ran into a problem with a manager her name was orphea. My problem is she is extremely rude to women and very inappropriate with men how I know is I heard her conversation while waiting for food and it was inappropriate talking about Penis no condom liquor and Hell's Angels and getting in a fist fight with a co worker. I am a customer and feel very uncomfortable coming into your restaurant hearing this from a manager. I feel you should correct this issue as if it made me uncomfortable I know it makes others uncomfortable as well. Today I went through the drive-thru at the Carls Jr. on Goldenwest & Warner, I was at the end of my lunch break and needed grab a bite to eat. When I arrived at the window to pay she said my card didn't work. I asked her to try it again and maybe with a piece of paper, she put it in a plastic bag and tried it again. That of course did not work, she said...Sorry, your card does not work. and just dismissed me, like I couldn't pay. I told her I would pull around and come in because I knew my card worked. I parked and went into the restaurant and asked for the manager. I explained that I had been in the drive-thru and proceeded to tell her what happened. She processed my order, swiped my card with a piece of paper and Whaa-Laa it worked. At this point I was now late getting back to work. So frustrating when you have to tell people how to do their job and they still can't do it correctly. I didn't appreciate how I was treated because "my card didn't work. It works everywhere else. Maybe it's time they upgrade their card readers.
If your card truly worked properly, a piece of paper should not be required to run it. Contact your bank and have a new card issued.

I Just visited your Santa Ana location (2511 S Bristol St, Santa Ana, CA 92704) today 10/19/17 at approximately 12:30pm, and ordered the chicken quesadilla and 3 piece chicken taquitos. The quesadilla was OK (it would have been nice to know it had onions) but the taquitos... Well, two of them were good but the center taquito had no meat in it. I'm trying to figure out how they cooked a perfectly formed taquito with no meat (I have pictures). Additionally, in preparing to leave my comments, I realized the drive-thru cashier never gave me a receipt. Lastly, In attempting to log my complaint on their web site, it would seem I can't send it... But it won't tell me why it won't go through... How convenient

I came through the drive-thru and it took me between 20 - 30 min to get through, there was only 4 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me backed out. It was ridiculous to wait that amount of time. I worked fast food before and I would have been in BIG trouble if I took that long. They could have at least sent any big orders to the front door but everyone of us had to wait. The guy in front of me only had 2 sodas and 2 chicken finger boxes, not meals just the chicken fingers. There is NO reason for that.

I purchased a medium Soda and asked for a water cup. She charged me $2.72 + Tax ($0.24) = $2.96
I asked why it is so high, she said water is 50 cents. And said to me "Check your receipt!" multiple times.
I was taking this water for a friend, so I asked for a lid so it will not spill in my car. She pointed me to where the lids are. But none of the lids fit the water cup.
I asked her again, if she can give a different cup or a lid that fits. She said that is all they had. She was rude.
This kind of behavior will upset many customers!
They have to inventory there cups and lids, so they are going to charge you for it.
french fries
I ordered the $5 all star meal and first thing I see is my fries thrown all inside the box. Then when I bit one it was unsalted, under cooked, and even found a fry that was light green. When i called the carls jr I got my order from the individual who answered told me thats how the fries should be. And even the burgers were made sloppy and sad looking. I go to Carls Jr specifically for there fries. So this was just disappointing for me knowing how great the place is but the employees there are terrible. I don't even want to go to that carls jr anymore.
the drive through service
I just went by your drive thru speaker system and the man named Lance was the one on the other end. I did not see the bottom of the screen at the Time I ask him why the price was different from the coupon. He stated that's why it says $7.58 at the bottom. I apologized for being so stupid. I just felt humiliated. I have always been a fan of you guys but I think I will start going elsewhere. This guy is charge of the shift. I ask him at the window if he was he was the one who took my order and he said "Yes I am". I was going to order more but immediately changed my mind at the speaker. I just don't understand how a company can allow workers to belittle people and smile about it.

Hello my name is anonymous due to carl's jr doing a track record of employees I can't give out my name because it might compromise my job of working there under probation period. However this has happened to me numerous times in the last week. One day under the date 9/22/2017 around 2:00pm. Me as a new employee still learning the ropes have watched a few video's and was expected to be "trained" from those to be a full employee. However that's a lack of crew training in most jobs I use to work at which teach you step by step how to do your job properly and accurately as possible. Around the date 9/30/2017 at around 3pm pst. My shift manager named cesar as a shift manage was backed up on orders but I tried to help him out being the helpful new guy to the team. I found out he didn't bump orders for drive in as I bagged up a order that was for him bumped already even though that order wasn't on my end and I made a rookie mistake and didn't know how to bump orders at that time. However I found out later how to properly do that on my own. When that happened he threatened me to write me up even though I am on my probation period still learning. Which isn't professional from a shift manager that should be helping to train new employees. For this type of behavior I feel like I was harassed and should of been treated fairly being part of this crew... I will admit rookie mistakes tend to happen to everyone but this one shouldn't really me looked away from and be treated as a priority to fix and make a wonderful experience to new employees other than myself.

Only one in line (YEAH!) Ordered, pulled up to window.
Looked at my car clock and it was 5:10PM. Sat and waited, and waited, and waited. A guy walked up and I thought he was going to assist me but just got something to drink and just stood there...looking at me. I motioned, like "was somebody going to help me?". He turned and said something to the gal who I assume took my order. (They are the only two people I saw thru the window the whole time) I looked at my car clock again and it said 5:15PM... Yes.. I sat there for FIVE MINUTES and was never even acknowledged. I almost left! Then the gal came up to the window and just said "$17.11". Not... "Good evening" or "So sorry for the long wait"... Nothing. I WAS going to ask WHY it was so expensive and check to see if it was cheaper to order separate items instead of upgrading a combo, but didn't even ask because who knows how long that would take and someone was behind me now. I got a $5 Meal +Famous Burger Combo w/bacon, upgraded to Onion Rings and replaced drink with a milkshake. That's $10.68 for his combo. It's like I was charged FULL price for the Onion Rings & Milkshake - Charged $5.79 for those two things. (I thought it was $3.19 for a shake and $2.19 for Onion Rings = $5.38) + Burger - Charged $4.89. Got home, (2 minutes, 37 seconds away) and my fries were COLD. Not "warm", but COLD and there was NO bacon on husbands burger. Seriously? So I wasn't sitting there waiting for fresh fries, that's for sure! I do not go to CJ very often because I usually stop at somewhere closer to my work, but hubby wanted it. I don't care what he asks for in the future, but I can tell you it will NEVER be from here again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, & PRODUCT!
Carl's Jr. asks what I would like for a resolution... Well... a couple of things: 1 - Just to know how much it is for a Famous Burger w/bacon, a vanilla milkshake and medium onion rings are. .. well, no bacon since we didn't get it anyway.
2 - "Syria" is listed on the receipt as being my server. Maybe let her know that if you do not like your job, then you should find another one. I see so many complaints for customer service for Carl's Jr. When "interviewing" for positions of CUSTOMER SERVICE, maybe ask if they like people first. Some don't and that is fine, but you should not be in a position that your full focus and job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. We, as customers, choose where to spend our hard earned money. WE keep YOU employed. Your ONLY job is to provide service in a friendly manner. Not to mention that this is the ground floor for your future. How you deal with things now will reflect greatly in your future.
I know this because I have worked retail before. Sometimes is it not easy but if you don't like it, then move on.
(And entry level fast food workers want $15 per hour? For this type of customer service?)
You have NO idea what a smile or kind word will do for someone. Almost every day, I stop at the McDonalds across the street from my work and get a Mocha Frappe. EVERY TIME I am greeted at the window promptly with a smile and a "Good morning!". After I pay and get my drink they always say "Have a great morning" or "Enjoy your day!". It's nice to hear that every morning. Even when I am not in a great mood, they make me smile. One time, for lunch, I wasn't even at the window for a full minute and she handed me my order and said "We are so sorry for the wait - We had a big order in front of you that pretty much wiped out our fries! I waited a few extra seconds so that I could get you the fries fresh out of the fryer. Be careful, they are HOT!" and then she smiled. WOW! Not THAT is what I am talking about!

Today, I went to my local Carl's Jr. for a hamburger. I have been to Carl's Jr. many, MANY times in the past, including my new location in North Las Vegas, NV, Store# 8542. I am also a former employee of Carl's Jr. Corporate, when they were located in Anaheim, CA, and I worked in their IT Department.
Today, I went thru the Drive-Thru for a "quickie" hamburger for my lunch. I arrived and gave my order by 3PM. At 3:25, I am STILL #2 in line at the receiving window, waiting, waiting, waiting. Cars have begun to line-up behind me, totaling 4 cars after me, and the same car in front of me the entire time!
Finally, the person in front of me was served, and I proceeded to the pick-up window. I asked the cashier what the problem is? She said "there are only 2 of us here right now", and we are doing the best we can. I thought to myself "this is unacceptable"! This is a "fast food" place. Over 20 minutes waiting to receive my order is UNACCEPTABLE!
I realize that this location is a Franchise store, not a Company store. However, store ownership should NOT, and MUST NOT be allowed to disregard ALL Company Standards in existence. I am sorry to hear that there was ONLY 2 employees present, but that only indicates a complete FAILURE of the Franchisee to execute and perform to the standards of Carl's Jr. Corporate.
Then, to top it all off, upon returning home (a short 3-4 minute drive), the food I received was COLD! Apparently, it had been "sitting around" all that time I was waiting ...
Please contact your Franchisee and advise him/her that this is practice is unacceptable. Frankly, if it happens again, I will STOP going to Carl's Jr..

poor customer service and lack of action from shift lead
My husband had the worst customer service experience we had ever had not only did the cashier Sonja have an attitude, she threw his change on the corner and she proceeded to take and pass out six other orders that was behind his order, while his order sat in the window getting cold for about 15 minutes.. after he asked was that his order in the window she said yes and started laughing like something was fun and the shift leader Brenda was just as bad cause she right there watching it all happen without a word. You should not have to deal with attitudes when you are spending your money and you are being a good customer. Store number is 144 in Hawthorne, Ca. Order number 334232. I ordered three all star meals and all three of them was cold and unedible so we wasted money for horrible customer service.

My Daughter and I went to the Carl's Jr. here in Las Vegas, Nevada, Store #758. The first "Red Flag" should have been that the person working the drive thru window totally oblivious to anything that was going on. He couldn't answer any questions, continued to repeat wrong information. After about five minutes, we finally placed our order, only to get down the street and discover the order was wrong. I immediately returned and asked for my money back for the incorrect sandwich, and was told that she did not have the liberty to refund my money. After arguing with me, I decided to keep the peace and allow her to remake the sandwich over. She starts off yelling at the cook to "YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION". She then literally throws the bun on the bare prep table (No Paper Underneath). At that point I told her not to make my food on the bare prep table as this is considered as a health regulation. She began talking rudely and threw the bun across the prep table then remade the sandwich. She handed the sandwich to another gentlemen (Javier) who bagged the sandwich and handed it to me. I said "Thank You", then asked for the contact information of the store manager (Supposedly Lillia), as well as the name of the VERY RUDE CASHIER (Elizabeth). Ultimately the sandwich was so cold the cheese wouldn't even melt. Ended up throwing it away. Truly dissatisfied with the outcome.

Found that very disrespectful and non professional, and very childish especially since the other person was few feet away from them. I Will not be going to that store again, horrible service!

20 minute drive thru time!!!
I had the displeasure of visiting your store #1100308 on 9-5-17 @ 8:01am (my arrival time into the drive thru. This is my daily route to work I am at this intersection at 8am). I was behind a white truck. I heard the guys order ahead of me and he was ordering something that sounded decent so I adjusted my order! My SIMPLE 2 biscuit combo order was taken no total amount was given "just drive around" is what I got! I pulled around to the window and the guy ahead of me received his food immediately! I was excited because I was going to be ahead of schedule for driving to work. The cashier came to the window and FINALLY took my money @ 8:09am. Handed me my drink and card back and said nothing, JUST WALKED OFF! So I assume she is getting my order ready. RIGHT? IT IS AN EASY ASSUMPTION TO MAKE GIVING HER CURRENT WORK STATUS. At 8:11am I am starting to see red I see her take an order up front and start to talk and laugh with the cooks and other staff around. At 8:15 I AM PISSED OFF! I SHOULD ALREADY BE ALMOST DOWN AT THE OTHER LIGHT 15 MILES AWAY! I already have my card in my hand and I want my money back! I am still being ignored. At 8:16am I honk and ask “what the hold-up is.” She shoots me a dirty look and comes to the window with an attitude (LIKE IM INCONVIENCING HER! I HAD BEEN SITTING IN IDLE AT THAT WINDOW FOR ALMOST 10 MINUTES WITH GAS AT 3.17/gal!) she states that they are “making it now” and “I will have it in a few seconds.” I ask her “what is going on back there?” and she said “they had to make fresh biscuits for me and that it is an 8 minute cook time- that my biscuits are being made fresh.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME 8 MINUTES AND NO WARNING! PEOPLE ARE GOING TO WORK AT THIS TIME! SERIOUSLY? NOT ONE ADULT OR MANAGER CAME OVER AND SAID ANYTHING. NOT A “HEY THIS IS GOING TO MAKE YOU WASTE GAS AND COST YOU MONEY AND MAKE YOU LATE FOR WORK POSSIBLY COST YOU EMPLOYMENT”---ALL FOR a $2.00 biscuit combo!
At 8:19am, I am finally served my breakfast! 8:19! Just let that sink in for a second. Words like “fast food” and “convenience” and “basic human courtesy” fly right past this crew. I ask to speak to a manager. The girl that served me my food now rolled her eyes at me and ho hummed and walked back into the restaurant. 3-4 minutes later a woman strolls over at her own leisure, tells me she is the manager and asks how she could help. I ask her why I wasn't told about an 8 minute cook time on biscuits. I would've picked something else on the menu had I been given an option. ALL OF A SUDDEN her accent CHANGED and got SUUUUUUPER THICK and she started to act like she couldn't understand what I was asking. I then asked her “if she was the owner of the building?” She said “yes”. I said “ok, you REPORT to a franchise branch manager or something like that right?” She just stood there and nodded 'yes'. I then said “I want the guys phone number.” She said “I am not allowed to give that number out.” I stated angrily at this point “WHAT-IS-HIS-NAME?, ” She then stated that “SHE IS THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE REGION” I said “wouldn't that make you a regional manager?” She then started back with the thick accent and kept nodding and saying yes, yes, yes. I ask her “what her name was.” She repeats the question to me like she doesn't understand me!?!?! COME ON! Then tells me her name is “Adriana Berabbo.” I finally left the drive thru and went to the light to head to work THE TOTAL TIME IN THE CARLS JR DRIVE THRU FROM START TO FINISH IS 8:01AM-8: – I remind you this is my daily route to work and I am at the 160 & 12 light 15 miles away by now. I reach into the bag to grab the potato bites AND THEY ARE MISSING! THIS IS A CRUEL JOKE THAT CARLS JR AND THESE GIRLS ARE PLAYING RIGHT? They knew how irritated I was from having to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and they still got my order wrong? I AM CONVINCED THAT MOVE WAS DONE MALICIOUSLY! My total for the meal was $6.14 if at all possible I would like that money refunded to me and I will gladly promise never to step foot in another Carl's Jr. for as long as I live! This experience was enough to keep me away! No need to keep trying.
Thank you for listening, sorry if it was too harsh but as I cleaned out my purse tonight I had 7 Carl's Jr receipts in there. This attack feels personal because I was late for work and almost lost my job. Luckily I had the receipt with me to prove I wasn't lying about the issue that made me extremely late!

I worked at the Carls Jr on 95 and Lake Havasu turn off from July 26th 2017 to September 6th 2017 and their sure is a lot of " I DON'T CARE" attitude there. To hassle for me. When you have a G.M. that doesn't care and a Manger that shout alot that she is going to quite and a Lead Manger that threw things around and screams at Guest. I just could not deal with that. I know everyone that walks through the doors is treated like they are family and should have a great time. Me being the Cashier I heard and seen it all from those's that mention just did not care at all.Wish I could have stayed for the GUEST but I couldn't just watch them walk away when this would happen.

I bought lunch at the Carl's Jr. on tomahawk and southern in Apache Junction, AZ.
I finished my soda and opened the cup to dump out my ice when I saw a black something stuck to the inside of my cup. It was a flattened bug. It had to have been there before the soda was put in.
This was just so gross and I want to make sure it doesn't happen to other customers. I will seriously consider never visiting that location again even though it is right next to my house.

My mom went throught drive thru late night at after 12am before 5am on 09/06/17 the hispanic lady working as a cashier there totally ignored my mom on the speaker phone, i dont know why but probably because my mom is asian and has an accent ?
So she goes to the " 2nd window" and there looking at right each other but still ignoring my mom, the whole employees are talking to each other and ignoring my mom .
Today 9/7/17 i went to carls jr drive thru with my friend at 12am i think its the same lady . She has the longest postponing ever, like she doesnt want to make my order. We finally made our order and went to the "2nd window" so i guess my friend parked little far they were having hard time exchanging stuffs, so she know its too far, she can just say come closer but she just drops my change on the floor and says " sorry i cant reach ;)" and goes back in and starts talking with the employees . . . Its very uncomfortable using this location . I really hope you guys read this and do something about it, they are VERY rude

I went to the Carl's Jr on 75 cactus innpeoria AZ. And the service was horrible. The gentleman Carlos tried to take my order. There was confusion in the order and I asked a breakfast burger combo and a biscuit and gravy combo. He re read it and said a monster biscuit combo and I corrected him. He fixes it and as he's fixing it, he gets an order on the drive thru. He's trying to multi task as the general manager, didn't know how name but was wearing a great lime shirt, walks away and Carlos is trying to fix the order. He re rings up a monster biscuit combo again. And it's cashed out but I didn't know until I got my order. There was no coffee made and the restaurant was lonly just 2 customers inside. I had to wait for coffee on top of that I had to back and tell them I got the wrong order. Through the confusion of that I wanted a break fast burger I accidentally said monster burger. The general manager argued with me that they didn't have a monster burger they had a monster biscuit and a breakfast burger. So I said the burger and he said well what burger he k ew what I was talking about and he kept arguing with me over the name of the burger. We sit down and I also order French toast sticks and I had to get up again and get syrup or cause it wasn't given. The gravy was like hello, the French toast sticks were old nly the breakfast burger was okay. I am not satisfied with the product of the food let alone the service that the general manager served and didnt help Carlos until Carlos was asking him to do so. I spent 14.80 and, that has to be the worst experience I ever had at a cralsy Jr.
