rude manager
I went thru your drive thru a couple days ago your manager Yareli S. had a terrible attitude I am very upset of the way she took my order as soon as I arrived to the speaker to place my order...when I got to the window she snatched my card out of my hands I am very unhappy of how all your managers have changed all of sudden you guys had friendly managers.

Good-afternoon: Today I went through the drive thru at the Carl's Jr. location stated above. I ordered a small Western Bacon Cheeseburger Combo with a Tea. I noticed when I got back to my office, that my receipt was for a totally different order (Chicken Club Cobo w/Coke & Choc. Shake) and the price I was charged was $9.16. My combo should have been $7.69, I order this a lot and know the price range. So I drove back to the store and spoke with a manager and let him know I was overcharged. He took my receipt and said I was given wrong receipt but charged the correct price. He was a bit defensive about me questioning the fact. I left, and called a couple more Carl's Jr. stores near this location and asked them the price of the combo. Both locations said the combo is near or about $7.65. I called the manager of the location I visited today and mentioned this to the manager I was speaking with initially. He said, and I quote, "honestly, these people were lying to you about the combo price, or you called corporate or something". He was unprofessional & rude. I work in a law firm nearby this location and as mentioned previously, I come here for lunch quite often and order the same thing. It has never been near or over $9.00.

in line at drive thru, 4th car w/ no one behind.. employee tells me this was his last 3 customers... the 3 in front of me
I enquire as to the reason. He states that he is actually closed. I ask what time they close, he says 11 p. M..
I look at clock... Its 10:48. I ask what time does his clock say... He replies 10:51.. But these last 3 orders are big ones so thats why..
I ask"what do you mean thats why?" "your seriously not going to serve me?" then he turned the sign off... And the inside lights... Til he realized he needed them on!
Any way I frequent your establushment bi-monthly, have been served after closing time before... First time complainer but felt necessary.

So it's 5 in the morning May 5 & my father & I are heading to work. We stop at the drive thru to order breakfast sandwiches. Usually the restaurant is well lit up, but today it looks closed. So when the women on the drive thru answers to take are order. She sounds like she barely woke up. I place my order for 2 grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches. She tells me they don't serve breakfast till after 6 AM. What I don't understand is why have the breakfast menu up at the drive thru. Keep in mind I have ordered breakfast before at 5 AM at this same Carl's. Just thought you should know it's a little frustrating when you are in a hurry to go to work. Me and my brother went to the Carls Jr
the one on warms spring fremont, CA we then went to the drive through around 8:45 pm, we gave our debit card to pay our order, he then ask for our debit card again and said our card didnt went through so we hand our debit card again. My brother then check his bank it showed were charged twice for our order we mention it to him he said he couldnt do anything about it, even after we show him proof he refuse to give our money for the payment earlier then he told us he will give us our money back just the 20 not the full amount which will add up to 40 not 20 then told us to leave. We pretty much wasted our time. Never comimg here again
treatment of employees
It's really sad to see how General Manager Lae, in Hobbs New Mexico treats there employees. As an employee no one I know likes to be taken for granted... Sierra Rivera is a dedicated worker and busts her tail for you guys. She was demoted due to the fault of another General Manager Tim who robbed you guys and didn't take time to make sure that Sierra took the proper tests needed to stay shift leader.. But you guys used her to run the store and pass inspections, now you guys demoted her to bring someone else in and her name is Anna. It's unprofessional for someone holding a leadership position and not even show up for her shifts its been 3 days in a row that she has called in, and today she does it again and doesn't show up for her shift after being called and Anna said she would make it. So now Sierra is covering her shifts and being demanded to run a store and that's not her place... She's being promised by Lae the General Manager that she will be properly trained and given a chance to become a shift leader but while being demoted Lae is wanting her to do manager work. I find this unfair and not professional of Lae to use Sierra in this manner... Sierra is a awesome worker she has passed inspections and has brought down drive inn times.. You really need to start appreciating your hardest workers...

Hi the employee working the drive thru at 2 AM at the Mira Mesa location (10745 Camino Ruiz, San Diego, CA 92126) on may 4th, 2017 did not accept my coupon to get free medium fries & a medium drink for buying ANY thickburger. The drive thru worker insisted they cannot honor it because it is not over $6, although nowhere on the coupon did it say that, it said with the purchase of ANY thickburger. I had to give him another coupon, and he still charged me for the 1/3 thickburger when I only wanted the regular one for around $5. But again, he insisted they can only honor the coupon if it's the 1/3 baby back rib thick burger. No where on the coupon did it say that... I called the store multiple times but when I said hello, there was no response. I tried calling again but the phone line was busy. If the rules are different from what the employee says and what is on the coupon then what is the use for the fine print on the actual coupon? Which did not match what that guy told me AND charged me for. When I even asked him why it has to be a 1/3 thick burger, his reply was "The normal one is not a thickburger, only the 1/3 makes it a thickburger for the coupon."... OK does not make sense, and no where on the website or coupon does it say that. I checked the website and the smallest baby back rib burger still STATED the name thickburger. Yes I'm pissed I paid more, I went to Carl's Jr. because of the coupon deal and expected I pay around $5 not $8, and was lied to.

the Carl's Jr located at 9805 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92131 is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. This issue happened 4/29 from 932pm-946pm I was in the drive through and was waiting I start work at 10pm this lady at the drive through made me late with her chatter to her friend. The car in front of me was obviously an employee because they lady complained to the girl in the black nissan sentra about not getting paid today and she was told she had to wait til Monday. Proceeded to talk about how it was B***S*** how people get special treatment and how she wasn't happy that she was lied to about payday, and she didn't have direct deposit. the woman in the car asked the lady a question and she responded doesn't matter they can wait i hate this job. By the time I got to the window my food was already bagged and sitting there she took my card handed me a drink my card and my food. No receipt and I drove off. My #1 was cold and the bread was hard and my chicken sandwich was a brick so overcooked. I will stick to the other Carl's Jr on Mira Mesa blvd.

What happened to your turkey burger? It is the only thing that I like at your restaurant and it's the best now it's gone what the heck! Please bring it back! It's really not fair to take it away. I don't eat beef and the turkey burger is the only thing I could eat and it made me feel part of group when I could eat something there. Please bring it back.

I went this night 4/27/17 around 9:20pm ordered 3 combos of 4 x 4, made me wait 20 min on this side for my order. But only received 7 spicy chickens, not what I ordered with no receipt. Employee gave me an bad attitude when she gave me the order, that I didn't order and was wrong. Also only got 4 packages of ketchup and 1 ranch, 1 BBQ and 1 buffalo. How will these be enough for all?

I had taken my son out for afternoon lunch at one your locations. While I was there the service was poor quality was unsatisfactory the environment was not welcomming. It took me 35min to receive my food. There was one cook on the line during a lunch rush. A lady in a black shirt going back and forth to do fries and take orders. I notice 3 manager inside store which neither one them would come help there staff to get us served. Every time I visit this location having issues with them not opening on time not getting the correct order or waiting a long time for food that is cold and the quality is very poor. I went to try to approach the manager that was coming around the counter to leave he wouldn't even acknowledge me. He was tall very thin. Another manager came out the back with her purse she left. I feel bad for the employees. I will never visit a Carl's Jr's again. Seems to me there has been a lot of changes since 2015 I feel your restraunts gone for the worse.

The carl's jr. At 10311 folsom blvd., rancho cordova, ca, in the past been a very nice place to eat, which we have for about 20 or so years. But not today. The store was filthy. Napkins and paper bags littered the floor behind the counter; salt packets littered the floor in the dining room, dirty trays on tables left by customers, the drink bar had soda puddles all over it along with trash coming out of the trash port on the drink bar; greasy table tops (Several I tried to clean so we could sit down to eat), chair backs had syrup all over them and I think the worst was the foul odor coming from the restrooms (So strong we considered leaving - which we did). The food was not up to carl's usual standard — very tasteless. Never again — last time unless push comes to shove (Doubtful)

These # think it's funny to wrap all their burgers in lettuce with no buns I think these action should be grounds for termination they probably spit in the food or worse # off in it. I would recommend that everyone in kennewick have their food tested as there are some sic people working here do not go here this place is full of pedofiles

9840 Carmel Mountain Rd. San Diego, CA 92129. I was so disgusted by the way these employees handle food. I witnessed an employee return from lunch break without even washing his hands going straight to the kitchen to prepare burgers with his bare hands. I'm not sure what the policy is for preparing food, but all the employees here were preparing food with bare hands just right before serving them. I was so disgusted. If the owner of this food chain could review the camera on this date and time he will know what I'm talking about. I purposely ordered the chicken tenders because I knew that coming from the frying pan that it would be too hot for the workers to touch with bare hands. When I received my order, there was white stuff all over the ranch containers that were never opened. I asked myself, why is there white stuff on the outside of the sealed ranch? This really makes me sick to my stomach.

4/8/2017 My husband and I went to Carl's Junior Address: 1202 N 51st Ave, Phoenix AZ 85043 to purchase some food. We ordered our meals for ourselves and our children and when we approached the front we hand the cashier our debt card and he says " Oh our machines are in and out all day and your going to have to pay with cash" my husband responds "Cash? you cant take my card for this purchase?" the cashier's response was "No I.. yeah our machines are down.." so we go across the street to get cash out and the cashier at the gas station says "getting cash out for Carl's Jr?" my husband says "yes, apparently their machines are down." the gas station cashier says They always do that.. they send their customers to get cash all the time, they are shady." We go back to Carl's Jr and return to the front window drive thru and the cashier at Carl's Jr (same guy) says "how much was the total?" asking us. My husband said "you just took our order why can't you just pull it up in your transactions?" and the guy says uhm.. just give me like 28.00. and my husband said "Enter our order, we had a #2, #1 both large with cheese and we had 2 cheese burgers" the guy enters it and says "oh its 29.64" so we pay the guy and the manager comes up and says "don't enter it in the system next time because now i have to void it" and then he whispers to the workers. We realized after we left, they never gave us a receipt and we believe they are embezzling Car's Jr's money. The gas station worker said it happens all the time, where they make consumers pay with cash. We would like Corporate to look into this issue. It was quite clear that the Manager, Cashier, and Cook were being very suspicious there. If we are correct than Carl's Jr is losing a lot of money.

I came into your Beaumont, Texas location. I was with a large party and placed a large order. I think they were shorthanded but when we had a problem with our fries being cold the manager, Renee was very rude. She said she just cooked the fries but they were disgusting and clearly old. She was also being extremely unprofessional toward her coworker.

I went to Carls JR in Las Vegas on Sahara and Fort Apache 9097 W. Sahara location. It's windy out, must have made the connection bad at the order box. I couldn't hear the guy and he couldn't hear me. So I drove to the window. This was about 3pm today April 8. The girl came up and told me a total and I told her "oh I didn't order yet, we couldn't hear each other at the box" she the rudely said "Oh so you just drove up?". Then while I was ordering she kept having this dirty look and spoke with and attitude. I had a big order. So at which point I just drove off and went to Jack in the Box which I got extremely great service from Jack in The Box. I will never go back to that Carls JR again very unprofessional. I didn't get the girls name but she was a little heavy set African American female.

I went to the Grass Valley Can location this morning. They forgot my hash browns, so I immediately went back through the drive through. I told a lady, her name is Joy, that I didn't receive my hash browns. She tried to argue with me, saying she put them in the bag.. then walks away and I hear her telling other employees that I was just trying to get free food. This is NOT the first time that Joy has been rude to me. It's happened 3 times before, she had a horrible attitude, and should NOT be dealing with customer! My family and I spend a lot of money there. I do not like to be treated that way, she is very rude and unprofessional!

I ordered a breakfast burger from the San Diego Location on Clairemont Mesa Blvd and after getting all the way home, I opened the burger to see that there were no hash browns. The hash browns are arguably the best part of the burger and I'm upset that I spend $4.30 for something I didn't want. This is not the first time I've received something that was either not what I ordered or there was a mistake made on the order
30 min eaiting time at drive through
Drive through in Las vegas, at Sahara&Nellis, 03/31/17 between 8-8:40 pm. It never happened before, but tonight, 30 min in line w one car ahead of me was unexectable! You, dear carlsjunior, lost many customers today for sure as cars were turning away behind me. When I asked the young guy at the window about their waiting time, he said "our diner is very busy today". No "my apologies for the waiting" or " my pleasure".
Whomever can, please do smthing about this location as hire or train your employees!
