I bought a extension cord from Cash Crusaders for R109, I went on to shop and I realized that I no longer need it, when I told the manager of the south beach branch that I no longer need it, he sed that it's not a valid point... I am a customer who has shopped three times at this branch, he shouted at me he told me that he cannot in no way return the item for me, I then told him that I will take something else he still said no, shouting and shouting at me, he said I was remorseful buying, I work at a retail store and customer is always right.
The item was not used, it was in the condition I bought it in. I want this matter escalated because I have never been spoken to like this from a retail store. The most unhappy customer at the moment I am so unhappy with cash crusaders I want this to be escalated please. This is not the way I get treated from a retail store
At the end my mother had to speak to the manager and evenutally he gave her earphones. This is the worst customer service ever experienced.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology because he spoke to me like I'm a child... Never ever will I ever shop there again n I will tell people about this cash crusaders how rude they are.
