Carl's Jr. homeless living in restaurant

You have a homeless person aka conman living in this restaurant, when I arrived to eat my daily monster bisquit,
He came walking accross from the corner of lowes lot carrying a coffee pot, when I sat down I observed his "office setup" on the table. (He had left to get the coffee pot and was returning, to his undisturbed reserved table.)
I observed as he proceeded to move to a window seat and plug in the coffee pot. Dont worry the man that takes a bath in the sink in the mens room,
He stinks like smoke plus undescribable other smells,
I observed as he proceeded as sanitarily as he obviously knows how to wipe down two tables with napkins.
Preparing the area for your next customer to sit without being able to know he was there.
The prime real estate your restaurant sits on is a great place for him to park his wagon or shopping cart right out front for all to see from the busy street.
I would send you pictures but it only allows one. You can see the coffee pot in it and the cord is plugged in.
I have another pic of him eating from a jar that he warmed up on the coffee pot.
I have talked to others he has bothered, they dont eat here anymore.
There were 3 couples having a conversation about a man that was causing some trouble at their churches bread basket, I excused myself and said are you by chance speaking of a guy called jerimiah, one lady said "has he caused you trouble to?"
He has interupted my meal for the last time asking for a handout.
I wont try to eat my food with the foul smell coming from the next table. (I like sitting in the corner to catch up on the news)
I wont go to the other isle to go around his office.
I wont wait in the restroom again untill he finishes his bath.
It does not matter what time of morning or evening, since he lives here, (My estimation is 12-14 hours a day) his presence cant be avoided except for when I see his buggy parked out front, I go somewhere else.
I asked a worker if there was a manager on duty, she said "I am a manager" when I looked at the nametag it said shift leader? I guess they are equall.
I have spoken to this person in the past, even bought him meals on occasion, and given him money.
When he told me they feed him here, give him free coffee.
He proceeded to smart mouthed me because I didnt want to give that time, he still continues to smart mouth me when I come in... I am a customer and spend my money sometimes twice a day here, if you support this disfunction and disrespect, it is the same as carls disrespecting me. I have never been the recipient of free food or free rent nor do I expect it.
I am going to help you all out and speak to the health department.
If there is anything I can do to help id be glad to.
In the meantime while this store is a homeless shelter, I refuse to patronise it.

Carl's Jr. unethical behaviour from manager

The manager at restaurant store number 1100152 address 1888 w ramsey st in city of banning ca 92220.was very very rude on the 12/2/2017 at 6:22:06 pm . 12/02/17 15:05:12 Inv #000066 Appr code:171834 Apprvd: online Batch#:336001 Retrieval ref.#:[protected]. phone number [protected] . not only was she rude she also had the people in the car that was in back of us yelling cuss words at us honking their horn at us and even started to get off their car and come up to our car to do some thing to us we was given cold fries and we didn't get all of our order I can not believe how we was treated I would never in my life recommend any body to this place to eat very poor services if she don't like her job then she should not be working there she has poor people skills sad to say but its the truth. Carl's Jr. found a screw in my drink

I visited Carl's Jr yesterday on November 30th 2017 at approximately 730pm. The location I went to was on 8313 W Roosevelt St, Tolleson, AZ 85353. My meal came with a large soda and when I got to the end i popped off the top to chew on some ice. By this time I was in a different county because I drive for a living...I go for some more ice I feel a foreign object in my mouth and spit it out. I am outraged and shocked to find out there was a screw in my drink. This is unacceptable and will be following up with a letter from my attorney. Attached is a picture of what was in there - A. Carl's Jr. I am complaining about your salads

I am deeply saddened by your changes you made with your salads. There use to be a choice of grilled or crispy chicken and now you only have one poor choice. The new flavor of the chicken is atrocious. It use to come with delicious cherry tomatoes and fresh cucumber slices, now the tomatoes look like they were just torn out of a hamburger and there are no cucumbers! I urge you to bring back your old salads, if not you will continue to lose your valued customers.

Carl's Jr. big cheese burger and famous star

I brought my food from the drive through window on November 25, 2017 @ 4:45pm. I ordered the #4 All star box, 2 big cheese burgers, a famous star with cheese and a small sprite. My son and I got food poisoning. We were up all night throwing up and had diarrhea. I had to call off work today because I felt so sick to my stomach and I have a horrible headache. I will never eat at your restaurant again.

Carl's Jr. a fight between carls jr staff at one utama outlet, kl, malaysia

yesterday 25th Nov at around4:30 pm - 4:45pm. there is a fight happened among Carls jr staff (a guy, a lady) and the outlet supervisor. it happened at the counter here all customer is watching and it is very inappropriate and disturbs customer's comfort while dining in. i believe the lady staff is unsatisfied with the guy staff and unfortunately, the guy punched the lady in front of us. The supervisor tried to cover the lady and the supervisor been hit by the staff as well. one customer tried to stop the fight.

the guy disrespect other staff & have done violence towards other. I strongly suggest for your team to take a legal action towards the guy as he has no discipline and professionalism at work at all. Us as a customer was so disturbed and felt uncomfortable. This should be done appropriately at the back of your kitchen. Pls, take action to that irresponsible staff. pls look at your CCTV

Carl's Jr. new salad not offered

hi! I read about your new cranberry apple salad even Jenny mc carthy was saying how good it was. I am disabled so invited a few friends over. They were going to pick up salads and bring them over. They also were excited about this salad. I even called the stores phone number to check. The store didn't pick up the call. So all my friends went threw the drive up window and the staff did'nt have a clue about your highly advertised Cranberry apple salad. I knew at one point you had a salad with pecans. They didn't know about that one either. It was a very disappointing lunch because we were so looking forward to the cranberry apple salad. They told me I must have mistaken about the resteraunt. Menus and available products can vary among locations and often times advertisements will say "participating locations only." Unless you paid for the salads and did not receive anything in return, you are in no way entitled to get three free coupons. You aren't entitled to one free coupon. That is an outrageous request.

Carl's Jr. product

On 11-18-17, me and my girlfriend went to the Carl's jr on North Ave. In Grand Junction, Colorado. We ordered two meals, a Big Carl with onion rings for myself and a Charbroiled Chicken Club with fried zucchini for my girlfriend. Before paying, I specifically asked the cashier to make sure that the Chicken Club combo did not have honey on the sandwich or in the bread because my girlfriend has a bad allergy to honey. She spoke with multiple people through a headset and asked if it had honey on it. After a bit of conversation, she had concluded that the sandwich would not contain any honey and she reassured us of that. But once we got home and she began to unwrap her sandwich, we both realized that they had put her sandwich on a honey wheat bun. Thankfully we noticed before she began to eat because if we hadn't, I would be lodging this complaint from within a hospital room. I am utterly appalled with this mistake. I cannot believe that they would be this careless with a person's allergy, especially when I made it quite clear that there was to be no honey on this order at all. I used to love going here, there was great food and friendly people. But with a mistake this big, I don't see myself ever going back. I could have lost someone I cared about because of this mistake. So if you have an allergy to honey or anything else that they serve, do not go there. Who knows, you might not be as lucky as us and could get severely hurt from their carelessness.

Carl's Jr. quality and appearance of food at store #1102516

On 11/17/17 myself and my wife choose to use a gift card we received at our wedding, we ordered the 5$ combo 1 and a #4, crisscut fries and zucchini bites, when we got the order we were given a combo famous star instead with no straws
No napkins and no cookies, the food was cold and nasty looking, I told the lady about the mix up and also showed her the coldness of the food, all she did was throw some cookies on the bottom of the bag, along with the burger and hot dog which made the cookies smashed and off I went. Never made the order over so I was stuck with even colder food.the total of the order was 17.69, but really should have been 13 and change, I was never given the difference or refunded the money..This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, and will never go back to that location. ..I have pictures and recipient number that are enclosed. I don't believe anyone should be fired, just retrained. Never once did I see a manager. Or was given a explanation of the poorness of the food. ..

Carl's Jr. service & product complaint

I went to the Carl's Jr. At 2104 N Galloway in Mesquite. When I arrived there I ordered a number 1 $5 meal. I go to the restroom to find it was filthy and had no tissue. I come back out ask for tissue & was given a roll to place in there. Also, I get my food, sit down to find that my hot dog had been microwaved instead of properly cooked. I go back to the counter and tell the black guy that checked me out & he laughs then walks off to the back and never comes back up. I left the hot dog on the counter and sat back down. A young Caucasian male came to apologize and gave me a properly cooked hot dog. I was so mad because of all the unprofessionallism in here until he came to apologize. I even noticed a window shattered and barely hanging on at my seat. I need to speak to someone because this is ridiculous. I'm never coming back here.

Carl's Jr. service

11/12/17 received horrible service from a girl name Kristal at the Goodyear location off 138th and McDowell. Same parking lot as Target. I have been here several times and each time I deal with Kristal I have horrible experience. She is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I don't know how this girl still has a job with this company. Extremely unprofessional.

Carl's Jr. the carl's jr in syracuse utah the worst service i've ever had.

The Syracuse Carl's Jr in Syracuse Utah is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever come acrossed. Every time i go there they have new management or they take forever to order your food. Like tonight we get up to order and the guy says it's going to be a while to get your food . So we ask how long they he said 10 to 15 minutes so we left . The last time we went about 2 weeks ago they said we needed exact change or we was going to get all quarters back . Then we got our food got home and it was so cold i couldn't even eat it and my husband didn't eat his either. They have gone through so many new management because the place is a joke! I'm so sick and tired of going to eat there and something goes wrong . Now there's more problems with this Carl's Jr but I'm sick of writing about them . There food has become horrible I've wasted so much money it's ridiculous. I keep going back hoping they'll get it together but no so far. My daughter doesn't even go there anymore because of it we'd rather drive aways to a different Carl's Jr but we are tired after work and just want to get home and relax and enjoy my family.

Extremely dissatisfied with service and cleanliness. I visited your store at Jackson Road and Jackson Avenue in McAllen, Texas. I only had a hot dog because I am diabetic and needed a quick bite before a doctor's appointment. This was about 1:45 p.m. It was chaotic and took at least 3 minutes to be waited on. When I walked to a table, my shoes stuck to the floor so much so that my feet almost came out. When you had a store at Nolana in McAllen, several years ago, we had gone through the drive-through, so did not witness any problems. I watch your ads on television and am always wanting to go, but this experience has disgusting me. Suppose it's just a sign of the times. No one wants to work and it reflects on your entity.

I would stop visiting the location. Losing customers is the most effective feedback they can receive. Hopefully they are trying to improve and just have yet to find the right staff.

Hi Tiffany,

First, you have your state incorrectly listed as Indiana. Secondly, you might try going through the drive through at Crown Burger in Layton or even the CB Maddox also in Layton. You'll find either has similar pricing and much higher quality.

Carl's Jr. cleanliness of restaurant

Upon entering Carl's Jr. I was instantly disgusted. The tables, benches, chairs, and floors look as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We ordered our food and went to sit in the kids area. The table was so filthy, that when I went to wipe the table with a baby wipe, the wipe had turned brown. My son wasn't able to play on the jungle gym because I was disgusted by how dirty the entire thing was. I will not be bringing my son back to this restaurant any time soon.

Carl's Jr. terrible food and not clean

I drove to Newbury Park to take my kids to the Carls Jr there on Reino Road because I read online that it had a play area. When we arrived there was no one at all in the play area and about 2 other customers. That should have probably been a clue. It was about 10 am so I wanted to order breakfast. Their biscuit machine was broken so I had a choice between breakfast burrito or cheese breakfast sandwich. I ordered the sandwich. There are no children's meals and no juice except orange juice. I ordered French Toast sticks for the kids and two milk shakes. The total price for this was $18.77.

The sandwich was inedible. I have never returned food before in my life, but this sandwich was so bad, I couldn't eat it. It must have been sitting for a long time because it was soggy and rubbery. I couldn't even bit into the crust because it wasn't chewable. I returned it for a hamburger which was okay but not great. The french toast sticks tasted of grease from the deep fryer. The floor in the play area appeared to have been cleaned in the area around the tables. Who ever "cleaned" it did not move the chairs and tables. My grandson was crawling on the floor in the play area which alarmed me because it appeared to have never been cleaned.

I don't eat at Carl's Jr very often but when I have, I don't remember the food being bad or the place being dirty. Is this just a really bad store or is Carls Jr on its way out. No wonder no one was there.

Carl's Jr. missing part of order

On sunday, at around 7:00, my husband placed an order for 2 lettuce wrapped 1/2 pound thickburger, both well done and one without onion! He also ordered a $5 box with a burger (Well done, no pickle) and onion rings special box. He also ordered a side of fried zucchini. He waited a good 10-15 minutes and they gave him his order. He left and drove home to eat when we noticed they was only one thickburger! We called but no one answered! I continued to call literally like 20 times but no answer! My husband ended up having to drive all the way back! When he got there, there was no apology, the cashier explained how they gave the order away to someone in the drive thru. My husband is very passive and accepted the apology and was told there was no manager in charge! He wanted to get the zucchini made over since he was not going to eat them while hot, since his order was going to have to be cooked again! When he got home, it was not well done! So not cooked to our specifications and nothing was offered. We do not live by that carl's jr. We come here because they are nice but now we may not come back. I came the next day to speak with the owner regarding the problem but she was here and the manager had an attitude of she didn't care! The cashier tried to explain but I don't want an explanation! I want our $25 order rectified!

Carl's Jr. very poor service and cleanliness

My family and I came to Carl's Jr located in orange tx, on Thursday October 26th, 2017, at 6:17 pm. We ordered three of the number 1 five dollar boxes, and a number 4 five dollar box. We chose to dine in. They gave us our food 20 minutes later. Every single double cheeseburger was made the wrong way. We ordered them meat and cheese only, and they had made them all three all the way. We brought them back. They brought our food to us 15 minutes later, and they were made wrong again. We ended up going back up there a total of 4 times before they got it right. We witnessed 3 customers walk out due to poor service. Not only was the service terrible, the store and bathrooms were very dirty. Needless to say, my family and I are very displeased with what happened on our visit, and I sincerely hope there will be something done about this.

Carl's Jr. service

Went through the drive through. The screen wasn't working so I couldn't see my order it was verbally confirmed. Went to the window, the cashier was on the phone with someone other then a customer. I paid for my meal, then was asked to pull to the front of the store to wait for my order. Waited 15 to 20 minutes, finally got my order. Drive home which is on my he other side of town to find out my order was wrong. NOT HAPPY

The food we ordered was absolutely horrible, the bread was hard and the sandwich I order was 6 dollars and she gave me a 99 cent one the sandwich was super greasy, she kept making me move back so she can reset the timer, I have never ever been so disgusted with carl’s jr. Before! I took pictures of the food and the receipt. I would like for someone to call me to resolve this problem [protected]

Carl's Jr. money not returned

We went through the drive through and when we got home my order was wrong. I drove back with the receipt and the employee said he can make my food over but can not return my money. I told him I did not want the food I would like my money back. He refused. He said he was not allowed to give cash back, I need to come back at 8:00 am to ask the manager for a refund. I then asked him for the receipt back and he refused to look for it after I handed it to him his hand. He said it was in the food bag and tried to give the bag back to me. I asked him if he can take it out please because I did not want the the food. He refused. He told me he had other customers to attend and if I can move out of the drive though.

Carl's Jr. service

On 10/21 at 9am I walked in about to order food, but my daughter stated she had to go to the bathroom really bad so I figured I'll order after taking my 3 year old to the bathroom. After a few minutes being in the stall someone was banging on the door I told them to hold on, a few seconds later another loud banging on the door I opened and said my daughter is pooping it's going to be a little bit unfortunately, a few minutes after that someone starts kicking the door continously and not stopping, I am now upset. I had 3 staff stand by the door because another customer stated I was in there for more than 10 minutes, and restrooms are for customers only! I told them I didn't even get to order because my child had to use the restroom, there's one restroom and a child has to go do I force them to hurry in releasing their bowel because someone else has to use it, yet they gave a homeless man the code for the restroom yet did not budge to knock on their door. In addition to speaking in their native tongue. By this point I am beyond frustrated and decided I don't want to eat there because of being discrimination under the carls Jr I have visited. I will go at all cost to make sure this get heard and doesn't happen to anyone els. I am beyond disppointed with disgust of this place and they way they handled this situation. Didn't even bother to ask why it was taking long nor given the opportunity yet assumed the worse. I am beyond appalled. If law suit can come out of this I will make it happen.
