CARTRACK HAS THE MOST USELESS AND [censored]TY SERVICE!
We have 38 vehicles with a cartrack unit in them. It would have been 43 but cartrack doesn't bother to install the remaining units. I requested the new installations on May 8, 2023. Today is October 19, the vehicles are still running without a tracking unit.
I have employees who drive a company vehicle and I need to keep track of their whereabouts.
I have emailed them several times since then and NO ONE can give me an answer as to when the units will be installed.
I called them and they just keep transferring me to new people in another department, to whom I then have to explain my whole situation from start to finish AGAIN, only to be transferred to someone new AGAIN.
I then received an email asking for the same documents that I had already sent several times. I have not received any response to my request.
I recently sent them other emails to inform them that my insurance company needs the tracker certificates to keep my coverage.. guess what? only response I get: "The registration ### ### NW does not allow me to pull a certificate as the system shows a Re- installation pending." - FOR 5 MONTHS!
I don't understand how they debit my account with about R7000 per month for all our vehicles, and just don't bother to add our new vehicles (currently uninsured because of cartrack)
And it's not like I can just cancel the contract to move to another company that actually cares, because cancellation fees for 38 cars are just too much.
I wish I knew about their [censored]ty service before I signed a contract with them.
Desired outcome: #1 I WANT RESPONSE#2 I WANT SERVICE#3 I WANT VALUE FOR MONEY#4 I WANT A CARTRACK UNIT IN THE VEHICLE I'VE BEEN ASKING FOR FOR 5 MONTHS!!!
