I received an email from [protected]@ccdcouriers.co.za (CCD Couriers, on behalf of Absa bank, have been unable to reach you to arrange delivery of your ABSA Premium Credit Card) on the 11/10/2023 which was trying to arrange delivery of my parcel but could not reach me. I responded to the email on the 12/10/2023 with the contact details that I am currently using.
On the 12/10/2023 I have also called one of your consultant by the name of Nompumelelo and she confirmed that I was supposed to have received the parcel on the 10/10/2023. She told me that CCD Couriers indeed have the parcel from ABSA Bank and it is stack in Port Elizabeth, and she also promised that I will receive my parcel on Monday 16/10/2023 but I will first receive a call. When I call CCD couriers on Monday 16/10/2023 I have spoken to Tumi who does not know anything about me receiving the parcel today. Now, I have been promised to receive the parcel on Friday 20/10/2023 which is 10 days late and what an inconvinience CCD Couriers has caused me.
Desired outcome: I just need the matter to be treated with urgency and receive my delivery ASAP as 20/10/2023 is far for me.
