the same reason but didn't let you know? We will send photos next weekend.

Your restaurant on State x Stetson in Hemet CA., did not provide service when my family entered your store. There was no one in line and we waited approximately 5-7 mins before someone approached us. Moreover, the person who finally waited on us could not speak English. Do to the poor service and language barrier, we left before I became more upset. We do not eat at fast food chains often, but when we do we usually have good service. Please address this issues so u don't lose additional business.

Went to Carl's Jr in Tomball, Texas and got 2 $5.00 meals (burger, fries, onion rings and a cookie w/drink) That was the worst meal I have ever had. The burger was tasteless, the onion rings and fries tasted like they were deep fried in month old oil. Very very disappointed. The only thing that was good was the cookie and the drink. I have been to Carl's before (in Tomball, Tx) and the meal was very very good...

Never get our checks on time. Today I was supposed to get my check and cant all because you guys made a mostake when making our checks. So why do the employees have to suffer when we work our butt off for our money and cant get it when we are suppossed to. You guys need to do something about this. Its almost every payday that theres a problem because of you guys. You need to fix ur end on how the checks are made. We shouldnt5 have to suffer because of your problems!

I do have the receipt showing that i indeed ordered chicken tenders and pictures of the cheeseburger that was actually served along with receipt id desired.

Tuesday December 26 in the evening I felt hungry and in a good mood I was happy and wanted to try out Carl's Jr. For the first time we'll I'll tell you this the experience was bad! The food was good but the teenagers customer service was horrible! He was a frizzy haired lightskine toned African American with freckles that not only smelled of cigarettes in his breath but was rude and none welcoming as if he hated his job! Please fix this issue If there's 1 thing Look for in fast food is the customer service and this one was horrible!

I wanted to eat some Carl's Jr. So I went to the closest one to me and tried to go through the drive thru but it was closed so I went inside and ordered my food with Edward. E and 15 minutes later I asked where my food was and the woman replied to me if I have a complaint to tell customer service and I was very angry at the response I asked for a refund and she was telling me it's not her fault she asked her supervisors that she needed more workers. I left and while I was leaving Edward told me too come back because he was making the food and was almost done I said no and I got into my car and he came running out with the food and he apologized when he did nothing wrong at all and he was the only one working and not slacking off like the other workers and so far I'm not planning on coming back to eat here.

Carl' JR, I want to let you know that today 12/23/17 at 1:42:54 time I went to drive thru. I placed my order I ordered 2 spicy chicken combos and another burger combo that I don't recall which one so, I was placing my order I asked the youn lady cashier to read my order and she forgot to add an extra spicy which was fine I said yes I need an extra. I wasn't finished and she cut me off rushing me so she can take the order of the car behind me. And I told her I wasn't finished and requested my fries criss cut instead of regular. When I got to the window when she handed my debit card she handed it in a ride way. She gave me the wrong drinks and I told her I wanted 3 cokes not sprite. Mind you I have 3 drinks to carry and I asked her to give me a cup holder and with an attitude she told me I quote her "we don't have any cup holders". It's so ridiculous that Carl' JR doesn't have any cup holders for 3 medium drinks. She didn't have the decency to say sorry they ran out but no she said they didn't have any. Then she told me that pull over for my order and I made sure to tell her that I needs ketchup in my order and she hurried up and closed the window. When her manager came out I told him the incident that I wasn't satisfied with the young ladie's attitude and he neeed to train his employees better. I'm not sure if manager will do something so I had to come you corporate. Unbelievable when I worked at El Pollo Loco years ago, I always made sure customers were satisfied and was very friendly. I want you to be aware of this so you can please have some training with young employees to be polite and always have good customer service. Sorry is not a hard job to do. I'm not much of a coupon clipper, but T-Mobile sent me a Carl's jr coupon for a free lunch. The online coupon clearly states it is valid until 12/25. Today is 12.19. The guy working would not honor it. He AND the manager on duty said they only accepted the coupons on Tuesday.
I bought my lunch, but both employees treated me very badly. I mean, VERY BADLY. At the very least, I believe your staff needs counseling on how to handle these situations. The location was Thousand Palms, CA 92276.

After waiting almost 20 minutes and drive-through I ordered a famous star with cheese no mayo and a criss cut by I paid $8.08 when I pulled up to the window she didn't even have my order right she tried to give me someone else's food mind you this was the manager when I corrected her told her what my meal was and what my price was then she had found my food when I did get it I didn't open it until I got home cuz I live across the street in the apartments it was uncooked cold like it had been made earlier in the day I know because I worked in fast food so I know how they do not like to throw away food and so they'll give it to the next person that workers when I called back Maria who is the supervisor manager whatever would have you she was very rude unprofessional and hung up in my face when you're dealing with customers first thing customers always right I would give this Carl's jr. A negative 5% all for her when she could have just fixed the problem Maria continue to say she runs things the way she wants to there I thought I might want to let you know that your customers are being dealt with in the most unhealthy an uncomfortable way don't know about you but I don't like eating undercooked cold food

We came in once and he had us wait at the register for 5 mins while he talked to co-workers. After that we stopped performing the courtesy of dumping our trays and leaving them on top of the trash receptacle. We come in tonight and he asks, "Are you going to leave me a mess this time?" In an extremely rude tone. Before we can answer he says that again. My friend said, "We'll clean it" He then replies with, "If you're going to leave another mess then you can eat somewhere else." So we left and you lost two customers who regularly ate at the establishment. There has been a pattern of extremely poor service. From entering the establishment to receiving our food was about 20 mins in an empty restaurant. This employee never once asked us politely to dump our trays. If he had I would have complied happily but no it's a sudden and aggressive, "clean your messes or don't eat here" This occured at the warner ave restaraunt in huntington beach. As far as I'm concerned that place doesn't exist to me anymore as long as that employee is at that establishment. I didn't catch the employees name but the incident occurred at about 7:00 pm December 15.
Your business will not be missed! Common sense and common decency dictates that you clean up your own mess. I am glad the employee said something to you about being a slob. It is not only unfair to the employees, it is unfair to other customers (people like me) who have to come behind another grown adult and clean up their mess so that I can have a clean table to eat at.

Todays date is December 13-2017 5:38 pm .I went to Carl's Jr on Ajo and Park in Tucson, Az . We ordered 3orders of the six dollar burger's with no onions and cheese ! 3 orders of fries 3 shakes, But not once but twice they messed up our order, Then we come home there's no fries they put onions and cheese on our burger's and then we find hair in one of the BURGERS ! We can't proof anything cause the cashier took our receipt and crumple it in front of us BAD ATTIDUDE !

My experience? Well, to be completely honest without being absolutely [censor]y... That was the most disgusting, unprofessional and obviously uneducated "hiring manager" I have ever came across in my 37 years! When I say uneducated, i'm speaking in regards to the fact that she clearly was never taught how to speak to other people. (Customers & her employee's) it's no wonder why they all looked like they hated their job. It showed by the amount of time it took for anyone to help me and their approach was "you need something" after 10 minutes of standing at the counter in a almost empty restaurant. Enough about that complete lack of respect... I'm going to get to my real issue that is most definitely going to be a serious situation for carl's jr. I'm not going to allow this to be hushed nor made to be a small matter!
This was 100% discrimination at it's finest! So let me begin from the start of this "managers" unprofessional attitude and management skills. On [protected], I brought my son's bestfriend (Who is living with me) gaven seely up to the "equal opportunity" establishment as he was requested to at 4pm that afternoon for a interview after she told him to go online and fill out a application on snagajob.com. We arrive, he walks in, only to walk right back out and say that the person told him they didn't have time at that time of day and to return the following day at 3pm. I reluctantly agreed knowing the end result. Honestly any professional manager... Well anyone with any kind of respect would of called him and explained that to him with a better day and time considering she had called him 2 times prior and the fact that I am on oxygen 24/7 and took the time to go up there... Not complaining bc I did it for him. Its just a little something called consideration. We return the next day 15 minutes til 3pm. I decided to go in with him to explain gaven's disability and to reassure them that it does not reflect his working ability. I was approached by a manager named daniel who was very polite, understanding not to mention respectfully considerate. I was not trying to speak for him for his interview or be his interpreter so to speak, however I will let them know prior bc he's pretty much my son. I felt I had too bc multiple times he was let down due to the way he speaks and writes. So we talked, shaked hands and I stepped aside. That manager was actually clocking out to leave and informed us that the other manager would be doing the interview. I can not remember her name and her name tag was covered with the apron. I then purchased 3 shakes and waited forever for that to occur. Finally after 15 or so minutes had past, I got the attention of the cashier and politely ask her to tell the manager gaven was there only bc so much time had passed I didn't want her to think he didn't show up. Before the girl could even respond to me the "manager" in question literally screamed at me from the prep area saying I already interviewed him yesterday! When I say screamed... Yes a very loud rude scream. I said ok and that's when gaven said "ma'am, the lady from yesterday asked me to come back today"... This is where I have the most problem with... This woman, who is clearly much older, starts screaming even louder while she began to approach the both of us saying "yeah that was me and I told u then I didn't have time". She actually put her hand up and said "i'm don't have time right now plus I ain't made no decision bc he ain't got no experience." I asked her to plz lower her voice and was trying to explain to her what I told the previous manager but then she looked at me crazy and said "ain't nobody gonna hire him!"
I was mortified that someone could treat another individual that way, not to mention she knew he had a disability. We were also paying customers as well. I looked at gaven and told him we were leaving and looked at her and said that I was most definitely reporting her! Thank god the only other customers that we there when we arrived we're still there. It was a father and his daughter. I then got in my car and called corporate right then and there sitting in the parking lot at 288 strickland dr in orange, tx. I spoke with a very helpful and compassionate representative by the name of mario martinez. He apologized and told me that was uncalled for and a level 1 something and it was discrimination from the sound of it. I know it was bc a girl came in for a interview and was brought straight back and boy was she respectful to her!
While I was on the recorded call with corporate, the gentleman who was in the establishment with his daughter approached my window and told me that if I needed him to testify to the incident that he was absolutely willing. I was given his business card. His name is joseph bryan and he owns veteran construction.
I m grateful he was a witness to the disrespectful, discriminating individual who y'all have respresenting carl's jr. I'm a veteran myself and i'm also disabled waiting on a double lung transplant. I have never seen or dealt with such behavior from a person who is suppose to be an example to others. I wanted to say a lot to her but I have more respect than that and obviously better morals. I served for this country and I will not stand back and watch her get away with this! Absolutely not! She just gave carl's jr a very bad name. I will find out her name and I will let it be known. Because of her lack of respect or professionalism, gaven now has to start over bc he called to cancel another interview that was scheduled at lil ceasers bc he thought he would be hired considering the fact that he was told they were hiring on the spot and on the spot interviews by me bc I seen it online say that and called before he walked into his interview that faithful day. The manager told me herself they were. I can prove that too. I knew exactly what they were doing to him and it pisses me off and y'all should be embarrassed that a person like that wears y'all's uniform!
