I booked a cruise on Carnival Sunshine in May 2023 for January 2024 for a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas. First time cruiser so I booked two cabins and purchased travel protection. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances before the final payment was due, November 5 2023 it was cancelled, finial payment was due November 11 2023. I talked to Sabrina on the 5 of November she cancelled for me and suggested since I purchased the vacation protection plan that I contact Anon. I did contact them November 7 2023 and my claim was denied, they suggested I call Carnival at [protected]. I called November 14 2023 and talked to a "VERY RUDE" LADY, I did not get her name because she was extremely rude and short, all I was going to ask was about the Cruise Credit and she said it was NON - REFUNDABLE RUDLY she told me I could email Reviews.com and hung up. I have never cruised, and I will never cruise with Carnival when my situation changes, and I am able to reschedule. Booking#R9R6H2 AND booking #R9R6H3. PIN#1264. Cathy Strickland.
