In July I bought a Dixion cordless kettle the value is R200, end of July the kettle is giving problems because we still have the slip my husband than return the kettle, they than told him that the kettle will be send away for repairs.. To me it was like it is within a month from purchasing the kettle and the value of it is R200 to be send away for repairs. I just let it be, on Saturday 30/9/2023 after not receiving any feedback I went back to the store and ask about the kettle only than the sales person fetches the kettle, which to me was so unprofessional as I was not contacted, having the kettle over the weekend the kettle boils water than the next it doesn't I tried it on Sunday but no luck, it will boil water and than it doesn't. Monday morning taking the kettle back the sales lady who issist me confirm the problem but still says that they going to see through the day and than send it back for repairs and only than hear from head office if they should replace it... To me this is so unfair I've been without a kettle thn I've been up and down paying parking etc for feedback like this, Ive contacting the complaints department but no luck.
