This thing is terrible. Don't even bother. I shoulda looked into it before I got it. It's heavy as heck and it's killin' my arm, wrist, and back. Plus, I can't even keep track of my account. I got the app for *** but where the heck do I go to see my payments and make any changes? It's gotta be easier than this.

These guys are the worst. They don't care about anyone but themselves. I tried to cancel my contract, but they said they never got my letter. I can't even use the vacuum because of my disability, but they don't care. They just hang up on me every time I call. They promised to call me back, but they never did. Now I'm stuck with this useless thing. They even called me a liar.

Some dude came up to my door even though I got signs up saying "No Trespassing" and "No Solicitors". I asked him if he saw the signs, but he said no even though his car was parked in my driveway and he was sending his sales guys to other houses. When I told him to leave, he started arguing with me instead of just leaving. I had to threaten to call the cops and have him trespassed before he finally left, still all mad and stuff. Not cool, man.

I ain't happy with this biz. They came to my crib to sell me a vac and I signed some papers. They said I had 30 days to decide if I wanted it. But when I went to work, the sales guy stayed and showed my mom the vac. Next time he came, he bragged about having sex with my mom. I was so mad! What kind of biz is this? They can't be trusted. I called them before my 30 days were up and said I didn't want the vac, but they just wanted to argue and not do anything. I never even got the pieces for it.
